I went in to TMobile today because of buffering issues with my phone, as well as a screen protector replacement. Carlos Torres (Store Mgr) attended to me. He was exceptionally patient, professional and detailed in explaining to me how I can resolve my issue. He also gave me different options and the end result depending on which one I chose. I left TMobile a very satisfied customer. Great job!

Had a much better experience at this store than the one off main st. When I was put on the wait list they even took the time to get my first, last name and my phone number to be more efficient later on. I was able to be seen in the actual place I was put on line instead of being pushed aside for 15 minutes. I was helped by two different people but Ian already knew exactly what my issue was. I felt like I was actually being taken care of as a valued customer. Ian was able to assess my issues with a respectful manner and took the time to figure out exactly what I needed. I was directed to my bill yet again, but this time I was informed of where on my bill I could use to specifically send to my parents to get my EIP statement totaled and sent off so I can pay off my devices! Its amazing what a different atmosphere and experience I had with this store. AND I was in and out in less than 10 minutes :D GREAT customer service guys!

I love the staff. They all know my husband and myself when we come in and are ALL very very helpful and upfront on charges and prices. Wouldnt go anywhere else. We can run in with any questions about how something works and the staff is so helpful in explaining things.....love eveyone there. Nancy Swan

Sold me a phone I didn’t need. Made me change my plan: all because I shattered my phone screen. They told me it would cost me more to fix, but they lied. After spending the money to buy a new phone and keep and still pay off the shattered one, I went next door and fixed my phone at CPR for $161. Needless to say, they would not give me back my money or change my plans without me paying. Manager just disregarded me. Don’t recommend. However, the flower mound location was super helpful and got the job done!!

The staff immediately welcomed me in, asked what they could help with and I explained my phone was broken and I wanted to upgrade to a new device. Dennis was my sales rep and helped me find a new Samsung to replace my S8. I hadn’t planned on replacing my phone so I didn’t know what the new models and features were out. He gave me a quick overview and I was able to make a quick decision on the phone I liked and was around the same size as my last one. The new phone I got was a Samsung S10e (I love it so far btw). He showed me the options of colors and walked me over to look at them. I ended up getting a black one and that it was the last one! (I’m sure they tell everyone that but it made me feel a little special nonetheless). Setting it up was kind of fun too, the screen kept glitching out from being broken so I really appreciated the effort to get it to transfer all my settings and stuff to my new phone. He even installed the screen protector on my new phone, which I hate doing because it usually ends up crooked. I thought I was done but was also shown the new wireless headphones and was told they were discounted when a new Galaxy was bought and I happily bought them. Dennis was awesome and I want to give a shout out to him but the entire staff was friendly and made my whole visit fantastic. They were the perfect example of why I love having T-mobile, thanks so much for having such an awesome group of people!

A++ BEST In store exeperience that Ive had with a cell provider in a LONG time! Darnell was a total rock star! Super freindly, quick and helpful. No pressure or trying to oversell me on anything but extremely knowledgeable nonetheless. Thanks for making the switchover super easy! Would recommend this location and TMobile as a whole to anyone!

Do not trust people in the store. Specially Michael Stuckey. Try to make sure your number is portable before you start. They will tell you it can be done, Sign you up and then will say I am sorry. He wasted more than half a day of my time by lying that my number is portable.

Better now that they fired the one girl that said I cant put my watch on a phone plan. dont remember they guy that helped me but now my watch is set up as a phone in 15 min. hate people that lie just due to their ignorance. good riddens. and thanks for the help guy... whoever you are.
