Ive used Midtown twice and I am very happy with their service. The owner is extremely helpful. Last time, when I picked up the car, I suddenly noticed a mechanical problem. As it turned out, it was completely unrelated to the work they did, but the guys spent extra time during afterhours, and found finally what was wrong. The owner then drove the car to a repair shop where the problem is being fixed now. I really appreciate the extra time and efforts the staff, and especially the owner, contributed to help me.

I was able to get my car in the same day for a dent in my bumper. The staff was all super friendly and straightforward. They only took about 20 minutes to knock the dent out, and it was super affordable.

I have had the misfortune to scrape my Honda against a post in the very tight parking spot. I went to Midtown as we have used their services ever since Honda stopped doing body work. With 4 drivers we have used them several times and always have been pleased. Knowing my car was older they recommended a simple easy fix that of buffing it out,and if that did not do the trick they could do body work if I wanted. After the buffing and polishing you would have to know where the scrape was to see a small blemish that could not be removed. The cost, about $60, I was very pleased and my car seemed happy as well. Job well done. I love doing business locally!

Was here for a work vehicle. Very friendly, addressed all concerns they had for the vehicle and took their time finding all points of damage needing repair and how they could fix it. Once they got the estimate they walked me through every point of cost, labor, parts, paint, stickers, why one of damage might require more work. Much more helpful than previous body work Ive needed where I was really just given the parts and cost estimate.

Husband called and was told to stop in for some paint work we needed done. He stopped in today and was ignored by staff and staff helped everyone that walked in after him, but him. We will take out money elsewhere! We had $$ to spend today on the spot, had someone simply said hello how may i help you!!! Not good customer service.

I took my 2017 Honda CR-V to Midtown after they were recommended to me by the Honda dealer. It had about 10K in damage after an accident and they did a great job! I cant tell it was in an accident at all!.

Dan has been doing bodywork on my vehicles for almost a decade. Hes helped with hail, door dings, a couple of fender benders I was in, etc. Top notch service, better than expected results.

My wife injured my 05 Honda Element and we had to have the rear bumper and corner panel repaired and this was our 1st experience with Mid-Town.....EXCELLENT JOB! I was throughly impressed. Not long after the repair, I had to change a light bulb in the brake light where they repaired it and I couldnt tell it had been repaired.2nd Experience: My wifes 07 Honda CRV had been damaged from someone elses neglect. When I dropped it off, the whole car was filthy, inside and outside. When I went to pick it up at the shop, the inside and the outside had been throughly cleaned and wiped down. Im coming back again and again!
