My Motorola phone stopped charging. At lunch, I drove to two different, well known, phone repair shops in Flower Mound. The first looked at it and said they could not repair it, even though Motorola lists them as a preferred repair shop. The second claimed they did not work on Motorola phones which is contrary to their web site advertising.Vista Ridge CPR was a little out of my way, but they have repaired phones for my wife and I in years past. I called the Vista Ridge CPR. They said they would look at it. The drive was well worth it. My phone was working again 10 minutes after arrival.Vista Ridge CPR I appreciate your efforts! Kudos to you!

This place restored my phones screen. However, when I went to go put my phone in vibration mode, it didnt work. I took it back and the associate said that the vibrator was broken due to them switching the parts back after fixing the screen. I was driving back and fourth for days. Then they finally fixed the vibration, and then they stated that I had a swollen battery. They said it was because my phone was old. I told them I just got this phone in March, and they said they dont know why the battery would swell. Its a good thing that its under warranty because I would not be paying a dime for the damage they did to my phone. Now Im waiting on a new battery for my phone.

Happy with my screen, only thing is is that whatever new screen they put on caused the colors of my screen to seem tinted in a way. I thought it was my eyes at first but when I compared it to others I realized it’s not as vibrant and looks pretty dull. Pretty frustrating cause it’s hard not focus on it. Cant beat that price though.!Update!Went back about a week ago. And they completely fixed my phone to look as great as it did fresh out the box. Probably even a little better.

I cant thank CPR Phone Repair enough. I had a couple of issues with my iPhone (call volume and charging related). They fixed it under 5 minutes. They are courteous, responsive, extremely fair in pricing, and above all highly trustworthy. If you have any issues with your phone, these are your go-to guys. No need to even look elsewhere.

The only reason I didnt mark good value is that phone parts are very expensive. This store was great. I was helped by Uriah who was very accommodating and professional, offered me several options when the color for my phones back glass was unavailable in his stock. Replaced my front screen and back glass in less than 2 hours, then applied a screen protector without a single damn bubble. Ill definitely be going back to this location if I need this sort of service in the future.

The wonderful and skillful staff in this store not only identified the issue was not with the battery but with the broken cable, but also offered a free cable to us. Thought my XBOX ONE X was gone forever with a port problem. A year after it stopped working, I heard about CPR in Lewisville, and thought Id give it a shot. They gave me a quick quote for the issue, and I took it in. Turns out, the problem was a little more intensive, and they had to order an extra part. They kept me updated on the progress, and after I got that exciting call that it was fixed, I went in the next day and payed exactly what they quoted me at. Now Im gaming on my console that lives again. CPR employees are miracle workers, and honest miracle workers at that. 5 stars all the way around.

I was having issues with my note 8 charging and after trying everything to clean the charging port; figured it was a damaged charging port. I like the phone a lot, so buying a new one wasnt necessary. I walked in, and in 5 minutes, he handled my phone issues with the proper tool to clean out the port. All is well in the world again and get this. He didnt charge me. I had to leave a review for this awesome experience.We have also used them for a screen repair on an iPhone and its been about a month and zero issues since. Highly recommend.

Overall just a great experience with this store. They were professional, and very helpful with the process of fixing my screen on my Note 20 Ultra. They were able to replace my phone screen in a very timely manner, even with having to overnight order my screen. Though I do wish that they carried ZAGG screen protectors for the Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra so that I wouldve been able to just replace it under their warranty there, but Ill just have to go through their online process.update: about a few days later they ended up calling me to let me know that they had ordered the screen protectors for my phone.

I went in because of a defective charging port, and had planned to spend $300-400 to get it fixed. To my surprise this location was able to fix the issue by removing the rubber, and they charged me $0. It was absolutely free, and I know that in the future I will not even consider any of the other locations because they all told me to go to CPR in Lewisville. Stop looking and just go!

Johnny was GREAT!! I had so many issues with their flower mound location. I really didn’t expect to be treated as well as I was treated at this location. They were absolutely amazing! They took care of the problem that their flower mound location refused to even consider. They replaced the broken screen that the flower mound location put in my phone and refused to standby. Because I had been treated so poorly by their other location, they even gave me a brand new phone case!

I was very happy with the service. The representative Uriah was very professional and my sons phone was fixed in a timely manner. The pricing is fair also.

At first i was very pleased with the repair they initially did on my iPhone XR. However, after 2 months the screen started glitching out (whatever the warranty covers that) but then i dropped my device with the case on and one simple crack disabled half my screen. The warranty was then voided. Upon going back to the store, Johnny was very condescending and offered no solution to help me out. Essentially the $160 cheap screen they use will 100% stop working within a year. If that was physical or liquid damage then youre screwed. If you are looking for a cheap fix maybe this is your solution, but be warned; you will definitely be revisiting this place because the fix will only be temporary.

Update: I feel compelled to provide an update to my previous review. My excitement on the visual improvement to my iPad was quickly brought back down when I started using my iPad. The touch response was clearly not right. It would work for a while, then quit working. It would come and go with no real pattern of behavior. I returned to CPR on the Saturday (4/10) only a few days after picking it up expecting I might get some resistance or be accused of having somehow damaged the iPad. I was pleasantly surprised! Unfortunately, I did not catch the name of the tech who helped me out on Saturday as I would gladly praise him by name. He explained they would examine it and, if necessary, replace the faulty screen. A few days later and it was repaired again and seems to be working great. They have definitely earned my future business...again.Original review: Uriah took my phone call and was also the person who assisted me when I arrived. He was clearly ready for me when I came in. It didnt take long to check in my iPad Pro for a screen replacement. They finished replacing the screen in about 2-1/2 hours. This was well within the time estimate Uriah had provided. The screen looked like brand new and I am thrilled with the result. I would definitely use CPR Vista Ridge again and recommend them to others.

