What a difference it has made in our living space. Denise was helpful finding a wood flooring to match old oak trim in the living room to new mahogany cabinets in the kitchen. Had to replace our 25 year old direct vent fireplace as we were selling our current home in the Porter Ridge neighborhood. This meant replacing the tile surround. Because it was 25 years old there was no way to replace with the same tile which matched the tile in front of the fireplace. The folks at EMO did a masterful job in helping us find tile surround that worked with the tile on the floor, but still have it a new look! Not only did they help with the selection, but they then came in and installed the new tile. We couldnt be happier! The fireplace looks and works beautifully and I know the new homeowners will love it as much as we do. Thanks to EMO Flooring Company!

Product, pricing, and installation were all great. We visited Emo Flooring with the thought of buying and installing the back splash ourselves, but with the help of Denise, we were able to pick out a backsplash of our liking and get it installed at a reasonable price. The installer did a great job and kept us informed all along.

Emo flooring is exceptional, they not only offer the best services, but they try to work with you. Denise helped me pick out this gorgeous design once mine was back ordered. They work with you until your happy. Aoron who came out to install all of it did a terrific job, very polite, and respectful of your home. Sure the price is high, but you’re paying for good quality, and time they take putting down each price gently and making sure the design looks great. The wood is wonderful. It’s been about 4 days surviving puppy play time, puppy claws, a cat who loves to leave fur, and puppy accidents. Husky safe! 😅 Great quality because it’s so easy to clean and doesn’t even damage the wood. They offer the best products! I really mean it! Originally had carpet and oak that was old, as seen in the photos. The new job they did really improved the place. We couldn’t be happier with Emo flooring. Not only that, but they don’t immediately demand money in a whole payment. They take a half down payment and offer other ways to pay when they are done with the job. Able to pay multiple methods. They’re flexible, they work hard to give you the best, and they work around your schedule instead of you having to wait on them. My neighbors were impressed as well. 😄 Trust me, if you want good quality, they deliver! Our new carpet is AMAZING! Not only was the selection and ordering process simple (with excellent recommendations from Brandon and Hannah), but the installation process was TOP NOTCH!! Their installation guy Bob, was great to chat with, he was also extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and funny! We needed the carpet replaced in a rental property in Lincoln, NE. We live in about two hours away so we contacted Hannah at EMO and asked for her help. She took samples to our townhouse, picked out a carpet based on our preferences and coordinated the install.It was a wonderful experience and we truly appreciated the level of customer service! EMO Flooring was a breeze to work with throughout the entire flooring process. They have great materials to choose from with large samples you can take home to see how they look in your space. Everything from measurement to installation was handled quickly and professionally. It took less than a month from the moment I walked through their doors to have a finished floor, and that was during the holiday season.Our installation was contracted through Kelly West Floors and they did an amazing job. They were very respectful of our property and made sure to ask questions when they needed to. Our installation was likely a little more challenging than most since it was the basement of a very old house, but you wouldnt be able to tell by looking at the finished product. We love our new floor!

From start to finish - fabulous service! The new vinyl in my basement bathroom remodel looks great. Kelly West (installer) and his helper (I didnt get his name, but wonderful man!) did a great job installing. Arrived early, made a small repair to my concrete, installed and finished in great time. Cleaned up where they worked and were super friendly!

We recently had Emo flooring replace carpet on our basement stairs and landing. The sales staff was knowledgeable. Every step of the process was fast and communication was excellent. No hidden fees, no install issues, carpet looks amazing! We will definitely use EMO flooring for our next project.

Great products and even better customer service.We used EMO Flooring for all of our tile / flooring in our new house in 2016. Recently we had an issue with the tile in our master bathroom related to the grout erision and recontacted EMO. Greg did a great job of having an Territory Manager for Custom Building Products come to our house to evaluate this issue. It was determined that the grout and some of the tiles were defective which EMO replaced the flooring. Jesse their installer was great. Always friendly, respectful and provided great advise. I would highly recommend EMO Flooring Company. Great customer service!

What we really appreciate was they took the time to explain the differences among flooring types and allowed us to take home samples of various products. We recommend Emo Flooring! They have completed several installations for us over the past few years - both carpeting and resilient flooring. They have a great variety of showroom samples from many companies. The staff have been friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. There was a mix-up on one installation which they corrected, at their expense, without any argument. Installers have been excellent! We highly recommend them.

Ive had two rooms re-done in Southeast Lincoln, a small office, and a family room. The office in late 2018, the family room in early 2020. Both times were great experiences, from picking out the floor I wanted, to an efficient measurement, a solid proposal, and the execution of those proposals. Workers were polite, professional, and left the place as clean or cleaner than they found it (cleaner, of course, with a fresh, new floor!)

Emo Flooring just installed new flooring at our Veterinary Hospital. This was a good experience from start to finish. Our sales person went out of her way to help us pick out a product that would be up to the wear and tear in our setting. Their installation crew did most of their work in the evenings so as to not disrupt our work days. The finished product looks great. I am extremely happy with this purchase.

I had been on a search for tile for a bathroom and couldnt find anything I liked until I went to EMOs flooring. We had a tear out of a bathroom floor and tile around a bath tub. Weve used Emo Flooring several times over the years and have been meaning to write this review since my first experience. As perfectionists, weve appreciated the precision installation, quick service scheduling, attention to installation details, selection choices of products and services, and knowledgeable advice on projects. Both sales and installation sides have always been very helpful and responsive to questions and thoughts. The owner personally helped solve tricky floor challenges to make sure the outcome was perfect for an old house. Also, dont let the word flooring in the name fool you. I was exceptionally pleased with the last project which involved the installation of a shower with the complete Schluter System we wanted used. The tiler installed a complicated pattern that was done with precision that was really appreciated. Even the square drain was perfectly aligned and set. This was one of the best contractors weve used in 20 years.

These guys TRULY go above and beyond. I bought tile from them 3yrs ago and one of them broke. When I called they said it had been discontinued. They could have just stopped right there but they didnt. Dillon literally researched every distributor across the country to try and locate this tile. We couldnt find it anywhere so he then brought up a client list and called those clients who had also ordered that tile and helped connect me with someone to get it replaced. I could go on and on but bottom line is they had NOTHING to gain from me but went WAY above and beyond. Thanks so much!!!

These folks are the most helpful of any place I have ever been. Anyone can sell some flooring, but these people really assist with decisions. Give a little clue to what you want and they show the perfect options. And are contious of your budget as well.

Needed special cuts to tile (holes to make room for shower/faucet head). Called and was quoted $10 per cut pr $20 total. Needed two cuts. Standard tile. Everyone knows whats involved in a shower head cut, especially if you are agreeing to do it. Total was $45. Not even close to quote. Disappointed.

I don’t write reviews good or bad but this needs to be heard. As local business owner, I like to shop local. This place is a home owners nightmare. Terrible customer service! The owners “Greg and Jackie” will not take responsibility for there installers tearing up our wood work and botching the carpet install. The owners of Emo Flooring suggested that we would pay someone to come fix the damage they caused. Extremely disappointed. We will take be taking our business elsewhere.
