Had a great experience this morning with this place. Fred went above and beyond and really made a great first impression. I had never been here before today but I can tell you that after today I will be back in the future whenever my car needs service.

Great service. Needed a Goodyear tire that was difficult to find. They ordered it & installed it on my car 2 or 3 days later at a great price.

I visited this location middle of winter season in need of tires. I walked in as a single female under duress. I had a donut on one wheel and tires that werent up to standards for wet weather. The response I got from all the guys here was fantastic.I had my own tires to install but they werent the right size. Instead of them taking advantage of the situation they were all business. Each one was very respectful and showed genuine concern for my safety The gentleman in charge gave me options and left the decision up to me.They gave me a price and a time when the tries would be there ready to install. The next day I came in on my lunch break. They remembered me and got me in & out within the hour. I paid the same price I was quoted. My one criticism is the technician(s) left my glove and console compartments in disarray looking for nut locks. Other than that, I absolutely recommend House of Tires!

Be careful. love love Brett the Son. Brought food for these dear gentleman in line with some of his neighbors on the streets behind them, we are trying to bring the community together. And some of them were very rude says my friend who was on the phone with me at the time. I have some customers for them. And have shared dish with my mechanic friends. But they and Rick was very rude. They ate my food but they treated us very rude they promised us a deal and then when I had a flat in the tire that they gave me they got all their money back. That was sneaky. But the father Rick. Didnt give us friendly service and they were a little too witty it seemed to upset my friend who was with me. They charge me over $27 to plug a tire. Was trying to recommend to some friends . As of September 2019 they still conduct business the same way. Very annoying

So long story short I had just come back from a 3 day vacation to find my car had a flat. I rushed over to Brett and I can’t say enough good things about him his father rick and the entire staff. I only wanted used tires and Brett said no problem at first and they could find them so he gave me an incredible deal on 2 brand new tires. The mechanic was Great and very nice, and the rest of the staff was. Great too....I will be going back to get my brakes done just because of this experience I just had with them

I bought some brand new tires here there was no muss no fuss 30 minutes later I was out and finished driving down the road. Very effective and efficient. Polite staff as well. In my further dealings with this business there have been some bumps in the road. I bought a new tire and had them rotate all of them. The week before, I had an inspection done. My truck was passed. Two weeks later there was a problem with my brakes. When I called to see if I could bring it in, I was told yes come on down. When I got halfway there I got a call saying that they actually couldnt take me. They were too busy. When I brought it to another Mechanic shop I found out that I needed a $1300 brake job. And that I was lucky not to have been in an accident in the preceding weeks. House of tires had my wheels off twice in those preceding weeks, one of those times being an inspection, and no one mentioned anything about my rotors having deep grooves in them like I was shown after spending $1300 in the other Mechanics shop. I should have been warned! This was a serious oversight that couldve resulted in myself and possibly my family being injured.

I had my brake pads and rotors changed on both axles. It took 2.5 hours total which is better than expected since they were very busy. They let me bring my own parts and charged reasonable labor rates. The charges were clearly explained to me beforehand, and they stayed to their quoted rate. Im extremely satisfied and will return to them for work on my car.

Excellent service. Brought in a slow leaking the and the repair was quickly completed at a reasonable price. Sally my tire developed a bubble on the sidewall. I brought in a replacement tire and one again... within a short time the tire was replaced. Always friendly staff.

We get tires there. Good for a quick fix flat. Last visit l would have liked more cooperation.

This place is always amazing and HONEST. I needed an inspection/oil change/ wiper blade etc. My vehicle is 13 years old and I also heard a noise from the serpentine belt and asked to have it replaced. When the work was done I asked about the cost of the belt and was told it was fine and just needed to be tightened/adjusted. This is not the first time I thought I needed something and was told it was fine. The workers and owners are great. Keep up the good work and the honesty..

Quick service at reasonable rates.

