Robert went above and beyond the Call of duty. I went over to ask questions because my brake lights were out, he came out saw what was wrong and replaced them right there on the spot without question. Knowing it was dangerous he didnt want me to drive home like that great service, totally unexpected, very much appreciated.

I wouldnt spend a dime at this store. They know nothing about customer service. The store manager is managed by the female clerks. They are not even good at a parts jockey. They cant even pay attention to the customer they are waiting on. I go to a different store with knowledgeable professional employees who actually care about the customers. It all comes from the same warehouse so they can close the tullytown store.

Steer clear of this particular Advance auto and go to another one, they do not honor the Clearance priced items that they have listed and in stock. Had ordered 2 clearance priced items for pickup and phoned ahead for pickup, I noticed the kid behind the counter was looking at the rang up clearance price for a few minutes and told me a price that wasnt what it was listed for on their online site, I told him the online clearance price and to look up the part # on his own site, he said that online prices and store prices are different sometimes??????? really. Then how come I bought this same clearance price at another Advance store and was sold as the online clearance price?? Let me guess the dude behind the counter seen the clearance price and decided to keep the items for himself, thanks for totally wasting my time.

Most of the employees there are very helpful at all times, does not matter if it is by phone or in person. They are always willing to go the extra mile to assist you, no matter what their position is from manager all the way down to the newest person. I tell everyone to got to either this store or Penndel for whatever they might need. Only the OEM warehouse has more parts on hand, but not as good of a tool selection. Prices for certain things could be a bit better since the internet tends to sell the higher end items such as flywheels, clutch kits and etc at cheaper prices.

The website sold me the wrong product, but guaranteed the fit! I went to exchange it for the right product, but they said it was my fault that I bought the wrong product. They told me it is not their website and they dont have to honor anything the website says. That its my fault that I got the wrong product and they wont doing anything more than return my product! Customer service is a nightmare! They refuse to help and staff recommends you to buy stuff online so they dont have to deal with their customers! Would highly not recommend unless you want to be treated like trash.

They are very rude and they are charging more than other automotive parts companies for the same exact part. Also talked with corporate they didnt seem to care I have been a customer for a very long time but realized I have been overcharged way too many times. We are a corporate company have many many vehicles and have never received my proper discount after signing up 3 different times and never received any discounts for years Im done with this place!!!!!

I went online to purchase a car cover for my Ford Fusion a day before we were supposed to get hit by a big rain storm. I purchased the product and had to go to the store in Morrisville to pick it up. The woman I spoke to on the phone was very considerate and very polite. Minutes later, when I arrived, the same woman on the phone had the car cover all ready for me. Sadly, I forget her name but she should receive “Employee of the Month” if they have that??

Iam in the store at 1020am on sunday and i needed my battery tested. The clerk said oh you have to come back at 11am and we can do it then so i sit around because i have a messed up battery. I come back in at 1105 am and the diffrent clerk says oh i sent a person on break and you can come back in another half hour. I was like i was told to come back around 11 and you expect a customer to wait again. She tells me to go to pendel or morrisville to test it! Um if i have a messed up battery why would i risk going far away to do so. This is total rediculous!

Most of the time, the parts are exactly what I need. Occasionally, Ill get the wrong part and they always take it back and work to get the right one.For those folks complaining that Jessie (the first complaint I noticed was about her specifically): Shes not a mechanic, nor should she be. Give her the wrong information and youll get the wrong part. If you take a few seconds to explain what the part you need is and what its function is, shell 100% get you the right part. She knows the system, knows what types of parts belong to each category, and knows how to ask for help.I worked a parts counter. I know how confusing it can be. Every time Ive needed her to find a part, shes found the right one because she knows what questions to ask- you need to know the answers.

Called in for a fan belt and was told the part would be in the next morning and that they would call me. Never received a phone call, so I went in person. The part that was handed to me was not even close to what I ordered. When I handed the part back and explained that the wrong part was ordered the coutner person responded with Oh. Offered no apology or course of action.

I have gone to this location the past two times I have needed a part. The first time I went in, I was told that they didnt have the wire connectors I needed and I should look at Walmart. Really??? I need to go get automotive wire connectors at Walmart? I went in today looking for a battery ground bolt. I found the correct size in a 4 pack, but one was missing. It was the last package on the hook, so I asked for them to adjust the price for the missing bolt and was told they couldnt. If I wanted the 3 bolts, I needed to pay for four. Needless to say, I walked out. I will not step foot back in this location or any Advanced location in the future. I see trying to make me pay for more than I am getting is extremely dishonest.

My second home nice people very helpful. This is for the company. I bought wiper blades and there was a rebate for $10. I went thru the process on line. It took 2 months before I recd the card in the mail. It seemed like for what they had to go thru to send out the card wasnt even worth it for them if it takes 2 months. 2 months like it was 100 bucks. Ridiculous.

I was in the store on Thursday and there was a gentleman by the name of Kevin who is a commercial parts sales person. He was raciest and rude. Upon me entering I was waiting in line clearly behind a Mexican gentleman cashing out and Kevin yells from behind the counter. Do you speak English. I said excuse me? He asked again do you speak English. I said what kind of question is that. Now I am half Puerto Rican but that gave Kevin no right to racially discriminate against me and ask if I speak English without even saying hello to identify if I spoke english or not. It was clearly racially motivated. This is where is gets worse I had the store manager reach out and give some pathetic atempt of an appology and asked at the end if everything was ok. I told him no it’s not ok and I need his boss to call me. Then the Chris the regional director reached out and again gave some unsympathetic apology and then asked are we good? I again said no we are not good. What kind of response is that are we good? So then another person reached out and offered me a gift card. I can’t believe that they think handling this situation is giving me a gift card. All I wanted was a sympethetic I’m sorry and 3 days later I still haven’t been offered that. I will no longer buy anything for advanced auto parts and will make sure no one else does either. This is just a really horrible thing and has caused me so much mental stress.

Advance auto parts in Levittown.I went there because I needed a v belt 57.5 inches long. I even had a manufacturers part number, a girl named Jessie help me. When I told her what I needed she looked confused do I have her the manufacturers part number so she could cross reference. She put it in the computer, I could see all kind of results showing on the screen, and she told me. A dont have anything like that. Then I went to Auto zone in Morrisville and in no time I had my belt. If I ever come back its going to be my last option.

Horrible and rude workers, I got a call that my item was ready for pick up. When I arrived, A very RUDE lady with black hair mid 40s about 52 was being RUDE right of the back. I told her that I was here to pick up my part and told her my name, and she asked an older lady and they seemed very unprofessional and lost in their job. They both had A VERY BAD ATTITUDE ! They were lost. I told her that Im picking up an order I placed yesterday. Then she got smart with me and said why didnt you say so when clearly I told her as soon as I walked in. BECAUSE OF THOSE 2 SO CALLED LADIES I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THIS LOCATING THE!THEY SHOULD FIND A NEW JOB IF THEY DONT LIKE THEIR JOBS. VERY DISRESPECTFUL! THEY SHOULD BE FIRED FOR UNPROFESSIONAL ACTS.

Ive been here a number of times and Allways got great service..this last time I pulled in at 7 pm..I needed a new battery installed.i was told they dont offer that service after 6 as there is only 2 employees in the evening and they were super busy.mark told me to hold on and he will meet me outside to do the install anyways.as busy as they were he came outside and changed the battery..not just a quick job,he cleaned the terminals also.he never made me feel like a nuisance and was very professional..his guy in the store also helped by handling the counter by himself even though is really was busy..thanks guys!customer service is not dead after all!
