They did not have the tires I needed. The staff made me fill like I was bothering them and they was not interested in helping me.

Absolutely wonderful shop. The new managers have changed this place around and continue to improve it! Would definitely recommend going here. Great deal on fuel injection services with your oil change!

Terrible customer service multiple times. I called, was told if I got there in 15 minutes I would only have to wait 30 mins for an oil change...I get there and first of all they have to check with the mechanic to “see if he is doing any more oil changes” and then was told it was going to be at least an hour to hour and a half...just the tip of the iceberg.

The height of laziness and incompetence resides here.

I took my car to get tires put on and when I picked it up i noticed that i had damage to my rims. I asked to speak to a manager who told me it was my fault and that the damage was due to me hitting a curb. I am not sure how damage to the rim all the way around on both sides can be from hitting a curb.I then asked the manager if they documented that the damage had occured prior to me bringing in my vehicle like their policy statesthey are supposed to. There was no documenation stating that i had damage prir to bringing my car in. BECAUSE THERE WAS NO DAMAGE!!!I submitted my pictures and claim to their insurance company. Who also told me there was nothing they could do it was my fault and I hit a curb. This insurance company is owned by wal-mart. These people are crooked theives and will not own up to their mistakes. DO NOT take your vehicle here for anything.

Incompetent employees who deliberately steal anything you leave inside the car and managers are scum bags!!!!! Dont waste your time and money on monkey mechanics.

First day no technician until 11 am, 2nd day no one at desk and have been standing here for 30 minutes since opening. One older gentleman pulled truck in and techs walked in 15 minutes late.

They couldn’t even do oil change. what a joke!!

Called three times within 10 mins no answer, each time let ring for 2 minutes or more
