Was in Lima store to purchase new phone from Josh. He was amazingly patient (as Im not tech savy) . he took the time required to get me set up with all info transferred from old phone . when i left the store I was in complete operation!!Josh is knowledgeable, pleasant and kind. He would be an ASSET to any business. Cricket is extremely fortunate to have this outstanding young man . He should be considered for upper management. Definitely leader qualities

Ali and Terrell are very good Associates for this company. I was formerly a Boost customer and would swear by them but every time I had an issue it would take hours and sometimes not be resolved for days... any issue Ive had big or small and Ive had both have been resolved within the same day and an absolutely record time... I will remain a Cricket customer because they are just as loyal to my changing needs as I am to their services. I might also add that they dont always try to sell me something extra and give me the best discounts possible which makes me want to buy more things from them in-store then other places that offer the same products.

Jamey made a rough experience great for me. I got ptsd amongst other issues, he kindly and respectfully helped through the entire process including setup. If you want a great place and great service but most of all treats us Vets wonderful. 100 percent recomend. Clearly he should be running multiple stores. Went today to the store was going to start service but workers were soo rude that we went with whole another company altogether will never go through cricket ever again!! Just due to the staff that works there.

Purchased a stylo 5 and case from this location . I was ok with my wife paying 3x the price for case to support local business as I am a local busness manager, but when case broke within two weeks and they refused to warranty it with our receipt . The phone and case were purchased at same time from same people at counter as were refusing to warranty . You could have covered this overpriced case. Bad customer service and you have lost a customer over this . Lol I have 3 lines with cricket but will be looking for a different location to do business . Shame on your team .
