The service through the website is fast and functional, the problem is that they offer appointments to see published cars (website) that have already been sold, they dont really have an organization to respect appointments made and confirmed, and at the same time they sell for the back door, it seems that only money matters and not quality of service. Without worrying about each of the contact channels and details with potential customers, it is sad to know that there is no ethics or respect for the customer, and they only know how to solve by offering the most expensive thing they have, definitely look for another place for your next car .
Brought my car in to have rotors replaced because I suspected a warped rotor was causing vibrations when brakes were applied. They “recommended” that I replace both front and rear rotors to help with that but only the rear rotors showed any signs of warping. I chose to only replace the rear rotors based on that and was without a car for 4 days because I wasn’t told they were waiting on parts. When I finally did pick it up, nothing was fixed after replacing the rear rotors, so I basically spent $300 for absolutely nothing.I have since talked with a manager about a new issue that arose and he apologized about the situation and I feel much better about everything.
First kid in college needed vehicle services and looked at. Not sure who to go to or trust since we live a little ways away and Anderson took away all of the worry. Trent was great to work with and everything from scheduling to service to paying remotely was handled exceptionally great!!

First of all, I really enjoy my new 2021 F250. We ordered the vehicle at the end of February 2021, but it wasnt until the Middle of May before the vehicle was manufactured. The vehicle then sat on a lot for the next 4 months waiting for necessary chips. Would have liked a little more communication from the dealership on the status of the delivery, but had to go through a Ford website to keep up to date on the status. We actually learned through the website the vehicle was finished and in transit to the dealership for delivery.Secondly, we obtained a pre-approved load through our credit union to purchase the vehicle and we presented the check the day we picked up the F250. Approximately a week later we were informed by the credit union of issues with the dealership that needed to be resolved before cashing the pre-approved check. Mainly the dealer did not contact the credit union and missing data. We got the impression that the Finance Department would have preferred the vehicle be financed through Ford instead out own bank.We do have to complement the service depart for the installation the bed liner and cover. Looks good!!!
I had to leave a review! I came to this location on a Thursday with time to kill due to having a new vehicle serviced at a nearby dealership. As I checked out used truck Damon contacted me and was interested in my wants and needs. After showing me everything on the lot we even went on his computer and he showed me the mass inventory they have at other locations. We found what seemed to be my perfect truck and he had it arranged to be brought to this location from grand island the next day. I came to checkout this Nissan and it wasn’t what I had hoped it would be. Unfortunately Damon was not their but his sales manager Izacc was super helpful and friendly. Since I already knew what was on their lot I had a second option in mind. I test drove a 2015 Ford F-150 xl and fell in love with it the moment I started the engine. They gave me a fair trade in for the vehicle I was still making payments on and tried to make the sale as easy as possible. As far as not all staff wearing mask, that’s the world we live in now. Everyone who came in contact with me or talked to me did wear one and it was appreciated as I always do wear mine. To conclude, thanks for getting me out of a minivan and into this beauty!

Doing all the paperwork at Jeff’s desk and not needing to leave him to go over optional warranty etc was impressive to me! I only had to work with those two and felt comfortable doing this all by myself. Nice job to a great company that I will return to in the future!
I already had my brakes inspected here less than a week before I made an appointment to get them fixed. Called the day before and they couldnt tell me exactly how much it would cost and said they wouldnt know until I brought it in and they looked at it AGAIN the morning of the appointment...so I cancelled and hope I never have to return. 100% done with Ford after this car. Toyota is way better (Not Baxter in Lincoln)

Being a young female, I was a bit nervous to go into the Anderson Ford Collision center. I do not know much about cars, but that was not a problem when I went in. I was treated with respect and care throughout the entire process of getting my car fixed. Paige, at the front desk, was great! It was nice to be able to talk to another women in a mainly male dominated field. I would recommend Anderson Ford to anyone I know, thank you guys for your help!
My mom lives in a different state and came to Lincoln for a funeral. A sensor went out in her car, which was covered under warranty, and it was towed to Anderson Ford Lincoln for the repair. My mom called about the repair several times and they kept saying they were waiting on the part. At first it was going to take 2 weeks, and then a month, and then finally she was told they didnt have the part and it would be over 2 months before they would get it in. My mom ended up calling the Ford dealership in Grand Island and they had the part there. She then had to call Lincoln to inform them that Grand Island had the part in stock. It took almost a month for the repair to be completed, but would have been even longer had my mom not found the part herself. I actually picked my moms car up when it was finished yesterday. I have never been to this dealership before and I didnt know where I was going. Every person that helped me yesterday was nice and pleasant except for the cashier. He came across as rude and it seemed like he hated his job. Im not sure why he is in a customer service position, especially if thats a normal day for him. I hope this isnt how they normally conduct business, because if it is, I would not take my vehicle here.
On one hand, the $166.25 that I paid was an inexpensive reminder why I do not do business here. It would have been nice to get SOMETHING for my money, but life isnt fair. Like the reason for my visit. I updated the SYNC software on my MKX, which up until that point was operating perfectly. I used the download and instructions provided on Lincolns own website. Afterwards, none of the features on my car worked. Anderson informed me that my computer may now be bad, and itll be $1300 to find out.Additionally, I had been quoted $141.90 for Anderson to attempt an update. When I came to pick up my car an additional $22.70 had been added for shop supplies. Lets set aside whether or not shop supplies had been consumed while installing software. If thats something you always charge, every time, tell me that in advance. Dont tell me something costs 141 dollars if its not possible to pay that price.Will update this post after I have resolved the problem with the car.
Had a recall on my vehicle and they were very accommodating and let me know everything they found. they also had me in and out very quickly and even put up with my repeated phone calls. i typically work on my own vehicles but with the professionalism and way i was treated i would definitely contact them if there is a project i cant or dont have the time to work on.

