I have been using Level Seven for both my tablet and stand alone home computer for the last 3-4 years. I have found Bob to be Knowledgeable, courteous, professional, and affordable; coupled with his strong focus upon customer service. Its nice to working with someone who brings the complicated matters down to my level of understanding and completes projects as promised.

Supper easy to work with, called on Saturday morning and my computer was running very slow then would not open any pages, found i had a hard drive issue, that was replaced by Monday and works better than it has for a very long time. THANKS again Level Seven. I originally found this company through a post on there website.

I took my computer to another place for repair and it wasnt repaired. I took it to Level 7 and got great, fast service and a real repair. They are very service-oriented.

I took my laptop to a different, local repair shop first, where I was told I would have to wait 3 to 4 weeks to get my screen replaced. After I took it to Level 7, they replaced my screen and I had it back within 24 hours. Laptop is as good as new. Can’t recommend these guys enough.

If you are looking for the place to go with your computer, GO HERE!!!!Sept 16th, I took my 6-year old DELL laptop in to Level Seven, (which was running old Windows-7) to have it upgraded. As long as I had it in, I thought best to have it looked all over, kind of a physical. It was running pretty slow and I wasnt even using half of the space available. Came to find out, one of the reasons its going slow, is that the hard drive was going bad.So Bob, (owner) told me he could improve performance dramatically.He replaced hard drive, (with a solid state drive) and moved all my important files back as well as upgrading to Windows-10.I picked it up the next morning, so I was without my, (home) computer less than one day. I couldnt be happier with Bob and the service I received and the price was less than I was expecting, (with tax less than $200.00.I feel as though I have a new computer and didnt have to buy a new computer. Ill bet it will be good to go for another 6-years, (at least).

Perfect job every time

Bob has refurbished 2 old computers for us, one laptop and one desktop. The laptop was a fairly simple scrub and reload, but Bob had it done the same day and managed to pull everything off the old computer and get it onto the laptop. The desktop was 11 years old and having issues with not running correctly. Bob had to run diagnostics to determine the source of the issues to see if the old machine could be saved. He ended up replacing the hard drive, got all my old stuff mirrored onto the new drive so the old machine runs like it used to. During the process Bob called to discuss the situation and keep us informed so we could discuss options and choose the path we wanted to take. Bobs work is top notch and even the desktop work was completed in less than 24 hours. His shop was spotless and well equipped for Covid safety. The cost of repair/refurbish for each computer was less than $200....you cant buy a new machine for that. Plus, he has computers in his shop available for purchase...all at very reasonable prices. Great guy, good business.

I have taken my computer to Level Seven several times over the years and I have found them to be of high quality in responding to what I needed done and reasonably priced. You know who is working on your computer when you take it to Level Seven and I like that personal touch. Before I knew about this computer company I took my computer elsewhere and was charged what I thought was an expensive price for what little was done and in one case the work was unsatisfactory and the company wouldnt own up to their mistake. I never have to worry about Level Seven Computers in this regard. I own a small business and rely on my computer so it is very important to me to also get it back after taking the computer in. This computer place has always returned my computer in a reasonable time and that is so important. I give them my highest recommendation and I would not think of taking my business or personal computers elsewhere.

Very impressed, great customer service!!! My graphics card was doing a green flicker on video stream. I didnt want to have to take my desktop in, disconnect everything and through all that added. I reached out to Bob the owner and we planned a remote solution. He was busy and said follow up with him later afternoon at around a exact time. He then surprised me by calling me back and we fixed the problem on my computer remotely. I have had other great work from here and will continue to work with them.

Took my laptop in there with a broken screen (had gotten dropped) These “professionals” said no problem easy fix. NOTE it was working perfect before taking it in except for the cracked screen. They called a few days later saying that it wouldn’t even turn on anymore and asked for more money! After I picked it up because they had ruined my laptop they charged me $35 for labor... $35 for ruining my laptop a week before online school starts. If you care about your items do not take them here! Took it to get a second opinion and the actual professionals said it looked as though it had been DROPPED BY THEM! more damage than what was originally described. Never going back and making sure no friends/family go here as well.

I chose Level 7 Computers because of the high Google rating and they were right!Although my computer was toast, they were able to recover my data, which is all I was hoping for. James was very helpful in helping me with questions I had regarding specs for a new computer. All in all, I highly recommend Level 7 and will return if I ever need their services again.

I took 2 laptops in as both were running slow and they gave me a reasonable quote for optimizing them. One of the computers wouldnt boot to Windows when I took it in, so they did a data recovery and recycled it for me. They optimized the one that worked, but they went over and above when they un-installed Norton that was really slowing the working computer down and installed an antivirus software that uses less RAM and they took some memory from the bad computer and installed it in the optimized computer without charging me. Im very happy with the laptop that was optimized and the data recovery. Excellent customer service and they got my computer back to me within 2 days.

