I used this location as a UPS drop off for a package return. There is one guy in the shop who is very friendly and kind and helpful. The other workers just ignored me when I got to the counter.

The best part about it, was that the store was clean. There were 3 workers, an even though they heard us trying to figure out the best type of product to get or to help find some other things, we needed. Not One offered to help us find the best an appropriate sealant to use. Dont remember ever being ignored by them before. Even at checkout we had to remind them that weve bought many things there an usually get a discount. I will more than likely choose to just say, they were having a bad day an give them a second chance again. But if the rudeness continues we wont be back again. Lexington has alot of part houses, I refuse to go where our business is not appreciated.

Service and manager deserves 5 stars

I as a woman went in to purchase quart of oil. When I came out of store i tried to put oil in car. I couldnt get the oil cap off cause so tight and I asked men behind counter if he could help get it off just so I could add oil and he wouldnt come out to help get cap off. Kinda lazy and no manners!

Store was neat and merchandise was easy to find. Staff seemed eager to help.

Good place to go get parts, but dont expect anyone to come ask you if you need help. Youll have to go ask for it.

Hardly ever have the parts I need and the price matches up best part about it the people arent good not helpful and they seem like they dont even care if you buy it what theyve got in stock when they do have it and if youre not active military not getting a discount thats why I dont shop there I served my country for 10 years and they cant give me a percentage off of my partsso thats why they wont be getting my business and they shouldnt get yours

Really seem to know auto parts.

The guy there helped me put my battery in. Which basically had to disassemble half the car to get to. So thank advance auto guy.

Theres also some people there. They always have answered my questions and help me out.
