Serkan was extremely friendly and helpful and most of all FAIR AND HONEST. The truck I bought was clean and in great shape, but most of all it had the car fax, and NO DEALER FEES. The price on the sticker was the price he asked for; no hidden fees tacked on like most other dealerships. He even drove me to a third party to get the temporary tags for half of what most other dealers charge (since they double the price and make you get the temp tags there). Fair and honest car dealerships are hard to come by, and Autopike is without a doubt one of those dealerships.

Please go spend your money somewhere else!!!! I’ve bought a car from this place and had it for three months. First issue I had was with the tires, they requested for me to bring the car and get the tires changed to what they should be as long as I change my review towards them. Second issue I had was with the starter going out and I had gotten that replaced myself. I understand it’s a used car so it’ll need some love. I already put a lot of money into it. Final issue I had was with the car completely shut off while I was driving. No lights on the dash came in prior. Car is completely trashed, won’t start and in need of a new engine. I didn’t even put 1000 miles on the car yet. Don’t blindly trust this place. Lesson learned and I’m out money.

Came here for a 2017 Altima. They refused to fax paperwork to my bank so my bank could start the process of seeing if I would be approved for a loan, so I had to drive over an hour to pick up the sales agreement when every other dealership had no issue faxing it. I was denied the ability to test drive the vehicle and the guy had gotten the car from his “friend” and I was told, after driving over an hour, that they didn’t even have the title on the car yet. This place is the sketchiest dealership I’ve (almost) done business with and I highly recommend you drive a little further and find a car with all its paperwork.

One of the most sneakiest Ive dealt with. I purchase a vehicle from them and had issues with the car within the same week. They offered to fix the issue but to 2-3 months to get it done after being sent to various places for it to be fixed! Now im having inspection issues and still going through the process of it being fixed. I called them several times and they just seem to rush me off the phone. They only care about money and not the satisfaction of their customers. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN BUYING A CAR FROM HERE DONT! THEY ARE VERY VERY DISHONEST!The warranty is for 1 year and they don’t cover the issue that is still currently wrong with it. Also, i called them the same day we took the car home for the light coming on. I have all the text and call log as well to prove.

Autopike sold me a car that needs over $1,500 in critical repairs including an engine leak and then provided me with a warranty that claims to cover the repair. When I contacted the warranty company they denied my claim. I also contacted Autopike and they did nothing. I am being left with the only option of litigating the matter.DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM AUTOPIKE

My family and I had been looking for a Prius, ready-to-buy, for a few weeks (after researching, we knew exactly what we wanted). So when the right car popped up online at Autopike, we contacted them right away.Gus (and the team) are fantastic. I called on a Sunday (their day off) and left a message. He returned my call that day and we set up time to come in when they were open. As soon as we got there, everyone was friendly (and the office felt safe with COVID safety, i.e. masks and hand sanitizer). And to be honest, the whole process was smooth - we saw both cars that were interested in, took one out on a test drive, and when ready to purchase, Gus worked with us to make sure everything was squared away and done correctly (I should say he even lent his office to us so our 2-week-old could nap in her stroller while we took turns test driving and watching her - thank you so much for that!).Last but not least, Autopike drove us down the road to get our car registered, and get the licenses (they already did the emissions check for the year, and provided all the paperwork). Poor customer service. Refused to provide a carfax report on a vehicle I was interested in. Told me to come there and we would look at it together. I am a buyer, I can look at a carfax without assistance from the seller. I was not driving 2 and a half hours to look at a piece of paper. Seems to me they are hiding something.

Bought a 2011 jeep patriot in December of 2018...was told I had a four month dealer warranty..had some issues with my jeep..tried to reach Garr who sold me the jeep to firm the warranty...turns out he was no longer at Auto Pike but was down the road working at another lot by the same owner..reached out to him...received no answer back. Shame on him!! I don’t usually write reviews, but the guys at Autopike couldn’t have been more helpful during my recent car-buying experience. They helped me find the perfect car for my needs. I didn’t want to spend a lot of money, but I needed something that would be reliable and safe for my wife to pick up our granddaughter from preschool. I ended up with a 2007 Lexus. It’s in great condition, it was very reasonably priced, it’s responsive and fun to drive, and it looks great. Regarding pricing, I’ve looked at other websites to check the pricing on Lexuses from similar years and similar mileage, and I haven’t found a lower price anywhere. Overall, a great car buying experience.

Do not buy a car from this place you will eventually regret it!! Find somewhere else honestly. All they say is what do you expect from a use car I had a use car before and the dealership I went to I should have stuck with but wanting and suv is what cost this disaster!!

Elizabeth Snyder is the one who helped me and she is absolutely the best. She made the process of buying a vehicle so smooth and was so kind and helpful. My dad and the rest of our family went to buy a 2015 Mazda today and Garr helped us throughout the entire process which took 1-2 hours. This place embodies everything that gives used car salesman a bad name. They said they would fix the dented door, radio, leaking antifreeze, horn,etc before we drove away. Nope. Was handed a paper guaranteeing that the milage was as listed, but when changing the oil the milage was clearly written on the bottom side of the junk yard motor 180000mi on a car showing 47000. I was told by the salesman that they would cancel the drive train warranty if I complained further. Scum bags. Buy any where but here. Karma will take this place.

Said car was in great shape. It needed new brakes all around (pads down to 1mm), new suspension and bearings along with a oil change cause the oil has been sitting in the car for a year. They lie and take advantage of customers. They also promised to replace a fog light and never did. Oh almost forgot the car is completely rusted out so it must of been in a flood. I personally wouldnt not reccamend shopping here.Had to update review today. Turns out the trans fluid and coolant also are long over due for replacing along with the AC not working and they sent a threatening text to sue us because I left this review telling the truth of their dishonesty & the condition the car was in that they sold us. They only reimbursed us 100 dollars to go towards the over 3000 dollars cost of repairs, and they replaced just the front brakes for us.

Let me start by saying that Autopike has the cleanest cars on all of Rt 13 by far. I was in the market for a used car and had looked all over, ( Reedman Toll, Mike Piazza, McCafferty, Peruzzi, Team Toyota, etc ) and to my surprise none of the big car dealerships in the area seemed to take car of their fleet of vehicles and keep them as clean as seen at Autopike. The main man running the show, Garr, made my first car buying experience a memorable one, because he is a down to earth guy, who does not push people into a sale, and values the customers experience. All in all, if you live in Levittown or around the area and heard about Autopike, but were skeptical to check it out due to various reasons, go for it, what do you have to lose? To sum up Autopike in a short phrase it would be Clean Cars, at Honorable Prices, with A Great Experience Included. Thanks again Garr for not only selling me an awesome Hyundai Veloster, but for being a clean and honest dealership, and for setting an example as to how all the used car dealerships on Rt 13 should be.-Connor Clattenburg
