I was there 2 weeks ago to look at a car. I was pleased with the condition of the car and decided to make an offer. I discussed financing with the sales person. I was forthright regarding my credit situation and the amount of my monthly income. The sales person assured me that he would be able to get me approved. The only thing I needed to do was provide copies of my bank statements that showed direct deposit of my income. I provided him with the information he requested. He told me that my form of income was not acceptable. I must let it be known, at this point I have not signed any documentation. I left a $1000 good faith deposit showing that I was serious with my interest in the vehicle. Upon learning that my form of income was not acceptable, I requested a refund of my deposit. The sales person said he wanted to try with one more bank to see if he could get me approved.I spoke with the representative from the bank. I waited patiently to hear back from the sales person to see if I was approved. After several days and no phone call or email,I emailed him and followed up with the phone call. 5 days later I was finally able to reach him. At which time he informed me that my deposit was not refundable however he would be happy to hold on to my deposit until my credit and/or financial situation changes in it can be applied towards the sale of another vehicle. I told him that that is unacceptable. I never signed any documentation which stated my deposit would be non refundable. It could take weeks or even months before my situation improves. Furthermore, whose to say that he will have a vehicle at that time that I am interested in or that I will even want to continue doing business with him. I again demanded a refund of my deposit. He told me that he will have to deduct fees. Again, that is unacceptable. There are certain fees that are the cost of doing business. Again, let me reiterate that I never signed any documentation at all, let alone anything stating my deposit would be non refundable. It has been 3 business days and I still have yet to hear back from him. I have contacted my bank to dispute the charge. The overall business practice and experience was subpar.They are so many stigmas that come along with being a used car salesman. Its very sad that they want to further perpetuate that stereotype.

Rudest sales person Ive ever come across. We went to see a vehicle and bc the truck A. Did not start (he had to jump it) B. Rusty under hood C. Rusty inside D. Smelled of mildew...instintively I asked if the car was a salvage, and for a car fax. he nastily stated he didnt know what i meant began getting agitated and defensive of course there will be rust its an old and went as far as calling me a trouble maker. we ended up in a yelling match. Granted this was an older vehicle (2004), BUT these are standard questions anyone who sees/smells these signs should ask! I wouldnt do business with someone so defensively unwilling to give car details or THIS UNPROFESSIONAL, just too untrustworthy. BIG RED FLAGS!

I cant say enough how horribly I was treated by this company!! I dealt with Mike and he told me he would hold the car for me and I told him I was having my car insurance mail my check. He said I would have to put a down payment on it once I found out from them. I called back right away after taking many calls and hours to get my insurance company to direct deposit my check. I called him several times leaving messages with someone else there about the car to hold it and he never got back to me at all. I called this afternoon and he wouldnt even pick up the phone. Shortly after, he abruptly emailed me right away telling me the car has been SOLD this morning! Very poor and unprofessional businessman!! So not go to this place to get a car. Very rude service and doesnt care about the customers at all!!!

Bought recently a used 2009 Honda CrV from this dealership. Now i have what they call jack up credit, but with a little help from my mom and the dealer I was able to get finical assistance and I love the way the car drives. Mike and his partner are great to deal with. We’d been looking for quite a while for a Nissan Murano, fully equipped, including “all the bells and whistles”. We saw their post on Facebook and the Nissan Murano they showcased looked brand new in and out. I called and spoke to Mike, told him I was a car salesman myself in Pennsylvania and was very interested in the Murano. He told me all I needed to know about it and I could tell from his demeanor he was being honest. I gave him a $500 deposit over the phone said we’d be there Thursday. When we got there, we immediately hit it off. Needless to say the Murano was exactly what he said it was! We test drove it, purchased it and drove it back to its new home in Pennsylvania. I would recommend GSM auto sales to anyone looking for a quality vehicle at a great price!

Terrible place to purchase a vehicle. My husband and I bought a vehicle that had been in a major accident and it was never disclosed (similar to some of the other negative reviews I see). Mike simply said, Oh yeah, clean carfax and no accidents. Seems to be a deceptive pattern. Do what you want, but Id stay far away.

I bought an Acura TL 2004 from them in 2017 after three years of owning this car, I can tell you this car dealership sold me the most unreliable headache I have ever driven,a few days after owning this car my check engine light came on it was a default sensor the owner of the dealership went half in replacing the 250$ fix a week after purchasing this car my axel snapped while driving causing me to lost control and spun out I could’ve lost my life from this car and thank god I didn’t hit anything and only need a tow to a local shop,there was a lot more repairs that added up to a equivalent of over 3k (ac compressor,electrical issues etc fast word to 2020 my car head gasket blew and the repair bill is over 1k.after promising me that he personally commuted with this car and it was a very reliable car.I can tell you that you should not purchase from This dealership they are unreliable,non trustworthy people they would over charge you for a vehicle,lie about the history,hide problems such as carrying ac refrigerant to cover up leaks.Dont buy from here you would regret it and lose a lot of money in the process!!!

Sold me a clunker and refused to offer refund 3 days after buying the car. car had an additional 4000 worth’s of damages.Worst dealer ever.. the one star is out of generosity.. this place needs to be exposed and shut down. It’s a complete shame what they’re doing to hard working individuals
