Went here in the end of 2020 for an inspection and oil change. Good.thing I.checked the oil before something bad happened. Though was over 2 qts short. Ive been coming here for years. No longer! If you cant do the most simple of jobs what makes you think I want you doing something more complex?

Great place to get your vehicle services, great employees there and most importantly their honest people. If you get a specific job done there they do a great job and they look for other things that are wrong with your vehicle and they let you know on the spot. After years of bringing ours and our daughters cars to Blackstone for all our vehicle needs it upsets me that this isnt possible anymore. The guys that work there were always kind and helpful and I thought the owner was an honest and reasonable man. I know sometimes things happen but when you make a mistake you should own up to it. And when it changes people lives or circumstances then you should be willing to at least help make it right. That was a really expensive oil change!!!!!!!!

I use this mechanic for everything my car needs. They are honest, friendly, and will actually explain things about your car to you. I went in to get my brakes done thinking my front brakes needed done, and they checked my back brakes. Turned out my back brakes needed done not my front brakes. Another time my car just refused to start. So I had it towed to blackstone. Apparently ome of my belts is connected to the ac and the ac went and the belt could not turn. They let me have a day to think about whether my car was worth the cost of repair. After I decided to get the repair they saved the part just to show me what had gone wrong in my car. The people at Blackstone Auto honestly take the time to not only really fix your car but make you understand what is happening with your car. I cannot say enough good about them and would give them more than 5 stars if I could.

I had visited blackstone auto service on Jan 2, 2014 to do PA state inspection and emission test for my honda civic car.The blackstone auto employee Mr.Dincer called me inside garage during inspection and shown me the rear sway bar links that were shaking. he asked me to change those two rear sway bar links and brake bulbs too.he told me that If I dont change them, then he will fail the inspection and I wont get the stickers. He quoted me $288 inclusing inspection & emission test fee of $45.58.He did not write any quote and just orally he told that it will take $288. Please note that I did not get any written quote from him and everything was communicated orally.Since I had to go office on that day, I told him that I will come back on saturday.When I inquired another auto care(Bensalem Auto care), I got bit less price for changing rear sway bar links and break bulbs. I spent $165 and changed everything whatever Mr.Dincer told me.When I brought the car back to blackstone auto on 01/18/2014 to get my stickers, Mr.Dincer immediately came back to me without looking the sway bar links that were changed.He told me that I was supposed to change front left and rear left sway bar links and he was showing some quote which he wrote on his file that was never given to me on Jan 2,2014.They did not give my stickers and asked me to change front left sway bar link. When I asked about this issue, he was not ready to listen my questions. He and his dad was so rude. Avoid this place.
