For inexpensive and quality service this is place to go. The staff are experienced and knowledgeable. I cannot explain how fun it was not to be ripped off by the extremely inflated prices often found in Long Island. A RARE AND GREAT FIND!

They lack the equipment and skills required to cater to the needs of a performance vehicle. I dont know how this shop has such high rated reviews! they will enter your car absolutely filthy. plenty of other reputable shops to get work done on the island. youve been warned!

I brought my hot rod in for a 3 inch exhaust system. They custom fabricated the pipes for me. The welds are clean, they hugged the bottom of the truck. It came out great! In and out the same day. The price was good. You get what you pay for. If you want quality, go see these guys. Staff was really nice too. They offered to drive me home if I didnt have a ride.

I was hesitant to go looking for a shop when my cars cat converters were due for replacement. I was expecting to shell out a great deal of money. Danny runs a professional and honest shop. The job only ran $500. I would definitely recommend to a friend!

I had a rattling sound in my exhaust that traveled up to the front. These guys were able to locate the exact cause and solved it right away. They are very friendly and kind. Glad I took my car here.

I was highly recommended to go here for my mother is car. Even though my husband knows the owner because hes in the business. All of them greeted us without knowing who we are when we first entered their driveway, from mechanics outside all the way inside to Partners they were very very nice. When I got inside the partner who checked my car let me go inside when they pulled up my car on the lift and he explained and showed me what was wrong with my mothers car he was very honest as opposed to the Mobil station that I went near my house which only told my mother one incident because then they wanted it to get worse as opposed to telling my mother that she had two issues to begin with. The initially wanted to fix the first problem charge an arm and a leg and then slowly we would find out about the second problem and then again charge an arm and a leg. I highly recommend this place.

Ive been going there for probably 8 years & the 1st time I went there I met Richie hes the Manager. I gave him a list of things my old mechanic (who I used for 20 years & trusted) said I needed fixed. There was a few thousand dollars worth of work. Richie looked over my car & told me I only needed 1 thing on the list fixed & if money was tight it could wait. Well 8 years later & nothing else on that list has ever been fixed. Everybody goes out of there way to help you get a ride home or to work. The owner is always there and is extremely nice. Richie is the BEST. NO B.S. When youre dealing with him!!!!

Took my car there yesterday for brake work. I usually take it to the dealer but decided to give them a shot based on their excellent reviews. The place will not win any awards for aesthetics. It is a throw back to the kind of auto centers I remember as a kid. You wont find an espresso machine or free donuts in the waiting room. Having said that I am glad to report that they did a great job. The work was done in a timely manner and priced not to break the bank. I will be back. Hoping for a cream puff to be waiting for me next time I come in..

I have been using this establishment for 7 years...and I still give thanks to how expertise and honest they are...I took my car to my New Car service facility who gave me a estimate of 6 repairs(TOTALING $3,400.) that they said my car needed... I took the list to Richard at Meineke to check it...after they checked my car for 90 minutes with the list...they said nothing was wrong and didnt charge me to check it...That was a year ago and still nothing on that list was wrong. Since then, I took my car to Meineke because I suspected a need for brakes(because of a slight sound). After they checked, I was told my brakes were fine. I recommend these guys every chance I get.When they have done work for me, it was expediently well done at a fair price.

I love going to the shop, its the first mechanic shop where they are really nice and honest. Every time i go there they gave me really fair prices, way less then what other shops wanted for the same work. The place is pretty busy so expect a little of a wait but its worth it. I refuse to go anywhere else and ive sent many friends there who also were as impressed.

I dont recommend this place for mufflers to say the least. They put the cheapest thin muffler on and it was very loud from the get go not to mention poor car performance along with it.It rusted out in a year and a half. I put up with that noisy piece of junk for a year and a half.This time around I went to Am Muffler in Westbury for the same price what a difference my car sounds and runs like new! They are nice people butdo yourself a favor shop around I wholeheartedly and honestly just dont want you getting stuck with a noisy junk muffler affecting your cars performance and that rusts out fast like what happened to me. You can do a lot better than this place.

Stopped in only to get a price for a new muffler for my junker car. Left 30 minutes later with a new muffler at a good price. It was my first time to this shop in 10 years (I used to be a regular) I will use them again.