Ive used them 3 or 4 times and services is always fast, professional and at a reasonable price. They fixed my laptop, and they fixed my cell phone 2 or 3 times and every time its been a great experience.

The team at CPR were very professional and they handled the issue with my phone very quickly. The cost of transferring my data was minimal and they kept me in the loop about what was going on. Shout out to Johnny for getting my phone back to me so quickly; well done!

I cracked my screen the night before and emailed in for an estimate. They called confirming the estimate and gave me all the info I needed to know and I went in to the shop. They say it takes about an hour and sure enough an hour later my phone was like brand new! I’m super thankful for how quick and fairly priced it was to fix my screen. Will definitely come here again if I ever need a screen fixed. Highly recommended!

I brought my computer in. The guy told me he would used the fee towards fixing my computer. He stated probably didn’t have the parts but would get on Amazon. I dropped off my computer after signing the 49.00 for the diagnosis. Ok, this is where I get upset. I’m calling back 3-4 times finally the guys tells me I’m not sure what is wrong but” to find out I have to go under screen and it may crack”..So let me get this straight my computer isn’t working now and you want to further damage it at my expense.That’s your diagnosis??So let me work on your Porsche.. I work on almost everything but I’ve never personally worked on a Porsche. I’m willing to try, but I may break things while I do.. oh, btw if I do I’m not paying for them..That’s your sales pitch?Wth someone here is out of their mind and I can guarantee it is not me.Nice kids but per the above I picked up my computer and asked to refund my diagnosis fee but they refused.Do not bring things to this store.

Not all CPR’s are the same, and this location rocks it. I send all my business phones here. Straight shooters, communicate well; ie what they say and what they do are the same thing. Damn good.

I took my laptop to have the DC port repaired. Very affordable and professional. Johnny also discovered the reason for my slow startup was a bad hard drive (not the need for more RAM as I thought.) I authorized replacement and now everything works SO MUCH better! They are very knowledgeable and explain things very simply to novices like me. I highly recommend them!!

My iPad couldn’t be turned off and was frozen with the apple logo on the screen. Took it in to CPR and Uriah knew just what to do. Was able to pick it up a couple of hours later, good as new. And he didn’t charge me, which was awesome. Perhaps because I was a returning customer. I had a new screen put on this same iPad a couple of years ago and they did a great job with that.

Johnny quickly removed a jammed SIM card in my iPhone like a wizard! Also they had a great selection of phone accessories.

Brought my phone here to be repaired based on the reviews of them fixing cracked screens and water damaged phones. Sure enough they fixed the damage done to my phone however, the screen they put on my phone is very defective. My screen jumps around and I have to press the buttons several times to get my phone to respond. Im often restarting my phone to get it to somewhat function but after prolonged usage the problem persists.Today I took my phone back to CPR to see if they could replace the faulty screen they put onto my phone. However, of course they said they couldnt guarantee the phone screen because of prior water damage. If my screen wasnt cracked I wouldve never needed a replacement as it worked fine with the cracked screen. I found this very off-putting they wouldnt at least guarantee their parts. I was told to update my phone to see if that worked and if it didnt Id have to pay for another screen replacement that might not work. The quality of their parts arent up to par for the $162 I was charged for a phone that doesnt function due to the parts they used.**Update** In response to the below posting,That is completely false. I have never heard of a company not guaranteeing their own parts nor was I made aware of this, my front facing camera worked perfectly. Carin professionals is more like lackluster with their oh-well attitudes. I will never be back thank you. You had my phone for 2 days, and when I received it back it was working but not fully charged. So of course I was elated to have it back, however its been worthless since I got it back from you guys, now the screen has gone completely black after dimming down over the last 2 weeks and of course you dont guarantee your parts, so now I have to come out of more money for a phone that stills needs to be resuscitated. UbreakIfix is way more cost effective and uses reputable parts. There are tons of reviews about CPR using cheap parts on this review thread!

My Samsung Galaxy S8 phone would not charge at all. It was late Friday evening so all stores were closed. I was referred to CRP Cell Phone repair so Saturday morning when they opened their doors I was in their store. The guy that helped me was a tech by the name of Uriah. He heard me out what was going on with the phone. He then asked me questions, asked to look at my phone, and gave me his assesment of what could be the problem. He said he wouldnt know for sure until he got inside the phone. He quoted me a price and said it could be more depending if other issues were found. He would call me to confirm if more work needed to be done before proceeding. Uriah called back in about 3 hours later to let me know my phone was fixed. The issue wasa damaged charge port. This was what Uriah had said could be the problem and it turned out it was. The cost for replacing the damaged part and labor was about $89 + tax. This saved me from having to buy a new phone so I was very happy with the cost. I ened up buying a wirless charger to have as a back up in case the charge port ever gets damaged again. I would recommend this place for its great customer service and the turnaround time it took to fix my phone!
