Kirk is the most professional person I came into contact with about fixing game systems. Kirk did everything he could to fix my system. My system was fixed within 7 hours. While he was working on it, the system still had issues. He has a motto, if he cant fix it he doesnt charge. Well when my Xbox left it was not working but we talked about a chance that it may work, a slim chance but a chance. He did not charge me for the time he put into my system and was not mad in the least. I tried the solution we talked about. And... My system is like new. Kirk is an extremely knowledgeable person. Electronic fixes I have will now go to him hands down. I will not take them to any other store. Kirk deserves a 5 ⭐ rating and will be doing business with him from now on.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE! Took in my Xbox because it wouldn’t turn on and I had tried everything the Xbox website told me to do. He looked at it and identified the problem for free then went over pricing and fixed it right there in front of me and it took about 20 minutes for the whole process! I took a video game handheld console (gameboy advance SP) here in the hopes that a modification could be made on it, which would result in noise that the console makes (which I could hear via headphones and ruined the experience for me personally), being eliminated. This modification involved very small components, small enough that a helping hand was basically needed. The modification was made successfully, and the noise was indeed eliminated. Because I was conveniently helped, a recommendation is obligatory.

I brought an Apple Watch to get the screen fixed, paid 250, and was told that if anything happens then there is a guarantee on it. Brought it home and it only worked for about a week; then it never turned on afterwards. Brought it back he said the screen is cracked inside and blamed me for breaking it, so the guarantee is voided. But the watch was never drop or bump into anything. After 4 months and he still can’t fix it. Never call to get an update. I always have to call for follow up. DO NOT TRUST!

I was having issues with my PS4 Pro overheating, and Id tried some at home fixes with no luck. I took it to Kirk, and he did an amazing job, communicating with me every step of the way. He made me feel great about my decision by saying if I had any problems to let him know, and hed make sure it was right. Theyve always done top notch work at a fair price. Ive taken a few items there for unusual repairs. A PC that wouldnt boot, they found the videocard had fried, and replaced that. Another time they identified it as the power supply. Latest repair the power switch on my gaming console no longer worked, and they fixed it up good as new.I recommend them every time someone is looking for electronics repair.

Kirk and Shawn are great, they are always friendly! Ive taken my phone in a few times. The charge port was loose and it was replaced the same day and the second time was to reset my phone and replace the battery. Ive also taken a few laptops there. One was to replace a battery that had pretty much exploded and the other was to put in a new hard drive that had been damaged. They do good work and I always recommend this place to my clients!

Had blue screen issues and a possible hardware failure on my 4 year old laptop, they conducted a free estimate within a couple of days and promptly got back to me with their estimate. They have extremely competitive prices and I was pleased to have them working on my system. After figuring out that my ram was the cause they replaced it with some they had on hand and let me use that until the new ram came in. My computer ended up having problems 2 months after the warranty was expired and they were still willing to make repairs for free!