The employee I worked with was very kind. The manager was extremely arrogant and spoke as if he thought of himself above everyone. He proceeded to speak to me an a very rude tone as I left the dealership. They will swindle you, lie to you and do nothing except try to make an unfair deal with you. Take your business elsewhere, this is coming from a Ford enthusiast. I wish Lincoln had another Ford Dealership, yet here we are! Wish I could give them zero stars!

Jeff was my hero! I couldnt get the truck I wanted causes of high payments. so a truck just became new on the lot and he was able to get it lowered a hell of a lot to match my needs and budget, along with having a one year old and a picky wife that gets stressed out a lot. he was able to make it happen and to leave happy and astonished! paperwork went quick and the service 4x4 light was on and Jeff even told me to come in Monday and they would take care of that for me on the house! life couldnt have gotten better without jeff!
Update: Anderson reached out and they have great customer service and explained the situation and their plans for the future I was appreciative.Went in today for an oil change I scheduled last week, I was told 1.5 hours which was fine. Then got approached at almost the 2 hour mark saying they didn’t have the part.

First off I want to thank Issac the salesperson that helped me and was very honest and respectful towards me. He was very knowledgeable about any questions I had about that particular car. I couldn’t have asked for a better sales guy! The reason that my review is so low is that Rashon (sales manager) was very disrespectful and gave a bad first impression, especially for a manager. To be more detailed, the first impression that I had of him was a conversation over the phone where he was very snarky from the first word he ever said. When I think of a manager, the first thing that comes to mind is someone that truly cares about his job and his customers(definitely NOT Rashon). The car that I was looking at was in there demo program and still is currently. The first thing I noticed when I got to see the car was that there were almost 1k miles more than the site had listed it for. I took the car to a outside mechanic to get it checked out and started to do research on this specific car. Kelly blue book is one of there trusted partners that they use on there website, however when you search that car up it’s almost 1,000 dollars cheaper in Kelly blue books total price, which is way overpriced to start with. I was willing to give a reasonable price and pay 500 dollars more than what the car was worth on Kelly blue book and Rashon walked away from that offer because he wanted to keep it in the demo program. In my opinion if you are not willing to be flexible from asking price for a car you shouldn’t have it for sale at all. Not only did he waste my time but also my money to get the car checked out. I really hope that one of his managers reaches out to me and is willing to make this right and make a sale.
They were absolutely fabulous. My daughters tire blew and she is 400+ miles from home. They did a great job of getting her fixed up and back on the road safely in one day. It was a huge relief. They were knowledgeable and super polite and friendly which after the morning we had was so appreciated!

