I felt I had zero percent chance of solving the problem at Verizon. To my amazement he knew exactly what I needed and got me handled in short order. We came here to get a new phone because it was about time. Was greeted just fine by the two gentlemen working that night. Both were helpful enough and were good at giving us information that we asked about, but there was some important stuff they conveniently left out. After some time to make a decision they threw in a screen protector and a discounted phone case to sweeten the deal. They were good in explaining any changes that would happen to the Data Plan and were even able to help us save some money which was appreciated. Now after they finish everything and after we pay, we are going over the printed bill with them and see there is a 69.99 Set Up Fee attached and he tells us thats what they charge everyone who comes in and buys a phone at the store. Um... They never set anything up! They never even opened the new phone box or even touched my old one. We told them to just Return it all and well get the phone somewhere else, so after a while of this they drop that ridiculous fee. After that it was okay, other then figuring that they still overcharged us for the phone. The Store charged us 810 when it Retails for 799, still got overcharged on something. Wasnt the Greatest Experience at the Verizon Store, but also not the worse.They called us the following day and after a nice conversation with Will from the store he told me that they would waive the Upgrade Fee as well but we declined. The fact that they followed up was greatly appreciated.

Sevelle is amazing! I went in to see about a broken Motorola and walked out with an even better phone. He was kind and courteous and extremely helpful. He manages his location like Verizon use to. He transferred all my information from my old phone to the new one. He is definitely all about customer service.

Will Burns help us today switch from Sprint to Verizon. Will’s customer service was outstanding. He was friendly, knowledgeable,and very professional. I came in to the store to buy my first smart phone on July 1st and manager Will was INCREDIBLE! He was professional, patient and truly kind. Even though he had multiple customers in the store, he welcomed us with a smile, a hand shake, and immediately addressed why we were there. Came in today after trying to go get my phone fixed at a 3rd party location and wasn’t very happy with the price. Had the pleasure of meeting Seville (store manager) explained my situation to him and he saw how badly I needed a new phone. He went above and beyond in fulfilling my needs. I walked out with a new 256GB XS Max, phone case, and glass screen protector for a far more reasonable price than what it would have been to get my phone fixed. This is a great Verizon location for quality, customer service. Seville was helpful, patient, kind & helped us select the phone we wanted and the right payment plan we needed. We’ll definitely come back next time!A year later, I say again, this is a great location! Will has helped me out a couple times and walked me through everything. SO HELPFUL! Seville was awesome. I called 3 verizon stores, and he was the only one who told me, that he would order the screen saver for me and 2 days later put it on my ipad pro. That is what is called customer service and I will see him for all my verizon needs.

Walked into this location and was greeted by a gentlemen named Seville. He is the manager at this location. I was surprised to see how wonderful his work skills were and multi tasking was. He took care of my issue and this will forever be my home store.

Dropped my phone in water and it couldnt turn on. Stopped by this store based on the reviews. I was greeted by Seville and welcomed. I upgraded my phone and got all my stuff transferred. I was extremely happy and glad I was connected back.

Very friendly staff. I had a issue with my device and it kept slowing down. The store rep at the location name Seville was very helpful and got me up and going. Realized I had used up most of phone storage. I was in and out and didnt have to wait nor sign in like other Verizon stores.

If you think you are stuck with your phone, and cant afford to get a new one. Seville is the man you need to go see. He thinks outside the box. I have the worst luck with phones. This is the 3rd phone in less then 6 months that he has helped me get. He makes you feel like you are more then just another customer. Im going to keep coming to him even after I move. He is worth the drive!

This has to be the best Verizon store, mainly because of the agent who works there. I forget his name but he is a young, Hispanic gentleman, I think his name was Seville. He went out of his way to figure out the problem with my screen, even to the point that he called the 800 number himself and waited on the line to see if an upgrade was available. Once he found out it was not he problem solved and found another solution. He put himself in the shoes of a customer and went above and beyond ! He really showed amazing customer service...please give him a raise
