I’ve never had an issue with OMB. They’re quite possibly the best source for mini bike parts in the northeast. I was able to build and swap the horrible 196cc out of my Coleman ct200EX. Installed a predator 420cc, sourcing the parts from OMB. Customer service actually exists and personally never had a problem anyway.

Representing are main parts supplier even while on vacation. Was asked multiple times about our shirts. And was more then happy to tell them. Couple people looked up site on the spot. They wont be disappointed at all.

OMB rocks. Especially Eric. He let me know exactly what I needed for my coleman ct200u-ex. Installation was easy thanks to Erics Gray Goat Garage videos on YouTube. I ordered it on a Saturday & it arrived by Tuesday. Will always & only get my mini bike parts from OMB. Braaappp!!

Dont trust them..... ordered an engine for my kids go cart. We needed it for his next race. Called OMB and they said yes it was in stock. 5 days later, I get an email that they cancelled my order. OOPS it really wasnt in stock. I specifically called them when I ordered to make sure. They just lie to try and get your business. Well they have definitely lost mine.

Terrible customer service. No refunding from their end unless I pay for shipping and handling on a product they messed up. I purchased a bearing that had the description I needed. When I received it, it didnt fit and was completely wrong! Now, they wont reimburse me or send a shipping label. Shipping it back costs $9. My purchase, $12.75. Youd think a business in times of need of customers, theyd want to help with customer satisfaction. SAVE THE TIME AND MONEY, KEEP SCROLLING AND FIND A DIFFERENT VENDOR. F* this place.

I have used OMB Stage 1 kits on four different Colemans. My Grandsons and I have had a lot of fun. OMB is priced right and delivers fast.

I cannot be more pleased with the service and product I received from OMB Warehouse. I first ordered a stage 1 kit for a Coleman BT200X thinking I was going to purchase that bike. I was sold at the dealership to upgrade to a RB200 and I tried to use the BT200X kit anyway. It did not fit, so I reached out to OMB Warehouse and Eric helped me solve the issue. They were in the process of designing a stage 1 kit for the RB200 and Eric put me on the email list to receive a notification when it was in stock. I also got a great recommendation for an upgraded carburetor and rejetting it because I live at 6500 feet elevation and usually operate my mini bike at much higher elevations while camping. I received the package in a matter of a few days and installed the kit today. The bike runs great! It is much snappier, higher top speed, and just feels a lot more responsive.Thank you OMB! I will definitely be suggesting your company for any of my friends who are looking to upgrade their toys, as well as going to them for future upgrades for mine. Fantastic service and a great product!

I purchased minibike upgrade parts for what I thought was for my model mb200. They were not. I promptly returned the parts in the original box with everything approx. 2-3 weeks ago. I still have not received a refund and they will not return my calls or emails. I just want my refund please!

We brought our tractor here to get fixed and they gave it back to us even more broken then it was when we brought it in. They gave us a bag of washers and pins that came off of the tractor. They charged us $120 to basically take our tractor apart. Worst place to bring broken things.

I have only had great experiences with OMB Warehouse. If I have a question about a product I can call or e-mail and I always get a prompt and thorough response. I also appreciate the budget shipping options they offer. The only issue that I have is the website could be a little better. It is sometimes kind of hard to find what you are looking for. I ordered their 6 steel wheel package for minibikes. The flanged hub that offsets the 60 tooth #35 sprocket is too short. The chain will rub against the tire. I contacted them about sending me the wrong offset hub and Eric Adams responds saying I would consider using a couple of heavy washers behind the sprocket and space that out a bit. Really??? How about sending me the correct offset hub instead.

I seriously debated on a Zero Turn mower but finally decided to get one and it was the Bobcat Predator 7000One of the best decisions I ever made It cut my mowing time from 7 hours down to less than 2 hours. OMB has the right parts to make your vintage mini bike work. Most of the stuff is hard to find anywhere else. Prices are okay and they are responsive to inquiries. They don’t always have everything I need but I always have to check because most of the time, they do!

Great place to get parts for my sons go kart and bandolero car; if you order enough to get free shipping, they are usually the the cheapest around. Had one order that had a problem, and they were fast to make it right without any hassle. Im guessing they lost money on that order, but they made my satisfaction a priority. I received my parts for my predator engine but no gaskets came with the parts as they were supposed to. I can’t use the parts without gaskets. OMB was quick to respond with a promise of delivery.