Nick, one of the service managers saved the day to renew my faith in Ford. My F150 had been damaged by a Cam Phaser recall performed without my permission by Beach Ford in Myrtle Beach, SC. This recall caused the truck to drive awkwardly and have trouble downshifting. This cam phaser recall problem affected so many vehicles, that Ford stopped allowing service departments to perform them. Effectively the cam phaser reprogramming done would cause the trucks transmission failure warning light to come on and not allow the truck access to upper gears. This caused us to seek help on our trip through Georgia at Gainesville Ford who quickly tried to sell us a new transmission for over $8000.00 and told us we’d have to leave the truck there for at least 3 months for them to “fix” it. We took it to a local transmission shop in Gainesville, GA who assessed it and told us the transmission itself was perfect and that Gainesville Ford had a bad reputation for trying to sell unneeded expensive repairs. The local transmission sho alerted us to the well known problem with the cam phaser recall performed. They also told us Ford engineers did not have a fix for the problem. Upon our return to Nebraska where the transmission light came on again once on the trip, but disappeared when we would shut off the truck and restart it, Scary to drive, but we made it home. This was March of 2021 and I reported it to my selling dealership and to Anderson Ford in Lincoln, NE. I escalated my concerns to Ford corporate and was given assurances that they were aware of the problem and were working on a fix. I was promised that corporate would notify my local dealer and have me bring it back in when the fix was available. Ford corporate did no such thing and just let my case “expire” . Eight months of follow-up with Ford corporate got me nowhere, and left me quite frustrated as my only available contacts were entry level telephone “clerks” supposedly wrote notes on the case. In the meantime over those 8 months the truck intermittently would signal a transmission failure which had not actually occurred.Finally I contacted my Lincoln Ford dealer. Anderson Ford and had the good fortune to have my case assigned to Nicholas. Although it took him most of the day to sort through the case file and Ford corporate’s failure to follow through, he was able to find and apply the reprogramming fix to solve the problem for me. After 8 months of getting the runaround and double-speak from Ford, corporate, the local service consultant took the initiative and the time to actually listen, investigate and solve my mechanical issue caused in March by the faulty recall performed by the SC dealership. If not for Nick at Anderson Ford in Lincoln going the extra mile to take care of me and my truck, I’d still have to worry that my transmission was going to fail on the road. Thank you Nick! You can be sure, that I will ALWAYS request Nick to be my service advisor in Lincoln, NE. I love my F150 Lariat! I’m very thankful that Anderson Ford treated me well unlike my experiences with Beach Ford in Myrtle Beach, SC and Gainesville Ford in Gainesville, GA!

The north Anderson fast lane service team did a fast and great job on my truck. Brought it in for service and have missing wheel weights replaced. Service technician noticed wheel weights weights almost touching brake rotor so he rebalanced the wheels and got it back in shape. Thanks for a fast clean job.

This place is always busy, but theyre honest about how long it will take to get my car serviced, and they almost always get things done within the time they quote it will take. Love that I get free tire rotations since I buy my tires from them. Very friendly service as well. They advise on the suggested maintenance, but are never pushy.
The folks at Anderson Ford never fail to make me smile. They are very efficient and my car is always washed and vacuumed. I recommend making an appointment although they accept walk-ins at the Quick Lube center as well. Prices are also quite reasonable. Great folks to do business with!

I had a great buying experience at Anderson Ford.For starters, I just have to say Andy is an asset to Anderson Ford and excellent salesman!! Too often have I spoken with car salesmen who have very little knowledge of the technical aspects of the vehicles they are selling or what, if any, options are available for aftermarket customization. This can be very frustrating because I personally am very much an automotive person and feel as if the person selling the car should have this knowledge and be able to educate or least have a conversation about such since that is essentially their job. I was very impressed with Andys knowledge about the used vehicle I was interested in, including the aftermarket customizations that had already been performed, and what additional things could be done to it. Customer service was his top priority as there was exceptional communication on his part during the whole purchasing process and he even came in on his day off to complete the sale at a time that was convenient for me. Rashaun was also great as he was upfront with the pricing and gave me a fair initial price which eliminated any need for back and forth negotiations. I was also impressed with his courtesy and understanding as I was not able to complete the sale in one day due to my demanding career. I couldnt have asked for a better experience. These guys are top notch and will go the extra mile to take care of the customer. I would definitively recommend Anderson Ford to anybody in the market and hopefully Ill get the opportunity to buy from themagain.

My brakes were making a grinding noise on myway out of town so I stopped by Quick Lane to get it checked out. I was greeted immediately by someone and then a technician came out to drive my Jeep and take a look. A problem was spotted and they said they would have to find Jeep parts but could get it done by the next day. I wasn’t able to get into the Jeep dealership until August. So I brought it back to Anderson. I got a call later the same afternoon that it was done. It was less than I expected and they didn’t have to fix all that they had originally thought. The staff was professional, and friendly. I will definitely go back.

