Came here after viewing a certain vehicle that I was looking around. The sales stuff was very pleasant and helpful in showing the vehicle. The car is super clean, runs great, priced fairly. Fortunately, no haggling! I also received a lot of help in financing from them. Overall its a great place to deal with.

Price Wise Auto is literally non existent. It serves as a storage lot for Prestige Auto in Avenel, Auto Hub in East Brunswick essentially any of the companies in the Dunhill Auto Group. I grew frustrated of showing up on the lot and no one ever being there. When I called the number listed on their awning a sales rep I spoke with broke it down for me.

I had the best experience purchasing my Range Rover. Krystal in scheduling went above and beyond in helping to set it up. The whole team from sales to financing was great! I would recommend anyone to purchase their vehicle here! Great experience!

Would give negative star if I could. I contacted them online and made an appointment before going and was assured that the car I was interested in was available. When we got there, we were told that the car is in auto auction and not available to view or test drive. We then looked at other cars and liked one and were ready to talk numbers and make a purchase. We were sitting at the sales desk for over 2 hours without any numbers while our sales guy Gian kept helping other customers that walked in. When we started walking out after end of our patience, the owner didn’t even bother asking the reason why we were leaving and not interested anymore. TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT.

Very negative experience without even setting foot in this place. Car advertised for $2,150 and after fees $7,019. This is also before tax! There is a fee of $1,495 for NOT getting financing! How dishonest.I appreciate your offer to discuss this further John. However, a first step should be to review the posting to see ALL the fees that were charged in relation to this car. I highlighted the non-financing fee as being especially troublesome. The advertised price was 2150. The other fees were 689, 995, 695 and 1495. That adds up tp 6024. The cost before tax was shown as 7019. I stand by my initial comments. Something shady is going on here and hopefully nobody gets fleeced by Price Wise Auto Sale.

I had a great experience buying my Mercedes S550. I called a week before and spoke with a man named Tony. When I finally was able to get to the dealership I was greeted by a well dressed man in a suit. Unfortunately by the time I was able to get out of work early and to the dealership the car had been sold. Tony then told me about another car that I might be interested in. I loved it! I was quickly taken in to speak with financing. The finance manager Andree was amazing at his job and extremely funny. He kept me laughing and smiling as I waited on news from the banks they were contacting. Tony even helped me as I dealt with my insurance company. Andree explained the finance arrangement to me so that I would understand everything clearly. I was very happy with the monthly payment, the gorgeous car I purchased and especially with the service and help I got from Tony and Andree. I highly recommend Price Wise Auto.

Bought a 2017 Hyundai Elantra in August 2019. Price on website was 9,000 but ended up paying 14,000 because after registration fees there was a “$2,000 dealership fee”. Was desperate so I accepted the price. After four months I needed all new breaks. Within 6 months the car needed new spark plugs which caused my engine to misfire. Also had to put new tires on the car within 6 months. Good prices but for the most part, too good to be true.

Bought a Volkswagen Passat 2 days ago and am really happy with the car buying process as well as the car itself. The car looked as pristine in person as it did on the listing pictures. I was really happy they put new brakes and tires on the car. Tony was a pleasure to buy a car off because he worked with me on a price that I was comfortable with. I reached out to this dealership when I found a Mercedes Benz that I was looking for through Auto Traders . A sales person named Sandra and a man with a strong accent contacted me right away and seemed interested until i said was out of state. In this day and age online out of state sales are done all the time. My sons both purchased their Mercedes out of state with no issues.I submitted a credit application online and to this day I have NOT been contacted either via email or phone. I have texted, called and emailed and I am promised I will receive a call back. When I call I am hung up on, told they are too busy and one guy told me I am not involved when I asked for help. I was told they have never done an out of state sale before and they are trying to figure it out, that was 2 days ago. No follow up.It is quite apparent they seem to lack the professionalism and knowledge to close this deal. At this point all I want is a copy of my credit report which I am entitled to. If I dont receive that within 7 days of today 3/6/2020 I will be reporting this to the Department of Consumer Affairs.

