Came in and my parked car was hit by someone without insurance. I got to work with the owner who immediately helped me, took photos for his quote, and then explained in detail why the price was what it was. When I told him I wasn’t comfortable going through insurance and cosmetic dents do not bother me, he adjusted the quote immediately to my needs. They even washed my car when they were done! The price was also less than expected, very well pleased and glad to have that done and fixed.

In October 2020 I used Speidell Body Works to handle significant repairs on my new pickup truck. The truck was in shop for about a month and they replaced multiple panels due to significant hail damage. I called them occasionally to get feedback on its progress. They were always informative and honest in their comments. i, primarily, used online reviews to seek out possible businesses for my truck repair and chose Speidell via that search. I would recommend them to anyone and found their services very satisfactory.

I have a new car and I am very particular about it. I had noticed a door ding and thought I need to get that fixed. I stopped by for an estimate and they pretty much told me they could do it right now very quickly. I was shocked and extremely happy with this. My car is flawless and their customer service was great. This isnt the first time we have been here. We had taken our other vehicle here also when it had some door damage from another car. At that time they fixed a much larger dent quickly and we were impressed with the service. Dont drive a car with damage when it is easy to fix and the cost is minimal. Protect your investment. Heard good things about this place, so took my car to get a slight bumper indent fixed and rear view camera fixed. Scheduling was fairly straight forward. They worked around my schedule, since it was my daily driver vehicle. The repairs ended up taking a bit longer than what was expected, but the workmanship looked good. They also said there was a lifetime guarantee on the fix and gave me documents that I assume give details about it.

I feel compelled to write this review. I recently had Speidell fix a front fender for me. During the process of getting a quote, they took photos of my whole truck. When I went to pick it up, there was a small mark on the rear bumper that I thought had not been there prior. We walked in, took a look at the photos and immediately they said they would take care of it. I brought it back and not only did they take care of that small mark on the bumper, they fixed all of the little gravel pits on my hood and front bumper. They never said a word, they just did it. I recently bought a new 2018 Ford Edge. One of the benefits of the purchase was 100 free car washes at a local automatic car wash. That car wash scratched my car the length of my car. Where to start. Well I came into the store frustrated from already being at 2 other body shops for touch up paint and being told they could not match it due to not knowing the color. When I walked into Speidell expecting the same results. I was greeted by Mike Schutte, he was EXTREMELY nice looked at my car (a redline chevy blazer) and he told me he would go and find some paint to fix the red which I had scratched off on the rims. He came back a few mins later with a perfect match to the red. He then offered to paint it himself for me. I left happy that I now had paint to fix the rim that so many others told me they couldnt do. Mike did a great job helping me, he was super nice and you could tell he really cared about me leaving happy with my car. Highly recommend them! Plus the store was really nice and clean which makes it even better to not be waiting in some grungy body shop.

I visited Speidell a number of years ago to ask for an estimate for a possible claim with the undercarriage on my car. I decided at the time I would not be completing the work, but they also noticed loose trim on the car, and added the necessary bracket for no charge!! I remembered that, and returned last week for a minor HyVee parking lot bump. They were able to pop in out and the next morning completed the repair at minimal charge, and car looks perfect! Everyone there has always been so very friendly and polite -- it is a joy to work with them.!!

So the worst part about being involved in an accident is living with the fact that you now own a wrecked car. That problem can be solved without having to buy a new car. Todd and his techs @ Speidell Body Works can repair your car with such quality that you would never know it had been in an accident. One such Honda Accord has been to his shop twice. I received hail damage on my car at the beginning of June, and both Progressive and Speidell made it easy to get everything fixed. All I had to do was drop off my car and Speidell handled the rest. My 2000 Acura was hit by a giant Ford Excursion, called Blair and he said hed take a look. My car was backed into and the bumper was damaged and the hood wouldnt close well. Its older, so not something I wanted to spend a lot of money fixing. I had a cracked headlight on my old 96 Ford Taurus. The guys at Speidells found me a good price on a a headlight and then reconditioned my other headlight to match. They both work great now. Everyone was helpful and courteous. And it didnt cost me an arm and a leg. I have complete confidence in those guys.
