Id like to give a huge shout out to Heather for helping me out. This store has always been good to me over the years. They always have the hardest parts in stock and Knowledgeable staff. Service is quick, painless and friendly. Why Ill always keep coming back to this store. Plus they are the hub which helps when you own cars with rare parts. After being ran around and treated as if I was an inconvenience, I was thrilled to be taken care of by a lady I think her name was Heather. She not only figured out what no one else could seem to, she has an incredible customer service presence, she was kind and patient and knowledgeable. She deserves recognition for that definitely 😁😉🏆🎖🏅

The staff at this store = completely incompetent. Considering the store was pretty disorganized I figured there was 2 separate lines, so I got in line behind 2 guys at the front of the store. Once I got up to the counter the girl working told me she could ring me up for the one item I was holding but if I wanted anything else from the back I would have to get back in line because I didn’t follow the line properly. Basically I walked out without any of the parts I needed and had to go to O’Reilly, which turned out to be a very pleasant experience. This store is a dump don’t even waste your time.

Never enough staff like everywhere but here has always been like that. Plenty of commercial employees standing around doing nothing but cant help retail customers. The guys and gals that work here are doing well under pressure and are knowledgeable

I have read some of the customer service reviews and I agree that sometimes I have been made to wait while I watch employees just stand around doing nothing. Im handicapped and cant stand in line for long. But it makes no matter to your employees, well some of them. Thats why I like dealing with Cliff. He is always gonna be ready to help. You have some lazy employees here!!!

This is my favorite place for all of my cars special needs! They have everything I needed to fix all of the minor repairs for my 2003 Ford Taurus. I love the products AutoZone carries especially the Duralast Break shoes and drums that I purchased! And also they had all the car cleaning products I wanted and more. If you need a car repair, this is the place you need to go for the best products on the market. AutoZone is guarenteed to satisfy all of your automotive needs! Ill never go anywhere else for my automotive needs. I respect the honesty and fairness when it came to prices. They were awesome!

Not open till 10:00. I submitted an edit for the hours but dont know how long it will take. Ive come here several times over the last couple years mistakenly believing hours listed on Google and I keep forgetting. And its really aggravating....

So I needed new brake pads for my car. Called to a price check to see if I had enough money. 11/7/20 Saturday at 11:47 am I was put on hold for 10 minutes. I called back They answered the phone and put it down not saying anything for an additional 3min. I hung up and called back the lady said let me put you on hold for a moment. I said I have been on hold for 10 minutes already. She said we are very busy and a lot of customers. Then she put me on hold for another 8 minutes. Terrible customer service. Don’t go there they are rude people.

Friendly and knowledgeable female employee share information with me regarding my vehicle temperature control light being on and the possible reason why.

Wouldnt recommend duralast starters, I have gone through 2 in less than a year on my VW and they are a nightmare to change. Good warranty though because you will need it. Name brand parts from this store are good, as is the service

The employee Logan was everything I could ever want with customer service and a outstanding employee. I walked into a autozone location and a employee was on the phone talking about a boat he wants to buy. Logan quickly seen the Unprofessionalism and acted to help me with my car problem. The world and companies need more people like Logan good job sir.

Had to get a taillight cover, and when it arrived at the store 2 days later, someone called to let me know it was ready to be picked up. When I got there, I asked if I could borrow some tools so I could replace my taillight in the parking lot, and another employee gave me a socket wrench kit. I found that I needed an extension for the 10mm socket, so when I went back into the store to ask if they had any, Mike and John completely stopped what they were doing to go through the socket wrench kit, and to look for an extension. Once Mike found one, I was able to finish replacing my taillight. I have been to this store on one other occasion, and also experienced great customer service as well. Love this store! Mike and John are the best!

