I bought a 2012 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 work truck from Alex 3 weeks ago, and I have been thoroughly enjoying it. From the very beginning of the buying process, Alex was intently responsive to all my questions (and I had a lot of them). I flew in from Chattanooga, TN, and he had a ride waiting for me at the airport. He was fair in negotiations and was happy to fix the two very minor issues the truck had on the spot. Next time I need a work truck, I will be calling Alex.

Very Dissapointed!!!!If i could rate this 0 stars i would.I came to the dealership to buy a car and was very disapointed they misrepresent their cars in the videos they post. They posted from angles where you cannot see the flaws waisted my time. Customer service was very rude and unprofessional I was mistreated and given an attitude as soon as i came in.

Drove an hour after speaking with someone there. Asked about underside because it looked like it was treated in video. Had a nice talk and was looking forward to possibly buy my son a new truck. We arrived and after inspection of a couple of trucks, we noticed they looked like the were undercoated, which was cool. I opened hood to look at enginand found a black spray can cap. My son also saw cans outside by the office building. When I tried to find someone, I walked into the office and found a guy coating the underside of another truck. I left not even asking. What else are they hiding? Very disappointed. Glad I didnt pursue this purchase. Id think twice if you plan to shop here.
