Terrible customer service! I stopped in to buy an airlift system, which are not cheap. The guy working the counter clearly didnt want to be bothered to do his job. I asked for his opinion on them. He shrugged. Then I asked what he sells them for. He snapped back, you wanna do this now? With that response, I left. Sorry to have bothered him with his empty, quiet store.
Went there to get a set of brand new wheels and tires mounted. When I picked them up there was a 4” deep scratch and about 9-10 chips on the barrel of one of the wheel and a couple of small scratch on 2 other wheels. I did get my money back for the cost of mounting wheels but now I have 2 wheels with scratches. I’ll never go back there and never recommend them.
This place looks like the typical business you would use to wash dirty money. The owners a really rude stand offish, thinks he doesn’t stink when he goes to the bathroom type - the type that acts like he’s got champagne money but really only enough for a 12 pack of bud lights, and that might even be stretching it. Don’t go there. Horrible customer service.
I Bought A Brand New 2020 Black F150, I Came In The Store A Few Weeks Before I Bought The Truck & Met The Owner Tom, He Was Great, He Showed Me Different Things I Can Do To The Truck To Customize It. I Bought The Truck A Few Weeks Later & Immediately Brought The Truck Over To His Shop & Began To Pick Out All The Components, He Ordered All The Parts & Said It Will Take A Week Or So To Get All The Parts. Went to this place and firstly, the guy at the cashier was not welcoming at all... I felt like he didnt want me there... His tone & speech was rude like, demeaning, ignorantly grandiose, the prices were great but unfortunately because I felt like it was a race thing I refused to support this kind of act and went elsewhere worthy.

This is the place to go for any work on aftermarket rims for anyone who lives in mid/east-north shore Nassau. I had Niche rims that required specialized mounting equipment and this was the closest place to me. Otherwise Id have to go to Valley Stream. Tom (the owner) did the job same day as promised. Recommend!
I had a front lift installed on my dodge ram 1500 and a brush guard a few years ago. Both were done correctly within a few hours. The brush guard was very nice and high quality. I give them a overall rating of AAA+++. The time I spent there was enjoyable and I plan on bringing my H3 Hummer to them soon. I will let you know how it turns out.

I had an air horn installed by Tom the owner in 2015. I needed an air hose replaced a few months ago. When I picked up my van later Tom told me it needed a relay installed also so he charged me $100 without telling me first. I didnt want to make an issue of it at the time so I paid and drove my van home. The next day it wouldnt start. I called Tom who told me that since I drove it home the day before that it couldnt be his fault. I had the van towed back to his shop after some words were exchanged and he called me later to pick it up telling me that the wire from the alternator to the coil was bad, but that it had nothing to do with what his guys had done to it the day before. Essentially he had just done the work out of the goodness of his heart. Yeah right! After I drove the vehicle home it would drain the battery dead every day unless I ran it every day. Tom said he wanted to refund my $100 just so he could be done with this already. I didnt take the refund. I replaced the battery last week hoping that would solve the problem, but I went outside at about midnight for a totally different reason and noticed that the brand new battery is dead. So it wasnt the battery! It is something Tom from Rayco 4 in Levittown caused, and refuses to take responsibility for. He just wants me to let him refund my money so that he is not responsible to correct the problem. I wouldnt do business with this place again. They cause problems they dont know how to fix or take responsibility for. I will probably have to end up in court to get the problem taken care of and to get Tom to take responsibility for causing the problem. You would have to be pretty stupid to do business with this place after reading this review. I would rather go to vocational school to learn how to do custom installation myself before dealing with this criminal again!
The owner Tom is a pleasure to deal with great prices and they do Great Work if You Do any modifications or just daily servicing of your vehicle this Is the place to go

Great tire job, Tom is the best, he will take good care of you, fixed the rim which saved me hundreds from not having to buy a new one and placed four new tires which are amazing!!! Hours were great too, open late.
I called ahead to check a few things, they answered all of my questions over the phone. I dropped my car off to have tints put on and a couple hours later they were finished. I could not make it back before they closed, they went out of their way to make sure I was able to get my keys that night. Overall the tint job came out very nice and neat. The owner/staff was very professional. I would definitely recommend rayco iv.
Went there last week to get hids and leds owner gave a good price on parts and install. Work was done fast and great quality. I definitely recommend them not just for light but for sound systems rims tires and any type of led lighting for your vehicle.

Owner is demeaning and a pure liar. Took out my original audio and incorrectly disabled dvd system to replace with new Bluetooth audio set. When Bluetooth wouldn’t connect they blamed my auto start and asked for even more money. Owner Tom pretended he was doing me a favor. Then finally one of his employee who is nicer than the loser owner updated the software and it worked. My DVD player still doesn’t work but I will go somewhere else to fix. Stay away

Went there a long time ago and had a horrible tint job done... years later they relocated and most of the previous employees left so I hoped things changed, so I returned.I purchased hub rings for my new rims and was told over the phone if I bring the car and a rim in they would measure and sell me the right size. After purchasing the part I returned home to fit my new rims just to find out that the rings were the wrong size for the car.I attempted to return the rings but was told that despite the fact that an employee measured and sold me the rings that do not fit my car, they are non refundable. So I asked for an exchange for the correct size, but was informed that they do not make them or do not have them.Now I could either take store credit for a store I do not wish to shop in, due to an error of the employee, or chalk this up to a loss and move on. I decided to throw out the rings and never return.Do not waste your time at this store.
2 weeks ago i walked in...I was interested in some coilovers. Tom the owner of this establishment was very helpful and knowledgeable. He made sure everthing was done right the first time. If your looking for some aftermarket work or a simple oil change Tom and his staff at Rayco 4 did there jobs. Kind, friendly and helpful what more can you ask for. Lots of shity reviews hear i see. Especially with me being a hands on guy myself i was very hesitant to check em out. But word of advice to the wise always go to the establishment and visit to make your own determination.Whats was done-coilovers D2s extreme and full chamber kit all aroundPrice- fair (do your own homework ppl you will realize yourself what is fair)

So today, I go to rayco to purchase some HID, not my first time purchasing HID, but anyway, when they told me the price, I laugh right at the guy, He told me 200 dollars with installation. I can get HID online or anywhere else for 80- 100 dollars. And do it my self.TO EXPENSIVE. I also asked about other things I needed like a Lip and it was way too expensive. They need to come down in price. Save your time and money dont go there
Ask for Tom. He is the best.
