HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!! To whoever owns this store let me tell you that you just lost like 4 customers including myself while I was at that store today 12/11/2020. Your MANAGER there was NO HELP AT ALL. And your other worker was WORSE. I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS STORE EVER AGAIN! Oh and y’all literally kept $25 saying y’all couldn’t refund me that money. I guess y’all need it more then me. WORSE STORE IN LEWISVILLE EVER.

When I went, their internet was down. I guess its not their fault. Nonetheless, I couldnt get any service due to that. But, more concerning is the fact that both employees were not wearing masks initially while I was in the store. Eventually, the employee who interacted with me did finally put a mask on. However, she was not wearing the mask correctly as it did not cover her nose. Dangerous and inconvenient place.

I came in to ask questions about the service and Crystal was very helpful. She showed me the iPhones and I picked the iPhone 7 Plus. I also bought the accessories and she even helped me to figure out my Apple ID password. She deserves a promotion she’s good at what she does. All the staff was very helpful.

Cricket employees are bullies. I will not tolerate being treated like this!! Youre lucky I just left instead of calling to police.

I have never been here but have been to the business next to it. But looking through the plate glass at the inside of the store it always looks clean and organized. And they have customers coming and going all the time.

The staff here are always friendly and helpful. I drive a little further to this store because of them.

I dropped my cell phone at 7:30PM about a week ago, (todays date: 6/17/17), and the screen shattered everywhere. The closest branch closed at 8pm. I rushed there as quickly as I could and the representative was super accommodating even though I arrived 5 minutes before closing time. She helped me get my new phone set up and I was on my way by 8:15PM. Enjoying my new Samsung!

Great customer service! It took awhile to Port over my number (they got a system error) but they were patient with me and called the port in # and they got me all setup.

Very friendly...i was convinced to switch... But when i signed up i got a free trial for some music app...when the trial was over they went ahead and added the charge right after i paid my bill...so i paid and the next day they shut my phone off. I went in and told them i didnt want that service i needed my phone to be working. They told me ud have to pay for the service just to remove it from my account...it made no sense at all.

Its owned by At&t so dont expect great deals like Metro.

The price of each phone is too exaggerated and it does not have any free phone like in other companies when changing you just to change to cricket it was almost $ 900 while when changing to boost it was only $ 240 is a very very big difference

We were waiting for what we hoped k saw the phones and the woman was there or greeted us and neither approached us .. and attended to another person arrived after us. We left without buying any phone ...Bad attention!
