After BMW continually refused to replace my M5 brake pads with those that would not squeak and squeal saying they were spec and worked, ZNM quickly determined alternative pads for me. Now my M5 turns heads for the sound of the engine, not the brakes. ZNM knows performance.

I personally usually NEVER leave reviews, but this time i just must. Everyone at ZNM is great and incredibly knowledgeable. Elyse was assigned to help me grab a few parts for my BMW and recently purchased an intake from them and i can honestly say i’d never buy another part from ANY other seller or company. The customer service is nothing short of excellent, they respond fast and give you realistic and honest opinions without treating or hurdling you to purchase from them which usually would make anyone uncomfortable. Most companies would just give bias opinions or provide unnecessary details just so you can buy parts, never really caring about the customers. ZNM is far from that. Absolute life savers. I was in search of a gear recognition switch for a manual swap on a E46 M3. Everyone on the west coast said it was in back order and couldn’t find it. Ordered a bushing here. Was told that it was backordered out of Germany and could take 2-3 weeks. Was also told to be mindful that due to the pandemic it could be longer. Great service as always. They have done some performance parts upgrades to my BMW and i have been very happy each time. Very professional. Work was done in a very timely manner. Some other shops wanted me to leave my car there for 2 days to get the work done, and ZNM was able to do the work in less than 3 hours each time, while i waited. Pricing is also very reasonable. Have placed four orders now for my BMW. Every single time the part has arrived quicker than anticipated. Mind you I live in Florida and these guys are in NJ! The incorrect flex disc arrived one time, messaged them and ZNM had the correct one overnighted at no cost to me.

Ordered an n54 injector kit. Parts arrived in a reasonable amount of time, were authentic and packaged well. After the install and coding the car runs better than it ever has.Added bonus: the index 12 injectors I received flow 40% more than the index 8 injectors I replaced.

Beware of purchasing parts from ZNMPerformance. They are the same autoshop in Pompton Lakes, NJ that was shut down recently, not by choice. They were exposed and had to turn the shop over to a former customer they owned money to.They are proven to be scammers and fraudulent. As of 4/28/2020 they are being investigated by the NJ State Consumer Affairs Division for fraud.Be careful when purchasing parts from this company as they have already scammed and defrauded 20+ people in tens to hundreds of thousands of dollars for car services well as oem and aftermarket parts while in Pompton Lakes.Just Google ZNM Performance for actual customers coming forward with their experience with Matt Malave and Elyse Cruz.

I am very happy with my purchase. Shipping was timely and Matt was very helpful in answering my questions. He went out of his way to try and make a dealine for delivery so i could install my injectors before the next work week.

Unfortunately its not possible to give 0 stars, but thats how I truly feel. I actually know the owners, and that actually may be why they refuse to actually service my vehicles. My tip is dont expect them to actually do anything especially if you try to make an appointment. They will not honor it, they will reschedule it when youre not available, and then they will be busy when you try again. If you really need work done, try YouTube cuz Ive done more work on my cars then they did, and Im the farthest from mechanically inclined as possible. Good luck if you try it, hopefully this is only an issue with me.

100% Stay Away from ZNM Performance (Matt Malave and Elyse Cruz). They are a well documented scamming auto shop. NOTHING, i repeat, NOTHING was completed on my car. I gave ZNM over $10000 in parts and labor and ABSOLUTELY ZERO WORK WAS COMPLETED and ZERO parts that i ordered were given to me; meaning he took my money and let my car rot in his lot.They lied to me for an entire year claiming they were working on my car. I had to have my car towed from their shop because it was in non driving condition. I have picture proof that Matt never installed the Pure Stage 2 DD Turbos that i ordered, but instead installed an unknown turbo in its place without my knowledge or permission.Matt Malave and Elyse Cruz pretended to cooperate with me in regards to getting my money back, they never even ordered the parts for which i paid. Not a single receipt was shown to me. As of 1/30/2019, i have yet to receive my refund from ZNM.Do not buy into their small talk, they will absolutely tell you what you want to hear. Please google ZNM Performance/Auto and you will see what everyone else is saying and the real truth behind ZNM.

I paid for a pre-purchase inspection. I never received a receipt or write up. Mat just said the car was in perfect shape and kept saying I would receive it soon. I never did. In the service records from the previous owner, I found the need for a trans service that he noted a dealer had to address, of which never was by the previous owner after.Second visit I had a Service Engine Soon light. He said my turbos were blown, had tons of wastegates rattle (that no one is able to hear)and I would loose my cats due to oil. This was 5k after purchase.I took it for a second opinion. Mechanic found it only had a low pressure fuel sensor issue.Of note, his quote for OEM turbos was close to $1k over what his advertised price was on his website.Stay away from ZNM. Frauds. A gated shop should warn anyone that something fishy is going on.

All the parts Ive purchased from them included a lifetime warranty as well.This is an update. Znm worked on my car a year ago. I was promised parts and Matt has still yet to come thru on his en . Unfortunately he replaced my turbos and they have been rattling ever since I got then back. He told me they were new turbos, come to find out they were rebuilt ones or he rebuilt my old ones and they are still faulty. I have now been taking my car to Baltimore Bimmer.

Lowest prices when I shopped around, but I thought it was odd that my 6 items shipped in 3 separate packages, ostensibly drop shipped from different warehouses or distributors. This also caused some delay in some of the shipments, but everything finally arrived.

Had a horrible experience at this shop. Reschedules over and over again. And comes up with excsues. Made appointments around 3 times. Never worked up. One time we had a appointment at 10am. I text him to confirm and he says hes down in maryland and in traffic. He will be there at 1. I text him at 1230. And he says 3 o clock. Never went back
