They did work for my apartment company (MBA Apartments) in my apartment due to mold damage, and between the two they couldnt figure how to do things. The owner was pushy and every time I called he just tried to get me off the phone. He couldnt give me a straight answer and it was like a 3 way arm wrestling match between me, him and the apartment manager. I came home from work one day and they had repaired their initial mistakes like patch work. I had rwo different colored carpert and no transission strips from one floor surface to another. Honestly I wasnt even sure if it was done, but according to them it was. If I owned my own home and needed floor work I would NEVER use them!