Was sold an ignition coil a month ago and now when i come to return it, im refused a refund? i was originally sold a duralast coil and it had an ac delco one, i checked at the time when i bought it but didnt question it, now they tell me that they cant issue me a refund because its the wrong part even though its the one i received when i purchased it. been a loyal customer for 8 years and its sad how poorly i was treated

Jerry was very kind helpful a d courteous with me. Had simple needs to go in and out of the store for some transmission additive (Lube gard) and be on my way. Had a good few laughs as well with other friendly employees. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this location for your auto parts needs as well!

I went in for a headlight bulb, I asked the cashier if someone could help me replace it. She asked the store manager and he flat out said no that he would not. They were fully staffed, 4 cashiers, 2 other guys walking around and the manager. The 2 guys were busy, I understood that but him just saying no he wouldnt was upsetting because it takes a lot for me to ask anyone for help, I was even going to tip whomever helped me. I took the bulb back for a full return because why would I spend my money with him.

Allowed open carry which is cool. Associates dont pay attention whos next. Gave wrong part. Took forever to cash out but if I was black im sure we wouldve been checked out faster. Had a Kevin in a store lol.

They have parts but talk to you like you ignorant

2 minutes to closing via cell phone & the female tells me its closed because her register says its 9 p.m. so all our cell phones is wrong if it is linked to a cell tower. Wont bother these people again!

Spent a little longer in there than I had wanted to, due to what seemed like inexperience, but nothing new! They arent paid like mechanics so I cant expect them to be as experienced as one! I had an inquiry about a dent removal kit. The guy that was on the phone with me had an attitude and passed the phone off to someone else without saying anything. Will not shop at this location or recommend. Horrible customer service while dealing with someone that isn’t exactly a mechanic.

My elderly mother-in-law went to this location to get a brake light bulb. They would not install the bulb for her, even though they advertise that they will help. Said they were too busy. I have been going to this location for many years, but not after this. You guys just lost a customer. Shame on you!

Cliff..... God I hate this guy. He makes me not want to one back to this store. He messes my parts up everytime-for years. dont listen, thinks he knows it all. Even when I tell him Im a Ford mechanic getting parts for my Ford he thinks he knows more. Always making things more difficult than they need to be. And I get stuck with him helping me everytime. Makes me want to walk out everytime. So frustrating...

The worst AutoZone location Ive ever been to. I stopped because the engine light was on in my car. I asked the front desk lady if I can use their monitor or have someone check it out for me, she told me that there monitor is not working and they can not check the reason of the light being on. And I asked her if I can check the fuses she also said the machine is not working and they only offer these devices for sale only. So why dont you take the damn sign from the front field store if you dont offer this free service.

There was 3 employees, one which was a manager, and they were all in back. My husband and I and an another couple waited about 10 minutes before someone came out to help us. Not the first time, and its worse on weekends!

This place is a circus ran by knuckleheads. I needed to special order a hose. I had to pre pay. I was told it would be there the next day(friday). I showed up Friday at 4pm. They said it wasnt there yet and the last hundred delivery was late. I waited 45 minutes. The delivery never showed up. I called Saturday and they said it was delivered. I showed up and no one could find it. She reordered it and told me once again that it would be there the next day. I called the next day. Had to talk to 2 different people before they told me that they never had it to begin with and they could order ot for a 3rd time and it would be there in 2 days. To top it off, they couldnt even contact me to tell me this. I had to call. I will never shop there again and will tell everyone I know to not shop there . The checkout lines were chaotic. You could here the constant confusion and miscommunications between management and employees.

This place sells bad parts and some of the staff has no clue what they are talking about. I purchased a starter in June and had to get it replaced by August. I brought the new starter from this location again and still was having trouble I took it too the dealer and once again it was a bad starter. So this time i went to another autozone location and made my starter purchase....car cranks just fine and im back on the road. Also i had one of the guys test my battery at this location when this all started and he told me i needed a new one. I took it straight over to Sears to get a new one put in...the mechanic came and showed me the test on it and said my battery is perfectly fine.smh If i was able to give this AutoZone 0 stars I definitely would.
