STAY AWAY!!! I was looking for a convertible MB or Audi, and there are not a lot of convertibles available in the tri-state area. I was looking for two specific models, with specific options. Additionally, since I already own two vehicles, my credit situation was on the margins. I saw a C43 convertible in stock at Deluxe and put in a online request, as well as a credit app for the vehicle. At first they were very responsive, then radio silence. They also never ran the credit app I provided but I moved on figuring the car was sold, as was the case many of the convertibles in my price range, with my must have options. Then on a Thursday afternoon, I received a call from a Tommy at Deluxe about the car. He said it was still available, I again explained the credit situation and he told me would call me back. He called me back and said I can make it happen. So I drove from Long Island, in the rain, on a Saturday to NJ to see the car. The cars look pretty afar, but are far from pretty. Lots of nicks, and dents, and they are packed like sardines in a warehouse. Long story short, they run my credit, come back and he tells me the bank wants me to trade in a car. EXACTLY THE OPPOSITE of what I wanted to do and specifically what I told them about before driving 2 hours to the dealer. Of course just a pathetic sorry and nothing else! A waste of my time and energy, absolute unprofessional and a complete clown show! But guess what, God must have been on my side because turns out the car was a lemon repurchased by MB AND it was in not one BUT TWO MAJOR accidents with frame damage and a branded title. I dodged a real bullet not purchasing from them! A 60k car that was basically a wreck! I kept looking online an Audi S5 from a dealer in CT that was immaculate and the dealer was beyond amazing! Pictured the vehicle I DID purchase from North Bay Imports in CT. STEER CLEAR OF THE JOKERS!

I have purchased my now second vehicle from Deluxe. Honestly I wouldnt go anywhere else. AS a female walking into any dealership it has always been a nerve racking experience . Simply for not knowing what is customary and what is not, what fees are standard and what fees are completely bogus. I have gone other places where Ive been asked Will your husband be doing the financing?I have never had that experience at Deluxe. I pulled in with a minivan to buy a Mercedes and know one batted an eye. Seems silly that these things still happen, and it just changes the experience .In both transactions every step of the way was clear, professional, and thoroughly explained. No pressure, very courteous, and extremely accommodating. Both cars were delivered to my place of work instead of having to drive back ( 45 mins away ) with another driver. Their commitment of making things as effortless as possible and a seamless transaction are both rare and very much appreciated. I highly recommend Deluxe.

Really was not a fan of this place. While they were not offensive, but the manner our sales rep addressed us in was inappropriate. Tommy, the sales rep, was high strung the whole time and was rushing to sell us the car. No talk of closure, or anything. Literally, you like the car? Okay let’s run your credit and get you the keys. His manager was decent and I appreciated his politeness. As a dealership I’d expect any sales rep to make customers feel right at home, not uneasy. Again, nothing offensive was said to me, but the mannerism and tone was very uneasy. My recommendation for Tommy would be to relax, be patient and be polite- like his manager. If you go, I say ask for a different sales rep. They literally didn’t earn my business because of the way I was talked to.

I started off with a great experience at this dealership. Oscar was a great salesman and I loved my new 2016 Cadillac Escalade! I had to take it to the dealership after less than a week of owning it Because the adaptive cruise control was not working (the one feature that made me want the Cadillac vs the Yukon). Since I got a 60 day warranty from Deluxe Auto my local dealership said they could work directly with them to get the cruise control module fixed. After 3 weeks of contacting Deluxe and Jose the manager, I finally contacted Oscar our salesman who then called me and stated Jose was going to take care of our issue if our local dealership could simply email him the invoice. It has now been over two months and after several emails, numerous messages left to Jose by me, my husband, and my local dealership, Jose has yet to take care of our issue. He actually answered my phone call a week ago and stated he would call our dealership as soon as we hung up to get everything resolved which apparently didn’t happen. I have never had a more frustrating situation with a car dealership. I paid a lot of money for a practically brand new vehicle with only 35k miles on it and I was treated very well before we drove off the lot, now I feel like I am being ignored AND haven’t even had my new vehicle the entire time!Update: I did receive a call from Jose the manager today who apologized and took care of the repairs with my local dealership. It did take longer than I think it probably should have but I have to say I am grateful that he called me and upheld their warranty. I’m sure he is a very busy man and probably had a lot of other priorities on his mind.

I do not recommend business with this establishment. As another reviewer stated, once they receive your money they do not return phone calls. Ny vehicle was purchased in November and as of March, I do not have my tags or title. I have made multiple attempts to contact Jose, the General Manager, for the last two months. He has failed to return my calls and provide an update. At this point, I will have to look for a lawyer as this business has caused me to lose business without an operable car (no tags).

