Amazing!!! cant say enough!!! Paul and Mike took great care of my Acura start to finish. They took the time to educate me about the quality of products that they would use. I already knew my car needed brakes, so there was no surprise. They checked the front/rear, made the recommendation, ordered what was needed and got my car taken care of very efficiently!The icing on the cake was the shuttle service and the great conversation, from all the guys. I trust the work they did, and I recommend them to you!!

Best auto shop Ive been to ever

Im new to Nebraska and was looking for a trustworthy place to work on our vehicles. Our suburban needed a lot of work, and we could only afford to have it done in increments. I talked to Jim and he spent an easy half hour asking questions about the specific problems I was having. He gave me the impression that he was looking for the solution, not just trying to sell me service.We took it in and they went over it & gave us a detailed list (in order of importance).George spent a lot of time with me on the phone helping me prioritize the neccessary fixes for an upcoming trip. Once again, I felt I was given an honest assessment of what was really important, and what wasnt. He wasnt trying to get me to buy a bunch of extra service. I had them tackle the first couple items on the list and could immediately see and feel the improvement in the way the vehicle drove.Price-wise... their prices were lower than a local dealership wanted for the same repairs, in some cases by a lot.I am very happy after my first visit to Autoworks, and plan on going back to have the list fixed as money allows.

I had my 2004 Saab 9-3 serviced here several times which included both routine maintenance and a transmission replacement. I was pleased with the level of service and honesty on all occasions. They regularly call you with updates, and you wont get any surprises on your final bill. All work they did was very thorough. These gentlemen have character, and I highly recommend their service. They also have a shuttle to take you to and pick you up from work if you drop your car off.

Had car trouble on vacation and had to find a place in Lincoln that could get me in ASAP. These guys were very helpful to work with, and the courtesy shuttle was a great touch. Work was good and pricing was reasonable. As an added bonus, they informed me on some things my regular mechanics havent been able to figure out or have overlooked. Would definitely recommend Autoworks.

Make sure to specify what work you want done in writing before they start work. Asked for 3 specific things to be done on a 30k mile service and one was not. Additionally, the explanation I got from the service writers about the change was unsatisfactory.The mechanics are good, and I enjoyed taking my car in to Autoworks for over a year, but trust has been broken.

This place used to be good until new receptionist came into play. I love the mechanics but the guy at the front desk is just irresponsible and this place will lose its customers very soon.The reason behind my negative comment is, i had them inspect my vehicle, paid the inspection fee of $109.00 after tx. Called 2 times to get a quote on how much will it cost to fix it as when i paid the inspection fee, apparently the tech was not present to provide me with the quote. Never received a call back. Talking about George Ellis not returning calls back and providing customers with quotes.

Autoworks is a great shop. From a vintage Porsche to a newer Lexus, they can service it all. Very fair pricing and excellent service.

They do maintenance on my mother in laws car, always seem to find something else that needs fixing. And the price is almost twice as much as some other mechanics for the same work, such as new rotors

Overcharged for parts. Told me on Wednesday they would have it done Friday, then called on Friday saying itd be done by Monday. Told them I was leaving Sunday so it needed to be done then, which they agreed to. Called two hours before they closed that it was done. Arrived an hour later and waited 15 minutes for them to actually finish it. Remember to research auto shops before taking your car in.
