Waived by motorist that my break light was out. I walk into store and was given great service. I ask if somebody could help me. The employee tried to help but was not able to rotate housing of bulb. I give the store 3 stars because he gave me the felling I was a pain in the a_s. But to the point it was a good experience. I will chalk it as just busy and short staff.

The worst customer service. I do not recommend this Autozone unless you really need a part badly. Waited on line for over 20 minutes to be told I was not on the right line to pay for a Silverstar lightbulb I was buying for my SUV. I ended up walking out and going to a different Autozone to purchase the lightbulb.

I went to the Levittown store last week and found it to be the BEST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!! I had been ro the Eaat Meadow store, but they were out of stock.. And directed me to LEVITTOWN who bad the light bulb I needed..Not only did NATY WENT AND GOT THE BULB BUT WHEN I ASKED HER TO HELP ME INSTALL IT... SHE SHOWED ME HOW TO DO IT..NIT AHE DID THE WORK!! Excellent service. I had an issue with the windshield wipers of my vehicle and was ready to do a DIY type of fix but was unsure of the parts I needed. The gentleman took the time to step outside in the cold to look for himself under the hood of my car. He explained what needed to be done and if it wasnt such a complicated job would have been more than willing to do a quick fix. Very convenient that this location also happens to be opened late on a Sunday. Service was exceptional. Thank you

Went to Levittown AutoZone, very nice place, clean facility. It was a very nice experience to buy battery for my car. Met Theo who not only got the right battery for me but replaced the battery for me. Besides of being a very cold afternoon Theo was very swift in replacing the hard to get battery 🔋 in my Suburban. I am very thankful for Mr. THEO (Highly recommended person).

At any Autozone Ive been to the customer service has always been top notch. Today on a cold and windy Sunday, my boyfriend and I came in to get a new battery for his car. We called ahead and spoke to Theo on the phone who told us what batteries would meet our needs and let us know that he could replace it for us. When we came in he helped us right away and immediately stepped outside to replace our car battery.He let us wait inside while he completed the replacement and was both professional and courteous.

Went in on Saturday, 11/28/2020 to get some parts for my wifes car. I was helped by Angie and she was incredibly helpful. Really knew her stuff and made sure I got what I needed. Great experience.

Edit 9/30/2021: Im changing my review to five stars because when I needed a group 35 AGM for my 2003 Honda Accord LX, they had an odyssey performance group 35 AGM that dropped directly in. They provided the necessary hand tools in order to complete the job successfully. And the service from management as well as staff was phenomenal. So while it was two stars before, Im happy to report that this facility has upped its game.Original review:Two stars because this place is enormous and has a vast amount of items. My main problem was a lack of knowledge in items and differences between group 24 and group 24f battery. Also, very difficult to ascertain the maker of AutoZone batteries (ie: Johnson Controls, Exide, etc.,) to make sure the quality is up to snuff. (And this includes the AGM-based platinums).

As l posted already they are very willing to help . Their return policy was good and they really tried to help solve the problem.

If you want your car fixed up right, see Theo and Dennis. These guys really will take it to the next level to make sure your car works and is safe to drive, they go above and beyond! Customer service was phenomenal from both men and they also used social distancing at the same time which is nice for covid. They knew everything about my car and the problems it had and how to fix it right off the bat, easy 1-2-3! It’s also really awesome that they are open 24/7, really convenient! Theo and Dennis helped me so much with my transmission! They walked me through everything and even dumbed everything down in such a simple way it’s easy to learn from them and such. When I go back there for more car help, since my car is an 03 with over 130k miles, those 2 are the first ones I’m running to! The best part about all the help I got from these 2– they were able to physically help me under the hood especially with my speed input AND output sensors! Everything was quick and easy and Theo was even able to change the sensors and put everything back together in two hours MAX! He finished it all before nightfall! These guys are magical— I wouldn’t trust anyone else but them! Do yourself a favor and go see them for any and all. Thanks guys if you end up reading this! My car is riding smoothly once again, and a lot less jolting than before the sensor change! Couldn’t have done it without you guys! Keep up the good work!!!!

Very friendly and helpful support team at night time . Yes!! This particular AutoZone is open 24 hours once again. Dont wait for the job to get it done in the morning rush hour lol. I work evening and leave hospital at 2 am so works perfect for me.

I went in to grab a few bulbs and there was a large line of 6-7 people not counting myself and only one person attending the register area with multiple workers on hand.

Need more cashiers and people who know cars, but this is at all stores not just here

Older employees are legit. Some of the younger chaps are cool too. Love watching the spoiled little Long Island brats walk in their like they have the most sophisticated rice burner on the road. Burning their daddy and mommys money like its going out of style.

Service was better than the first time l went to this store. I was able to get a can of touch up paint and two quarts of transmission fluid. Short period of time.

Great place to get any last minute or emergency parts for your automobile since it is open later than any other place around. Employees are very helpful.

They are so knowledge full about autoparts and if you are doing yourself they guide you on full procedure or as far as they can, I have very good experience with customers service and this gentlemens Phill and David help me a lot more than I was expecting. Thank you so much they deserve more than 5 stars I meant it.

When in to see if my battery needed to be replaced walked into the employee complaining nonstop about how the manager has just left and two employees have just got fired and how understaffed they were… Giving attitude to every customer in the store… Finally checked my battery after 15 to 20 minutes just to tell me it needed to be charged that yes they charge batteries on site but they could not help me take it out of the car… Yet if I bought a new battery they would help me put it in....Wake up the next morning my car does not start as expected now I have to go through the same hassle again today just gonna go to a different Auto Zone where they treat customers better

Had every car part I needed on my list

Get in the zone. AUTOZONE!!! Finding a 24-hour auto place is like finding a needle in a haystack. My mom and I were shopping at the Kohls in the plaza when I noticed a sign that said they were open 24 hours. I thought to myself, Huh, thats good to know. If I was superstitious, ooh, because later that night, the Check Engine light on my moms car went on. We went back after doing some errands(it was nice not having to rush to get there) and we were told what the problem was. This was at no cost and was extremely helpful. The store was clean and the bathroom was nice as well.

This place has it all! And if you cant find it, they will get it; ASAP! From Motors to Hub caps, they cover it from bumper to bumper. Helpful staff and value pricing. Best thing is the hidden surprise new items that are current and neat features. Give it a go at the Zone.

Went for a new battery. They charge an extra 5$ to dispose of your old battery. Even if you make it clear you will not be giving them your old battery they charge you to dispose of it.

I just went here tonight with my sister and had amazing customer service. Our cashier had (whose name began with a T) was super helpful changing the car beeper battery and didnt make us feel stupid.

They need to address their computer system,every time you go their it takes forever to get out because of the computer system failing or is too slow,they also need more staffing,had to wait a half hour to return a core

I went there to pick up a part that online was in store was not a counter person looked was not there. He called Brooklyn location they had hands on it. Supposedly they where to transfer it to there location nobody wants to do there job. I called them to verify nothing happened, this is the most incompetence I have ever experienced dealing with autozone ever ! I am so angry with them they promised me they will have now nobody dont know anything. Do yourself a favor avoid this incompetent location !

Lacreacia (think that was her name)(staff) was no help, she was talking on the earpiece phone the entire time that I was in the store and while trying to be helped by her.She repeatedly gave me the wrong parts . Because she could not comprehend what I was saying while she was jabbering on her phone call. I mean your at work, can you leave your personal phone calls for break time. What a nightmare. Had to get someone else that worked there, who cared to listen . And made it out of there with my parts. Never going back again. Just think someone of authority should know about how some of there staff are acting while on the clock.
