I would have given zero stars if I could have. I bought a refrigerator from them in april plastic still on it for $536 and fridge stopped working in august. I literally only had it for four months. I get they have a no return policy but I do have a warranty and on the receipt it says no returns. Exchanges and store credit available yet they say they cant help me and i have well over $100 worth of food ruined.

Price range are good. Dont like the return policy. If the appliance returned unused and still in the box. Why do you have to pay a restock fee and if you use a credit card. Why isnt the money refunded back to the card instead of giving you a check.

So awesome, I was looking for new washer and dryer set that was not going to break the bank. The owner Danny helped me out and got it delivered and setup all the next few days. I needed more dryer duct I called Danny one of his guys came out fixed the issue and got me straight. I love my new set.

Recently our refrigerator started going out, packed with food in the fridge AND freezer. In a panic I searched online for the quickest delivery, which is how I found Central-Ark Appliances...what a blessing! All other options were going to take at least 3 weeks to deliver. After a few calls with questions we decided on a fridge and they delivered the next day. Dianna was an absolute doll over the phone, so patient and informative, and the delivery crew was awesome! I absolutely recommend this great, family-run business!!

This place is awesome! We’ve bought several appliances from them and could not be happier. We had a new washer and dryer delivered yesterday. Jeff and Jonathan made sure everything was perfect before they left our house. They were very friendly and very attentive to our needs as to where we wanted them installed. I called this company after calling 3 other companies that were unwilling to help. I had a dishwasher that was a couple of years old and everywhere I called seemed to give me the same answer, which was it wasnt worth fixing. With the price I paid for it I didnt want to buy another one. Well after talking to them on the phone I set up a service call and had my dishwasher repaired. They had assured me that if it wasnt fixable they wouldnt charge the extra for parts that werent needed and they were true to their word. I would highly recommend this company. It is reassuring to not be charged for services you dont receive or need.
