I had a nail in my tire. I was not losing air. I needed it plugged. Went to Goodyear and was immediately told that I would need a new tire. Left, went to gas station nearby, they plugged and all good. I have 4 cars so Goodyear, you kind of messed up. We had been a loyal customer. Honesty IS the best policy

My wife recently had her car inspected and they had said she needed new brakes. We decided may as well change them all, so I brought the car up to Goodyear and Fran quoted a fair price, so we went for it. A few hours later I got a call from Fran saying they had the car up on the lift and the brake pads were perfectly okay.They could have easily put the new pads on and we would have been none the wiser. We’ll be taking all of our vehicles to Goodyear from here on out.Fran displayed honesty that is really hard to come by from mechanics these days. Awesome experience.

Mark the technician/serviceman was patient and insightful in helping me tune-up my old 2006 Mazda! I’ve used this Goodyear store since moving to the area and will never go anywhere else. Service is fast and reliable. They remember me by name. I’ve never had a bad experience there. Just this morning I dropped my car off for an oil change and asked if it could be done by a certain time. It was done hours before my requested time without any problem or aggravation.

Dropped my vehicle off and went to work, I went for an oil change and brakes, well things are never what you think you want or need. I received a call from Mark and he let me know what he saw and needed to make sure I knew what he saw. Well I need more work than expected and the proof was in front of my face. Anyway got the work done and although its not what I wanted to spend the pain was eased with clarification and understanding but most importantly with Safety in mind. I had an appointment for tire change and balancing at 3:30pm, they refused to do the balancing bc the store closes at 5:00 pm and it would take more time than they had, I said ok ... 2 hours later they came back telling me that they broken 4 nut caps when changing tires and that they would not pay for it.I will never go back to this place and I would not recommend it to anyone.

Good Year did a fantastic job analyzing my car. When I came in Amanda was so accommodating with checking me in. She was really knowledgeable about what I needed to provide for my service and is such a sweetheart! Mark & the team were very honest with their assessment & physically showed me the issues they detected (a lot of places will not). After hitting a pot hole, I heard a loud noise and immediately pulled into this GOOD YEAR SERVICE CENTER. In an emergency, the Team pulled the vehicle into the shop and informed me there was a broken sway bar link. They explained the repair and had me back on the road within 1 Hour. This Good Year Center takes appointments online, confirms by email and phone and then the weekend crew completely ignores the appointments and says this is like a doctors office appointments don’t matter. How about you tell me that when arrive early snd not 2 hours later after I have asked about my appointment time for the third time ? Rude, unprofessional- go someplace else as these people do not care....Raised my rating after manager called me to discuss the problem.

I am writing this review because I am truly STILL in awe from the service I was shown at Goodyear tire center in Levittown the other day, by the Store Manager Francis Elliott!! I am the primary care taker of my 3 year old Grandson, I have him every day! I drive on super highways with him daily. My car felt like it went air borne then locked up while driving to my daughters home. I seriously didnt know what to do! I went online, looked up the warning ⚠️ lights that were blinking on my dashboard and knew I couldnt put that baby safely in my car!! To make a long story short, I applied for a Goodyear credit card, was granted one, made the appointment, and got my car to the Goodyear tire center! They were amazing! But, the REAL HERO in my book was Fran, she MADE SURE that my Grandbaby and I were safe!! She made phone calls to expedite my service and payment, so that I could leave in a SAFE car!! I will never forget her for that. This story has SO MUCH more to it!! But, the bottom line is, without Francis Elliott I dont know what or where I would be right now!! Thank you, Goodyear! This was my first experience with your Company, but, it surely wont be my last!! I will recommend this location to everyone i know!! I sincerely appreciate that you went the extra mile for me and Dominic!!

I would like to commend the staff at Goodyear Auto Service. I had called them after looking up Goodyears website regarding new tires for my 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee. They took the time to explain everything to me, which resulted in my making an appointment and purchasing the new tires on the same day. I received the same courtesy and respect when I arrived at the store. They offered additional services at the counter, which I appreciated and ended up having an alignment and oil change added to my work order. All of the work was completed within a reasonable time of my appointment. I highly recommend this location for Goodyear and want to thank the manager Fran and all of her staff for their professionalism and just a great job! I will be spreading the word about my great experience to my friends and family.