I am sharing my experience little late but I wanted to share the goodness of this store and the people in this store. This was my third visit to this place. My Acura MDX broke down and I called the store. I was very nervous because I thought my transmission was bad but Danny assured me if it is anything other than transmission they will check it out and let me know. I am lucky that it was not my transmission and also I was lucky that I went to a very nice place where they treat women very respectfully and do not cheat on the prices. All the staff there is very friendly and decent. They do not overcharge and I did not have to worry about bargaining the price. Not to mention that I got a good job done on my car.I want everyone to know that these are genuine people.My previous visits were wonderful as well. I thank Lou for helping me out in the previous visits.Thank you guys so much for doing an outstanding job. I am glad I found your place because it will be my go to place now every time I need a repair.

I have known and been going to Dani since 1991. They are very honest and reliable. I took my wifes car one day saying the front brakes were in need of replacement, since it was squeaking and looked low on pad thickness. They said no problem will check it out and let you know. I went back a few hours later and they told me the pads had another 10-15 thousand miles left, the squeaking was due to a loose pad which when braking was causing the noise, they just put some pad adhesive on back of pad. I said ok great how much? They said No charge! They are honest and very fair priced, never recommend unneeded repairs. I am now a life long customer due to the entire team is very good. They are very busy and you may have to wait a while or leave it and come back but you will be in good hands. I have recommended family and friends with the same result, life long customers!

I was recently extremely disappointed twice when I asked to receive a call before any work be done on my vehicle. I wanted to know what the problem was and how much it was going to cost, BEFORE they did any work on my van. Richy the mechanic looked me in the eye, said he would, shook my hand, and then did whatever he wanted to do anyway. Twice I had to call there the day after I was told the truck would be finished, and twice I was told Yeah its ready. You can come and pick it up! . When I asked why I wasnt called first as was discussed, I was told that if I wanted to argue about it that maybe we shouldnt continue doing business together. This again was Richy. So I have decided since then to do just what he suggested. I will no longer be doing business with the Levittown Meineke after almost 30 years of dealing with them. And I would suggest that if you are considering using them, that you quickly reconsider. There was much more to this story, however I felt that this was relevant enough to get the point across.

Great auto repair joint! The boss Rich is a great guy and knows his stuff when it comes to cars. I had a leaking rear diff on a saturday morning in my truck on the same day that i was going to pull my RV camper to Hershey. Rich helped me out and fixed my truck up within hours and we were on the road in no time flat!! Kudos. Highly reccomend!

That guy Lou with the glasses is horrible. I’ve been coming here for 4 years working with Danny (the owner) and Daniel, who did my work and doesn’t work here anymore. I went here to have a flex pipe replaced, and have a muffler and 2 tips welded up to the exhaust. While I’m waiting a guy comes in asking about doing a straight pipe on his BIG Doge Ram while I’m in an Accord Coupe lol Lou tells him $85 for the whole job but for my job he said just the flex pipe was $85 AND I HAD ALL MY OWN PARTS PURCHASED WITH MY MONEY PRIOR TO COMING HERE. Their labor rate is $110 per hour WITH YOUR PARTS and $145 without. I also hate to be this person but Lou clearly has an issue with anyone of color. I and 2 other colored fellas were in here and each of us seemed to have a difficult time with Lou and his pricing. The pricing was very far off for the colored than the Caucasian.

(from the original location next to former Pathmark now ShopRite).Times change, locations change, but the service that owner Dani H. provides has never changed. It has been consistently EXCELLENT.He is a gentleman to everyone and tries very hard to keep his customers happy. His employees are cut from that same cloth. They do great work at fair prices. I refer all family, friends, and neighbors to these guys because YES, theyre THAT good!

As a gay man, I was astonished how people could say something like this in the current year 2019. I get it is guy talk, but to talk like this in front of customers... I was shaking. Waaaaay Overpriced!!!! I went there for an issue with my exhaust, the guy seems like he was in a rush to get me out of there, he had my car faced towards exiting the lot & told me that the job was gonna cost me $2500 or more, hed already assumed that I wouldnt be able to come up with that amount, long story short, I went to another mechanic, ended up paying $300 for the job, If you ask me Id tell you that the guy was prejudice.