Awesome local shop. Had the tires I needed in stock and for a very comparable price to the internet guys, and that was including install. Was originally planning on buying online, waiting for delivery, then lugging them to a shop. Glad I called House Of Tires first. Drove the truck in without an appointment and they got to work on it almost immediately. I had the spare tire on and told them not to worry about putting it back under the truck because I was going to do it at home so I didnt take up any more of their time. I did a quick walk around to make sure everything looked good when done and the new tires look great AND the spare was back in its proper place. Was in and out in about an hour for all 4 tires. A+ service, highly reccommend. Almost forgot, they also did not try and sell me any other repairs like the big name tire guys across the street always try and do.

Very good shop. Busy but very organized, you are in and out.

I have been using the house of Tires for a few years now, I have shopped the prices as SUV tires are expensive, they are inline and most often have been able to provide same day service. The team there is friendly and helpful! 5 stars....

Very good prices and the staff is very friendly and welcoming. My experience is that they were trying to save me money, even paid me for my old tires. I definitely recommend as they seem to be different than other tire shops.

No nonsense, no ridiculous up sells. You find out what you need, its done, your back on the road. Flexible drop off times. Knowledgeable mechanics. Oil changes and tire repairs are usually qiuck. Recommend.

This place seems right out of the 50s, including service with a smile. Ordered 4 tires for my 94 Camry, and they delivered on a competitive price, with installation, valves and balancing all included. Moreover, I arrived at their shop at 8:05 a.m., and was in my car, headed home, within 45 minutes. Amazing bunch of people.

I get my tires rotated and put on winter tires here. Alway happy when I get the bill. Finally I can feel like I am not getting screwed every day of my life.

I have been going to House of Tires for years and have always had great experiences with them. I never feel that they try to sell me something I dont need. I recommended them to family members who now go there as well.

Went there couple of days ago bcz of sudden flat tire. I had kids(nephew) with me. They were quick and got it fixed.

They are fair and honest. I have been going there for years for inspections and tires. Prices are competitive and level of service is great. I have never seen them try to sell anyone anything they dont need.

Had them put 4 new tires on. Never balanced tires properly the first time. When I brought car back, they tried billing again for another balance and sensors. I paid cash the first time and couldnt find my receipt. They dont keep recoords of cash paying customers. I Refused to pay again, told them I need time to find receipt .Was harassed every day by phone calls. Finally found receipt that shows everything was paid for already. When I showed the short old man at the counter the receipt, he stuttered, talk nonsense and didnt even apologized for trying to double bill me. I figured he didnt care. So maybe I should bring it to a owners attention. I spoke to the daughter, she cared just as much as her employee. Never went back. Good year fixed there mistake, no charge.

Since I bought my 2009 Mazda back in 2010 I have been going to House of Tires. They are very wonderful people who clearly want to do right by you and your vehicle. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone. They know what they are doing and do it well.

Great service came to change out my tires since they was getting bald and was starting to slide on the wet roads. Figured wait was going to be long but left within a little over an hour. Which gave me extra time in my day to complete my errands.

This has been a long time coming. I had to bring back my car for struts THREE times. You would think they might test drive it first. It sounded just awful. My other car they kept for THREE days with no communication. Now, the check engine is on constantly. They tell me just keep driving it. That was weeks ago. I’ve spent a fortune on their lousy service. Don’t be like me and buy into these false reviews. Thanks for nothing!!! Stay away!!

Absolutely awful, awful service. I just wanted to buy a single tire. Youd think House of Tires would be able to manage at least that. They said sure, then ignored me for over an hour. When their buddies came in they got served first and when their friends werent around the only guy in the office was chatting on his cellphone. After an hour the latest friend was all done and serviced there were two guys free - and one went back to his phone and the other stood around chatting for another twenty minutes. Then I walked out.I could understand if they were busy (they werent) but even then, have the grace to tell me theres a delay, or ask me to come back later.I only wanted to replace my spare tire, I didnt need service, I didnt even need it put on the car. For fs sake I would have mounted it myself if I could have just gotten the damn thing.

Fast service and they always seem to have the tires I need. Once I took my Benz there and they were able to replace under warranty.....saved me money!!!