I went in there because my car was in bad shape tire wise. I am from California and not from PA. The gentleman Mark was hella cool. That Vato is Legit and did me right. He addressed my issues and I told him I was going to the gym next door while he replaced my tires. He called me to tell me there was an issue with my sway bars, but he explained the importance of them and also was more concerned for my safety while driving. He’s a Good Vato. I definitely recommend this location. You won’t feel like Your getting played or ripped off, but they are good people and will work with You if You are honest and up front with them. Definitely recommend this location!!!

Mark and team were very helpful. I had no idea they offered services such as oil changes which I was in dire need of. Not only did I get a oil change but the service comes with tire rotation and brake check. They also put air in my tires! We went in for tire estimates and the lady that works at the desk have been very helpful, friendly, informative and provided a lot on what we need. Because of her we decided to book our appointment for new tires and will go to them for future services. Unlike other Good Year we went to on Route 130 the guy was arrogant, pushed us to get it done and the estimates he gave us were too much/overcharging for fees we do not need.

The new manager here is a complete joke!!! It’s like that tv show where they film the mechanics to show how they take advantage of people. Let’s start by saying I’ve attended this place for the past 2 years and I needed 1 new brake pad on my rear driver tire. He tells me I’m looking at $120 for the 1. Insane right? I go to mr.tire’s and the charged me $40 and said “we’ve been getting a lot of people from good year lately and I can tell you forsure the guy tried to take advantage of you for a 20 minute job”

So thankful for the team of professionals here. I had two leaks (nails) on two separate Goodyear tires in two weeks and each time the team promptly repaired my tires free of charge. On one occasion, one of the mechanics worked longer than normally scheduled to help me out. Thanks so much guys!

I really like this location and staff. The guy I deal with every time is professional. I have never been pressured to buy anything I didnt need or ask for.

I placed an online order for four tires to have installed at this Goodyear store. I was called by the store to push my appointment time from 8 am to 10 am, which I had no problems doing. I dropped my car off at 9:55 am and was told that it would take two to three hours to have the tires installed. So not getting any phone calls to the contrary, I went at 1:30 pm to pick up my car. I was surprised to see my car still sitting in the same spot I parked it in with no new tires on it. I went inside and inquired and all I got was we got backed up. So I asked why didnt someone call me and let me know something, anything the only response I got was a blank stare. I asked for my keys back and left. I wasted a vacation day from work, traveled thirty miles to and from this place and left with nothing.So I called Goodyear customer service and was told they couldnt offer me any reimbursements. Really?! How about repercussions.How can they treat customers like this? Thanks for nothing Goodyear!

Went to Good Year Levittown for the first time for a front end alignment for my Taurus. They were really professional and the price I was quoted was the actual price I paid. I’d go back. Definitely would recommend.

Called 10 days early for appointment. They penciled me in. I called a couple of days before and there was no mark. I let them know exactly when i called and they said OK to me leaving the car for a day. I left the car, received a call the next day saying my headlamps were not working. They were perfectly fine the day before. I also heard the guy tell me there were tons of things wrong and that I had to pay for them in order to achieve safety inspection including: HID bulbs, battery hold, mirror, engine mount, brakes etc. HID bulbs were quoted at 200 a piece and including labor would be 750. This guy was definitely trying to take advantage of me. Pepboys sells for 100/piece, Amazon sells for 50/piece. I took this back to my regular auto mechanic and he said they burned my bulbs because they did something wrong. They used typical scare tactics and denied they destroyed my bulbs. Youd think a chain or franchise would do quality control on the people, but not here. I would have called corporate but Im busy and want to warn people of my experience because I thought these people cant be that bad.

Im picky where I take my vehicles for service; I take my own oil, ask for a sample of the used oil to be saved for analysis, etc. Goodyear in the Langhorne Shopping Center has been my go-to place for almost a decade. They stand by their products and service! Had an issue with Goodyear-branded tires on a AWD Toyota Sienna after 20,000 miles and they still refunded a large portion towards replacements. In addition, my old Volvo S60R and my current Lexus IS-F go exclusively here for all their work. Thanks for the excellent service, fast turnaround, and very reasonable prices!

