Not a very good experience. The service was very poor. I purchased a car that needed to be repaired and detailed. It took almost two weeks to finally get it back. When I got it back, the interior was never detailed as promised. It was dirtier than when I gave it to them. I spent my hard earned money to get a car I like and Im now feeling like I should have just put my money towards a car and a dealership that would have treated me with respect and like a valued customer.

Made an appointment got there looked at the car wanted to test drive and I was told the dealer plates are not there for a test drive they’ll be back in half hour so I waited…30 min go by still no plate ok so let’s talk numbers…car was 17999, after the owner or manager put his tax, nj tax, and whoever else’s tax the car came up and extra five thousand. With NJ tax being 6-7% it shoulda been no more than 21000. Asked to talk to a manager and was told he was firm on price and I was paying cash. All in all I wasted almost two hours of my day to test drive a car I never drove didn’t even know if it went into gear to pay any money let alone an extra 5 grand on taxes. Was told I’ll get a call Monday to test drive and speak to manager about price but I will never in life do business with anyone who lets 20,000 cash walk out the door without even speaking to them. Shady business consumer affairs needs to get involved with these thief’s. DONT BUY FROM HERE DONT EVEN WASTE YOUR TIME!! 🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩

Let me update yall: 28,000 dollar car. Finally got my loan information from the bank. 35k credit taken out. Isnt that some BS? We even went through the paperwork, NOT ONCE did I see 35k loan come out of this. I let a few things go with this purchase too. Bald tires, my driver handle doesnt work, and I had to drive all the way to Linden to get my tags, plates, and I still have to get it inspected. I bought a car from here in may of 2021 it’s now September of 2021 I’ve been back 5 times trying to get my car fixed. No luck. Each time they claimed to fixed something. Another problem. The staff there will treat you nice to make you for comfortable. It’s overall horrible company.

Recently went to this location after finding a 2020 car for a very great price ($11,000). Service was good and the sales team was very friendly. The problem was the final sale price. Before my family and I knew it, the total soared to $16,500 just from dealership fees. Taxes and registration still needed to be added. I’m aware car salesmen need to make money too, but I wasn’t paying over $5,000 over the listed price. We declined and the sales team didn’t even try negotiating, so I’m guessing they have enough people willing to cough up the money.

Wow!! I been told the only thing a car dealership cares about is their bottom line. I been told they will say anything they have too to get you into one of their cars. I was told that a car dealership dont care about you. Well, champion auto showed me something different. I took home a 2015 jeep renegade latitude from them and wasnt happy with its performance and found a few technical problems. I didnt want the car for a day longer, period! I was fully prepared to do whatever it takes to get back into my old car(trade-in). Kamal, the manager saw my frustration and worked to get me back on the road happy. We found a newer jeep renegade in a different trim and I fell in love all over again! But before any paperwork Kamal made sure I really really loved the way the car rides. Here steps in HanI, a car dealer at the location, who brings the car around and accompanies me on a test drive. Hand was super kind and sensitive to my feeling and car needs. We tested every feature and push the car to see its performance. Hani also took the time to teach me some best practices when it comes to driving SUVs. After the test-drive I knew I found the better car for me. The icing on the cake was even though the new car was of a newer year and a top-tier trim (tail hawk) he was able to get my interest rate and monthly payment super close to the one I walked out with on the previous car. Its not exact but its dam near close enough and for that Im super happy! Throughout it all i was cared for and that you dont get everywhere. Be very careful before signing anything....the cost of the vehicle on the website is NOT the cost of the car. Recently purchased a car for $14900 and when the bank loan statement came in an extra $4000 was added. Tried called the dealership and got the run around for over a week, feel they were avoiding the call, finally spoke to the sales manager and was informed it was extra add on’s like fees and other stuff but could not give us the breakdown.

I used the chat feature on their site to inquire about the cost of a vehicle since most say call/contact us for price. After being vetted to see if I required financing (no) or had a trade in (no), I was told a sales manager would contact me. Three days later no call received. I suspect its because I answered no to both questions. Most dealers post their prices on-line. It seems peculiar that you should have to contact them to simply get a price.

I would never buy a car from here again. My sister bought a car from here that originally cost 10,000 and change and somehow her loan ended up being 28,000 and change. The car isn’t brand new it already had over 80,000 miles on it. If you want to lose money I would come here. Just so you know if this ever happens to you you can always return the car up to three days after you sign the contract. If I was able to rate negative stars I would’ve.

Im updating this review with 1 star. The reason is because when i bought the car they never told me that the car i purchased was involved in an accident. I found out later when i signed all the paperwork and I couldn’t undo all this contract because “Adam” told me about this accident and it was too late for me. Never again.Before doing any purchase or even test drive the vehicle, make sure you ask for the carfax.

Stay clear of this place they tell you one thing then make you jump through hoops finally reach a deal which I’m glad got botched cause it was a rip off so reached a deal of 3500 down and 1500 more with in 4 weeks I agreed next day I was going to send the down payment and guy says we need 4000 and another thousand in 4 weeks I argued it they wouldn’t hold up to there word so I went elsewhere bought a much nicer Cadillac ATS with lower miles lower down payment and less hassle quick and easy not sure how they get the name champion out of losers but stay clear

Three days ago: same experience as others. The advertised price turned out to be a finance price, which rose from $12k to nearly $17k when it turned out we were paying cash. We only learned this after waiting for well over an hour to test drive the car (allegedly there was no license plate available; we never did get to drive it). One star because Omar was such a pleasure talk to, so at least the afternoon wasnt completely wasted.

I think this the worst place to buy a car because I bought the Audi Q5. they hide the engine sign and sold the car to me. I got the engine sign right after I got out from dealer and I went back there and they just removed the sign and told me if the sign come back again we will fix that. After few days engine sign came back and I called the dealer they didn’t even talk with me about that and I went to dealer they told me we cannot do anything about that after you bought the car anything happened you have to take care. I didn’t even drive that car and I have to spend money for that.

Today I decided to stop by a dealership that I’ve been looking at online. The employee Adam who has very satisfying customer service, was here on time to complete my deal. He worked with my budget, and income to get me approved for the best car guaranteed. Everything was done in about 1hr of my time with all my paperwork. Such a horrible dealer. The reviews speak for themselves. Additionally, the “responses” from Tommy clearly indicate how unprofessional this dealer can be. A good manager/owner doesn’t debate with an unhappy customer. Definitely doesn’t debate under REVIEWS about how “right” he is. Instead a manager apologizes, asks how he/she can do better at accommodating and offers a solution to please the customer. Reviews impact business. And being “right” shows the unprofessionalism.

This a bait and swich place! The price of the car is based on if you get financing from them. I WENT IN WITH CASH! And they jacked the price up $1000. So I left it right there. But the salesman was nice.

I went to this dealer for a vehicle that was listed at 9995 seen it on thier site and screen shot it a week ago and sent it to my wife to say this is a good deal and even showed it to my partners at work all agreed it was a great deal I arrived at the location yesterday and bam they hit me with oh its 13995. Im asking how is that if its listed for 9995 he feeds me some bs of how taxes and fees from dealer among other bs brought it to that price. Could I get a break down of that? Hell no. Bensonhurst Brooklyn girl was lookin for a Caddy for a few months - 2 door coupe - found my dream girl at Champion in Linden!I passed by and was greeted by a wonderful guy named Tony. He was friendly and kind and got right to work for me in showing me the car and getting down to business. Everyone at their place was so nice! Offered me a nice cold glass of water while I was waiting and within an hour I was approved, insured, and rollin out the door in my new ride.Glad to say I found my dream car and also have a place to bring her to for service.