So I bought a car for my wife, and Charles was so remarkable, I returned to purchase another car for myself. There are many people who sell cars, but not everyone takes the time to know you as a person; and that’s the type of connection I found at Deluxe Auto Sales. Went in the afternoon on the 4th of July. They were closing soon. Met Charles aka Idris Elba. Wonderful sales man. Very pleasant to deal with. I was looking for a specific brand. Took it for a test drive and knew this was the one. Charles took the time to go over all the vehicle details and paper work. I was in and out within 1.5 hours. Had my own financing (I suggest it) and over all it was an extremely smooth and pleasant experience. I highly suggest speaking to Charles. Big thanks to Deluxe Auto and the team. My 2nd car buying experience was truly flawless compared to my first experience. Go there and see for yourself and hope you have the same experience I did. Deluxe was a great car buying experience for me. Made me feel like family and to have no worries in what I was buying. The detail department also did a wonderful detail job on the car very clean job. Would definitely come back to get my car detailed and purchase all my future cars here.

Initially I gave this dealer 5 stars. Then the sketchiness happened so I’ve changed my review.Well I came in to look at a BMW I saw online. The car was beautiful. This BMW and price just seemed too good to be true. At the time it seemed like I had made a great purchase, but fast forward 3 months and apparently it was not.The car drove well initially. Two days after purchase, the check engine light came on, and the car started sputtering and backfiring. Turns out, it needed a new coil pack which, to the dealers credit, they fixed free of charge. Fast forward 3 months, the car started smoking when I started it up. I took it into the BMW, and the timing chain needed to be replaced along with several other engine components. Even though I asked Deluxe about an engine and transmission warranty at the time of purchase, they didn’t have one to sell but they had seemingly every other warranty you could possibly buy. They have proven to be worthless at this point and they will not allow me to cancel them. I can’t use the key warranty that was ‘given to me’ for $995 because they only gave me one key.Thankfully, I purchased an extended warranty thru a third party and they covered the timing chain. I’m still out of pocket for the cost of some of the other engine repairs to the tune of about $2500. I shouldn’t have purchased this car. Salesperson Charles was nice but after calling in and stopping by to ask questions about the car and warranties, he became somewhat dismissive and didn’t follow up like he said he would. I feel somewhat taken because Charles was so nice when I purchased the car. If you plan on buying from here, they have a nice selection. But they WILL FORCE YOU TO TAKE ALL THEIR WARRANTIES.

Deluxe Auto Sales has a policy as of 2-18-2020 that states If youre not a 100% satisfied with vehicle you have purchased form Deluxe Auto Sales, simply return within three days and with no more then 300 additional miles in it and exchange to another vehicle. This policy falsely advertises that you may exchange your vehicle within a specific time frame and mileage because they will offer to buy back your vehicle for a cheaper price then what you bought it for and sell you another of your choice. This is not simple or an exchange which is stated in the policy. It is them selling you another vehicle and you trading-in your newly purchased vehicle at a lower value. Three days and 300 miles does not make a difference since they would offer the same deal a week, month, or year later.I would not recommend Deluxe Auto Sales if you are looking for a satisfactory car buying experience. If you simply don not like your car after 24 hours and want to exchange with their policy they will not honor it without bringing up their lawyers that are on retainer. Their policy is essential the same as buying a car from deluxe auto sales and then going to another used car dealership after 24 hours and using your car as a trade-in.I was also talked to with disrespect. I told them that the back end of the car felt funny and was told by Jose the manager that All BMWs drive like that. Months later I took off the front and rear bumper to find that it was in fact in an accident that was not reported. The front crash bar was pushed in which is why the hood is raised and the rear was also damaged.Al the finance manager forgot to send in my cancellation of warranty and every time I would call to follow up I was spoken to like he didnt have time for me. In fact he once yelled at me for asking questions because I didnt understand.Jose the manger also promised he could find a special BMW that I was looking for and not once did I get a follow up.

I will be sure to purchase my future cars from Charles and tell everyone how helpful and honest he is. If anyone is looking for a vehicle he is the best person to contact. Charles really knows a lot and will guide you in the right direction. I enjoyed my experience and doing business here. I promise you won’t find another car dealer like him.

I am trying to purchase a high-end vehicle remotely from out of state and they showed zero interest in calling me back with the SUV that I showed the interest. They took my availability and details but they never contacted me back...when I followed-up multiple times they kept saying my details are with their manager and he/she is not in office. they showed zero interest earning my business. Dont waste your time even few $$$ more go to the place where they will treat you like a King.

Car has lasted more in the shop then my hands driving it and counting..... make sure you inspect your vehicle before you leave.. otherwise is not bad and the people are not bad but they do nothing to help you as a costumer... they sell you and once that deal is done your on your own... great place good people but bad luck with my purchase.... promise dates are not kept and the service department is a kia. I buy cars from around the world and this is the biggest joke of car dealership Ive ever seen they legally over the phone admit to doing illegal transactions such as taking deposits for cars and then still selling them to another party even though there is a contract and down payment so even if you dont trust the dealer I still wouldnt by any car from them due to the fact of how shady they are never mind theyre hidden fees that they tell you that they dont have Im not saying they dont sell beautiful cars I just said I wouldnt want to deal with the legal consequences of buying a car from this dealership
