Nick tried buying my laptop and was a no call no show on several occasions. Strung it out over a month before finally official bailing. Terrible to do business with. -2/10 would not recommend.Update after the businesss response: Yes this was an inquiry through Facebook Marketplace but one Nick was going to use to flip through this business. His profile picture is ASX Electronics so I expected him to represent the business well and since he didnt he should be held accountable. And no, I never once threatened him. It was listed for $900 and I offered it to him discounted for $850 and said every day he doesnt show up Ill add $10 so timeliness would be in his best interest. It was only then when he told me he didnt want to purchase it after stringing me on for a month. AND, every time he bailed he said it was because he didnt have the time and was working too much, he never once said it was a price issue. He bailed on over 5 different occasions, I can send screenshots if you want to play this game longer.

If I could give 10 stars I would! Nick was very responsive and got me just what I needed. My MacBook is in excellent condition and works like a charm! If you want good quality and great customer service, look no further!

Nicholas is a great guy and stands behind his products. Nice to see a young entrepreneur doing it the right way. I purchased a Dell 7020 to build a budget gaming PC for my son from him about a year ago and has worked great since. We had an issue with a Windows license but Nicholas was right on top of it and fixed us right up.

I never realized the potential computers had until these guys showed me the possible upgrades available. I thought a computer was just another utility type of machine used to do my work, but they showed me spending a bit of money on upgrades can make a computer hundreds of times faster. I went from compiling research analytics data over hours of time to less than a few minutes and have saved more time than I have ever thought was possible. Every time I buy from them I learn something new. Friendliest and nicest, most honest guys I ever met in a business. I don’t even shop at Best Buy anymore, these guys prices are way better than most local shops and their knowledge seems endless! Wish I had a place like this where I used to live!!!

Bought a computer from him. He told me that he would put one thing in it for a certain price then put something lesser in there and went over budget. 2 days afterwards I try and save something to the hard drive just to find out it doesnt work because it was 9 years old. Currently in a PayPal dispute with him. Had to spend an extra $320 just to get what I was promised from him for $600. Stay far away.I am adding to this review to reply to the owner. I did not tell him which components I wanted in the computer. He told me what he would be putting into it. I did not receive and invoice until the day before he delivered the pc. He is the one who told me he could have it built by sunday. I asked for an explanation to the higher price and he never gave me one. I only filed the first claim after he told me he would take the computer. I full understand that the 650 watt power supply is sufficient for now but not if I were to upgrade which with a gaming pc in a constant thing. As to the fraudulent Hard drive claims. I took the computer to Schrock Innovations. I have the invoice. I also have screen shots of all communication between me and Nick. EVERY SINGLE WORD. and will be updating this review with pictures as soon as i transfer the screen shots

I purchased a computer from this business as i could not afford to buy new. Having multiple amputations and limited in mobility and employment, as well as recently being homeless due to health issues, i put together literally every cent i could and purchased what seemed to be an ok computer. As i attempted to enter the job market once again i was face with a laptop with no working dvd, would have been my only source as I lost all my belongings, then a mouse pad that stopped working for a week, causing me to lose much needed income from not meeting deadlines, and again this past weekend when i was faced with having to purchase a new windows office package only after 30 days. Im no computer geek obviously, so excuse me if these arent legitimate complaints, but i am a starving disabled veteran that is trying to get by, and while i dont expect my refund from this business, maybe it will help the next person be more cautious.