I had been taking my car to other places to try to figure out what was wrong with it I have been told a catalytic converter was the issue. I took it to them they diagnose the problem and it wasnt even close to being the catalytic converter. The work that was done with far less than what the other place wanted to charge me! I will be bringing my car back for service I love the fact that they text you updates and anytime you have a question you can just text them back
I drive almost an hour in order to have them perform routine maintenance on my F-150 because they do a thorough job of inspecting and keeping me informed of any problems or potential problems. They have even replaced the wiper fluid hose that a squirrel chewed through and didnt even charge me for it. Bruce Faimon is usually my Service Advisor and he does a great job of keeping me informed on what they are doing, what needs to be done, etc. I would recommend Anderson Ford of Lincoln to anyone looking to buy a vehicle or just have service done on their vehicle.
On July 4th I was traveling out of state and my truck broke down and I had to leave the it in a parking lot over night. I called Anderson Ford the next morning and they sent John out to drive me from a hotel to the parking lot to meet the tow truck.Bruce in Service was able to get us worked in and help out with getting insurance to cover the repairs. I don’t know if you have ever been stranded outside of your home state but if you are in Nebraska and need vehicle assistance Anderson Ford of Lincoln Nebraska are who you should call. Very friendly, professional and went out of there way to help a couple of Texans.Thanks again y’all!
*Follow Up: Not too pushy and gave me a solid price on my truck. Had to say no-deal to the competitor (SD) earlier in the day due to bad service, an unhelpful website, and too many locations, but glad Anderson was able to help.I am reducing this review from 5 stars to 3 stars because of the poor post transaction customer service. The truck only came with one key fob, so I asked about getting another. I then looked and a bunch of random new truck equipment (wheel hub, etc.) was under the back seat. I called to ask what they wanted me to do with them and they said to return them to the Grand Island location (I live in York) and that they would take care of the key fob. When I went to the Grand Island location, they said they dont know why I was sent there as they dont have a laser cutter for the key fob and I needed to go to Lincoln. So I said Ill take the parts to the Lincoln store then. When I called the Lincoln Store back and told them, they said I would be paying for the extra key fob as they dont guarantee their cars coming with two keys. This is after I told them that Id be bringing them the car parts that were left in my truck. This rigamarole is taking up my time, hundreds of miles, and apparently costing me money to get a second key fob. I dont call that good customer service.

I bought a 2006 Mercury Mountaineer on May 10th of 2021The salesman Jeff Nelson told me the car was checked out and nothing was wrong with it that was a lie I was scammed 1 week after I had the car I had to replace plugs, wires,coil, and both front hub assemblys and I also noticed they put fresh tape over the pcv, mas, and clutch fan pig tail connectors to cover up the corroded exposed wires 4 weeks after having the car the rear carrier assy is making noise and now the engine has a low idle loud knock most likely it is the timing chain I WILL NEVER BUY FROM ANDERSON FORD AGAIN. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB and talking to a attorney.
It took 3.5 hours at the Quick Lane to have my truck serviced. They were unable to replace the air filter on my Super Duty (not in stock) and they broke the cover on the upper fuel filter and did not change it either. Instead I had to make an appointment for 3 days from now to have something they broke repaired.
They are very quick at responding to any questions I had. Very easy process
Bob Menicucci, our sales associate, was good with us. We talked about the car we wanted and agreed on a price. He was informative and honest. New customers for sure.

I recently had to have repairs done to my Ford Explorer and Bruce was my Service Advisor and could not have better things to say about his customer service. Bruce was beyond my expectations and I highly recommend working with him. He did a great job of keeping me posted and making sure I was taken care of as a customer. He made sure to check in with me every few days and always did a great job of fully explaining what was going on. He seems very vested in his job when he talks to you and I think that is what I appreciated the most.

Service department have to be graded on sales. Be aware of overselling and under delivering here. Today I came in and they forgot to place the air filters I approved while in the shop. They literally went to the parking lot and replaced them in front of me. Unprofessional, dishonest, and unresolved. I have brought my vehicle here for years, and it seems like the team they currently have are the issue.
Earlier today, I had my oil changed again at Quick Lane in Lincoln Nebraska. This is the third time that I have been given a price when I drop off the vehicle and when I get the bill the price is much higher. Buyers beware.
The worst experience with a dealer ever. I emailed them about a vehicle on their site. The agent emailed me back and had no idea what I was looking for. I asked to test drive it on a date and time. He replied and confirmed the date and time. I drove 40 minutes to get there at the agreed time and he first acted like he didnt know I was coming, then said he had not check his email that day, despite confirming 24 hours prior to the appointment. Then said the car was not for sale and that it was not on the lot, then said it was actually on a lift in service where I was not allowed to see it. I reached out to the dealership asking for the sales manager. He was supposed to call me and two days later I have heard nothing. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE.

Sales team was great, seemed very honest about a few mechanical issues that the vehicles we were interested had. Ended up with an explorer that has been great. Also the service team was great to work with ( I didnt care for the price of the airbag sensor that needed replacing, but thats normal). They needed to keep my vehicle overnight which would have greatly inconvenienced us due to doctors appointments and other commitments we had made. When I explained my situation they made a loaner available almost immediately. So far great customer service and so far I definitely plan on buying my next vehicle here and doing all my sevice here. Courtney was great to work with. She made me feel at ease through the whole process. There was no pressure to buy. She was knowledgeable and I appreciate her customer service. Ive used a previous dealership in the past and Anderson provided a much better experience. We did not have to spend the day to make our purchase but were able to conduct business within a couple hours!
Had a recall on our Ford Edge. Service personnel were very courteous and respectful. Took care of the problem. I would recommend Anderson Ford to others.