This has become my computer place in the last few months. After buying a desktop computer here, I brought in my wifes old laptop that had been fried and unusable. The big box store said the data couldnt be retrieved, but Level Seven retrieved all 250 gig of data and put it on an external drive for me. Going back this week to find my wife another laptop.

This is a great local computer sales, computer repair and data recovery service in Lincoln! One of our laptop hard drives failed and they were able to replace the drive, recover the data in reinstall the operating system in two days. I have been to visit these guys seven times over the years (four different desktop computers, with seven different issues) - this is my first review. While having a ailing computer is never good, these gentlemen succeeded, on all seven visits, at getting to the bottom of my problems and quickly solving the problem. My issues included a limping hard drive, a graphics card issue and, my most recent visit, a mysterious issue with an older computer, which they were able to fix that saved me from having to purchase a new desktop! Their charges are very fair. They are quick and, so far, they have been batting 1000 when it comes to getting my machines working well! Thanks to LEVEL SEVEN for keeping my desktops going and my virtual air force flying! Oh, and they have some cool African cichlids!

Just had a terrible experience with Level Seven. I dropped my computer off because I couldnt boot it. I was told it sounded like my hard-drive was bad. They said they could install a new hard drive and move over all my old stuff. They didnt even say maybe or most likely we can recover and move it over, but that they were confident that they could and would. I thought this was a little self-assured given they hadnt done a real look at it, but was happy to accept it. I get a call in a day or two saying my computer is ready to pick up. I go to pick it up and in the midst of checking me out the guy is like oh yeah, we couldnt recover anything because your old old drive is too corrupt. I literally felt like I just got gutted. Being told so casually I just lost everything? Why didnt they call me as they were working on it let me know? Also while Im standing there stunned, he proceeds to go over a couple long-shot options to recover my data but they didnt try it because it would be a lot of hard work. To me this is where they should have called me when they discovered the extent of the damage so I could have told them to try it or considered my options and not wasted my time driving out to the store if I wanted them to continue their efforts. At this point, if I do want to aggressively pursue recovering my data, I dont think Ill be using them.I dont blame them for not recovering my data. Sometimes thats the way it goes, things are beyond repair, I get it. But one, dont over promise on the get go. Two, if you discover a serious problem, call your customer to discuss options. Three, dont casually mention in the midst ringing up someones bill that oh yeah all their data was lost. Im guessing most customers would not like that bomb being dropped on them after theyve thought that their computer was fixed.These folks may very well be good at repairing computers, but their customer service sucks and they dont seem very motivated to try to fix a hard problem because its time consuming or hard.

I went today to upgrade my laptop, the technician there did a great job at a very affordable cost and did the work so fast, I would give him five stars but he deserves more! Thank you!

I bought a used Sony laptop from them probably 3-4 years ago and it still runs like a new. Have had a Blue screen issue with a PC which they fixed promptly. They also replaced a power supply and memory in our tower HP PC and they did it at a very fair price. When daughter goes off to college in a couple of years I plan to buy another used laptop for her. The3ir used computers are as good as if not better than new and at about 1/2 the price. IMO they are the best shop in Lincoln, no need to go anywhere else .

These guys give you a free diagnosis if youre a first time customer, which is amazing in comparison to other locations which charge you about 50 just to look at it. They fixed my PC that was afflicted with a fatal error. The fix unfortunately cost me all of my installed programs and games, but they managed to save all of my personal files, which was huge for me. After booting it up back home to begin reinstalling some programs, I noticed they had uninstalled Internet Explorer and installed Google Chrome with the ad-block extension already downloaded onto it. They also took the time to download Avast anti-virus. That was above and beyond what I expected, and they didnt even mention doing it. The whole service even cost less than the price they quoted me, and while that may have been intentional to get my good graces, it totally worked. These guys are awesome.

The guys at Level Seven tackled a problem that other places in Lincoln wouldnt even attempt. They rescued information from a 24yr old computer, built a virtual computer that would run my old software, sold me the refurbished hardware that I needed, all at a VERY reasonable price. Whatever your problem or need, this is the place to go!

I recently used Level Seven computers for the installation of a new platform for my PC. They charged me what they said they would and it was half the price quote of others in town. After I took my PC home, there were some issues. I contacted them and they fixed it the same day with no extra charge for their time. They made it right. Thats hard to find in todays world. I took my Mac in because I named two files the same thing and replaced a TON of photos. I was devistated and this looked like the best place to go based on reviews (I was looking for cheap but reliable). They ran a 5 hour scan and called me the same day to see if I could tell them what I needed over the phone, which I couldnt. A few days later I was back in town, they ran the scan again with me sitting right there. In the end they didnt recover anything off my hard drive because (and this is my personal guess) my Mac stuck them all in iPhotos. They were extremely kind, understanding and they stand behind their ability to help. In my case they waived my first time fee coming in and since they didnt recover anything they didnt charge me anything. They are an AMAZING business and yes I did feel like a serious pain in the behind with the effort they wasted but they really stand behind their service which is something to be admired in this day and age!