I searched online for tires because not everyplace has the size I need. Goodyear website said there is a sale now and this place could install the today, today being the key word.I took off work, get to the store, the price is $150 more and they tell me the Goodyear website has nothing to do with the Goodyear store & that I have to order them online and they would install them.No additional info was given about how that would work.It may be a great place. Ive used Goodyear for many years.But you should know, if youre shopping for tires the Goodyear website is NOT Goodyear.To me its just false advertising that facilitates bait and switch.

Got a deal on tires! Ended up saving almost 300 vs Pep Boys. Everyone was really helpful in explaining about tires, rebates, etc. Customer service and the actual service were great. And I was in and out in just over an hour.

So, normally I have a more than decent experience at the service center. This evening was a disappointing exception. When they finished my oil change and filter inspection, I was on the other side of the shopping center. They expressed annoyance that it would take me 10 minutes to walk to their shop.When I arrive there, I find that they couldnt locate one of my filters, even though they had replaced it before. They spent 20 minutes explain to me how some cars dont have these filters.I hope this does not become a trend, since there are three other places closer to home that I can get the same services accomplished...

Fast and efficient

I had recently had a bad experience. I went in for PA state inspection and had a cracked fog light which is fair enough. But...1. The replacement fog light it did not match the existing one. While they agreed to replace it at their cost, its still another trip there.2. When they returned the car to me, the fog light they replaced was NOT WORKING. Not only did they fail to test that it was working, it should have been found easily because I got the warning message that it wasnt working when I started the car.Thats just sloppy all around

They quoted me a price of 350 dollars for a flat run tire. I called another place and told them I can get it for much cheaper and they suddenly lowered the price by 100 dollars. I didn’t like that.

I dont know why there are negative reviews about this place. I have been here on three different occasions, for different things (new tires, brakes, and today, a random mechanical issue on my old vehicle). These people are amazing.Disclaimer: I am a female and although I know a little about cars, I hate confrontation so I always just pay what I am told and get it over with. Take this into account when you see how great they treated me below.My first experience was new tires. the gentleman helping me actually sold me a set of tires that were less expensive than the ones I originally wanted, because he thought that they were better preforming tires. These tires have actually been the best tires I have had on my Jeep.My second experience was work on my other car (BMW) which was done quickly and reasonably. No complaints there.My last experience however, is why I am writing this review. I went in for an oil change, and to have a random noise evaluated on my 20 year old Jeep--something I knew needed to be fixed. Again, my Jeep is 20 years old and the undercarriage has been pretty much done for (e.g., rust) for the past year.Instead of charging me ~500.00 for a fix that would be the first of many moving forward, they took me out and SHOWED me how bad the undercarriage was, explained to me the pros and cons of having the work done, and suggested that I think about getting a new car instead of putting the money into it.Note, I really dont want a car payment, but these people actually cared about me and the long term relationship that I may end up having with them. Instead of selling me something that was going to be a waste of money in the near future for me, they saved me the money up front.In addition, they actually helped me call Chrysler and get information on the recalls, to see if I could get more money for a trade in---and they called the local Jeep dealer as well. WOW. Who does this nowadays? I have been to several private mechanics in the area looking for someone honest and reliable, and none of them have even came close to the service and friendliness I get at this Goodyear location. The manager Frances, and Brian, who was working the day I went in should both be given high accolades from the corporate office. I will definitely be using this Goodyear location again and I cant thank them enough for all their help.

I had previous work done and their repair only lasted 10 months. Then I made an appt to bring it back to have it looked at and get an emissions and inspection, I waited an hour and half before the car was even touched. Apparently the appointments mean nothing and this will be the last time I bring any car here.

I had four tires put on approx 1 year ago,and at that time was told i needed alianment i think i paid 60 to80 dollars now less than 15000 miles my front drivers side is bald took it there 3 times each time was told they had to speak to manaager now i get phone call telling me i need upper control arms for $1200 parts an labor and $65 off tires in front .i just think this could have been noticed when they did first aliament,my brother allen co signed he pasted away in november he never recieved the mail in rebate of $80 JUST NOT FARE

I get my oil changes done here. They have easy online scheduling. I never feel pressured to get any extras done. And they usually throw in a free tire rotation.

I went yesterday to have one of the tires checked out. Had to wait like I would everywhere else; however, job was done and business Manager did not charge me even though my warranty did not cover the cause.Thank you