My girlfriend came here not too long ago to start looking for a car. The experience was so smooth and fast, she ended up leaving same day with a car she really wanted. Good selection of cars at very competitive prices; however, uncalled dealers fees + doc fees which totals more the $3000 (three thousands dollars). The dealer will else push to finance through their banks because they get a commission from it. very sad because the car i was looking for it was in pristine condition, but I refused for BS fees.

Avoid or you will drive long distance to pay way more then advertised price and no support after purchase. They will advertise for lower price just to get you to their place and will charge huge dealers fee and price is good for finance through their bank so they get the cut from bank. Do not go and waste your time if you are the person who will ask for documents to show work they done for dealers fees like putting new tires, brake etc DO NOT JUST TRUST THEIR WORD. They dont go down on price if you find fault in car after inspection, so dont waste your money for mechanic inspection.

I bought a GL 550 from here in February 2019. It was in supposed excellent condition. After almost 3 weeks I had to change the front air suspension, which cost me nearly $2000. Now, two weeks ago the car has been in a specialized mechanic, its still there. It keeps showing suspension failure. They have to change the suspension unit controller, plus some electrical problems. The cost as of now has been over $2000 in repairs, and counting.The dealers service is a scam, including everyone.

It’s a very good dealership. Mainly because everything is done quickly there. You can purchase a car in under an hour. The service is really what this dealership can be proud of.

Cash price is $3500 more. Manager hid in his office. Wouldnt even come out. When I showed Eli the email stating price would be honored, he told me, Hey, it sucks, I know, but thats the business. Thats the way its done today. Everybody does it.All the cars are mislabeled, 1 price online, another on their website, another on the car, and yet another when they sit you down. He laughed the whole time and just kept pressuring me to finance so he could rack up fees. Youve been warned, STAY AWAY!

Great experience here! bought a 2013 BMW 740LI from Eli about 2 weeks ago and I love it. Eli and Andrey the manager did everything in their power to make me a happy client. I will recommend this dealership to anyone!

My husband and I traveled 2 hours to see a vehicle here just to find out that the price advertised online was the finance price if one were to go through the dealers financial institutions. It was a difference of $7,000 if we were to pay cash or use our own bank. Then Im told that the best APR they would be able to give me is 10% even though I had already been approved through my bank at 3.49%. The whole time we are trying to have this conversation the owner is in his office SCREAMING at a customer over the phone about $100. Then a different sales person gets on his phone and yells at the customers family member. The salesman we worked with was very nice and professional though. The car was really nice so after we saw a couple of different vehicles at other dealerships we went back to talk numbers. Thats when they informed us there would be a $4,000 dealer prep fee. Their justification for that fee was that they have to put tires, brakes, do a tune up etc. We asked for documentation to prove that all that work had been done since the tires at least were not new and they were unable to do so. They have a lot of nice cars and seems like most of the staff is courteous, but be prepared to pay way more than the price advertised online.

Website price shown is not the true price, the price listed online is real. They say its only that price if you finance through them, which in all is the worst decision to make when financing a vehicle. Its a business scam set up to force profits and take advantage of a customer. The dealer website also does not have listed its Dealer Fee . When i called and asked they said its different per car. THAT IS THE BIGGEST SCAM IVE EVER HEARD. Dealer fee is a fixed flat rate in every dealer. No different per vehicle ????? How does dealer fee fluctuate if the same exact paper work is required for every car. If you want high interest rates and to be scammed on your money this is the perfect place for you. I can only imagine the scams they also pull with services they do to vehicles.

Would not void contract days after I purchased vehicle and had 3rd party dealership inspect and service. Dealership would not pay for repairs. They wouldn’t even answer my calls!! Even blocked my number !! I had to pay to have the car towed back to the dealer! Also the fuel door mysteriously wouldn’t close after it was fine for the test drive, I was promised it would be fixed by Angelo nope never repaired!! They claimed it would be $1200 dollars to fix which was another lie I went to Audi and got it repaired parts and labor $150 the whole experience was a disaster and draining to have to keep calling them everyday all day to get lies on the phone!! Don’t waste your time or energy with these people they only want your money!! I have so many people who would’ve bought cars from here but I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy!! Wish I could give them no stars!!
