I love my new carpet from carpets direct! Tony did a great job helping us select the perfect carpet and pad for my allergy needs and Wuilmer and crew did an impeccable job on install! They always answer the phone (unlike some others in town) and work hard to make sure the customer is happy.

Carpets Direct has installed all the flooring in my home. Most recently a large bathroom in Luxury Vinyl Plank! Abbas did a great job and Alex helped us with our selections. Great Place! We highly recommend these guys.

Based in reviews, I went to look at flooring for a whole house redo. Having been before I was pretty set in doing business with them. No one was wearing a mask even though the city has a mask mandate. There was absolutely no effort to Social distance either. Blatant disregard for community mandates and the health of others, over the simple act of wearing a mask, sends me out the door. I will never return nor will I recommend. To many other options than to support a business like this.

Best prices and friendly staff. I have been to everywhere in Lincoln as a contractor. Dare to Compare. Noticed many of the other 5 stars from other..competitors...if that is what they like call to themselves is mainly their immediate family and friends reviews. SMH

Alex is super friendly and knowledgeable about carpet. It was good to learn from her in a quiet, well designed space. Shopping for flooring is overwhelming to me and Alex made it feel a little less so. This was a first visit and well see how the journey with them progresses.

My husband and I have purchased carpets through Carpets Direct two times. Both experiences with working with CD and their installers has been exceptional. I highly recommend CD. Five years ago I bought new flooring from Carpets Direct for a few rooms of the house I was living in at the time. The quality of the product and of the installation was excellent. The price was reasonable. And the service was outstanding; Dan was great to work with. I am now planning to redo all of the flooring in my current house, and Carpets Direct is the only place I have called. After my excellent earlier experience with Carpets Direct, I assume working with any other place would be a disappointment.

Ive not made any purchases from Carpets Direct (yet), but have worked with them on two separate flooring situations now. They know their products well, are quick to respond when necessary, and Chris went out of his way to ensure I got the answers I needed. Theyve earned my future business. I recommend you stop here if youre shopping for flooring.

I am a huge fan of Carpets Direct. We used them for carpet in our basement and floors in my parents condo. In both cases they did excellent work and were exceptionally kind and courteous. In particular an issue arose when they were installing the floor in the condo. I discussed it with Chris, the manager, he looked into it, and I was honestly blown away with his professionalism in resolving it. There are few companies that treat their customers so well.

We worked with Direct Carpets last year, and the crew they sent with the carpet were efficient, neat and A+ quality. Just finished flooring upstairs, this time Tim (craftsman) did a fantastic job. Cant say enough good things about him or his work. Hope youre paying him enough for his quality work, or he deserves a big bonus. The other gentleman that put carpet in 2 rooms also did an A+ job. Were loving all of it and appreciate your great crew.
