Mike, who is a manager at this store, was so patient and helpful to me with many questions about my new phone. He also explained the difference between going to a corporate Verizon store vs an authorized dealer store that sells Verizon products. I will always go to a corporate store from now on. Did their best with dumb phones they are forced to sell. Had a giant issue with Accessibility I am forced to have on my phone. I finally figured out how to disable it myself while waiting for a grateful service rep.
The worst.The on button spontaneously fell off my pixel phone (4 months old). I was told by corporate verizon to drive 15 miles to their corporate store (this one) as they had technicians can make repairs. When I got there, the clerk (he was no technician - he thought my pixel was an Apple) very rudely told me that they didnt do that. No apology. He just chuckled and said they hadnt done that in some time.I asked him my options and he said I could drive to Hudson (another 20 miles from my home) and they could help. I asked if he could call first, because I had already been sent on a wild goose chase and he said I dont call for anyone.His name tag said he was a veteran. Im glad they hire veterans at verizon, but they shouldnt hire ones who are so rude and useless.Verizon is awful to its cutomers to the point of insult. This store and clerk literally epitomizes it. I have Verizon internet phone ... voice over internet for my business. My phones were just down for an hour ... waited on hold for 40 mins... couldnt get in contact with anyone because it was too busy. First of all, the quality of the product is junk... the support is junk... I recommend do not, I repeat, do not sign up for voice over internet. I figured they just cost me about $1000 in business and this isnt the first time. As soon as my contract is up I will be switching providers. Shame on Verizon for promoting such a use less product.

I got a new phone and its great. The man waiting on me was great very informative very helpful very thorough the whole process took 2 hours. I left there very confident and I love my phone and thank you oh its very very clean covid safe. I would recommend this Branch to anyone. The screens for covid there was lots of disinfectant.

We recently upgraded our phones with the help of an online agent. Unfortunately the transaction got screwed up and we got a bill for almost $1000. After spending over 3 hours on the phone and on chat with Verizon reps, I was told they couldnt help me and to go to my local Verizon store for more assistance. We ended up meeting Joe and Mike who listened to everything that happened and worked with us to get everything resolved. They were extremely friendly and understanding. We plan on coming back here for our next upgrade or if we have anymore issues.

I donβt have any issues with Verizon .overall Verizon Is pretty good . But there is a lack of commutation between corporate and there employees, specially when it comes to third party delivery services. So I work for a delivery service called ROADIE it works pretty much like door dash the difference is we delivery all sorts of packages. In 2 different occasions I have gotten a order to pick up at Verizon specifically at this location. (Roadie costumers are paying me Jose to pick up there order) So I go in and i identify myself as a roadie worker blah blah blah and they tell me that if my name is not on the order I canβt pick it up for them . So I Tried to explain to the front door female employee what the situation was and she still was the rudest person and then I told her can I speak with a manager and she told me he was busy in the back and would be able to help me cause my name was not on the order. I understand there policy and I agree with it but she could of at least called the owner of the package to verify if they had sent some one else to pick up there order . I felt like I was bothering them ... :(

This store is staffed with the best customer service representatives! I went to this location after having problems with a location closer to me. Since then, I always return and have never been let down! Today, Eric retrieved my photos that I thought were permanently lost. I had no luck getting them back with a Verizon Tech on the phone. But Eric found them under another βcloudβ and made my day! I thought the birth of my granddaughter was left to only my memory. Thank you to all of the staff here! You guys all do a fabulous job and never disappoint a customer!
Worse experience ever! Customer service rep (Joe) is extremely rude and condescending. When we finally got to speak to a βmanagerβ Jacob did not want to hear what happened he stated βI was not out here to see what happened Iβm just trying to get this done for you and get you outβ I would think a manager would want to hear from the customer what happened but Jacob could have cared less. Also before my phone was even activated Jacob was telling us we could leave and that the phone would finish setting up as we left. Both of them need customer service training and as a manager Jacob should be able to deal with conflict and be willing to listen to the customer side of things not just take the side of his employees.

This is one of the most consistent and truly exceptional customer service Verizon stores Ive been to. A number of times, they have solved my issues quickly, efficiently, and knowledgeably. Im always in and out quickly - if they are within driving distance, it is worth heading to this location!
While theres no denying the sincerity or friendliness of the people in this Verizon store, they allowed an 85 year old customer to purchase an expensive phone and leave without it being operational. The employee said βwhen you get home and open the box, youll be good to go.β, but he never accessed the account to say the new phone would be going active. Very disappointed, and will not be returning here.

My daughter and I went to the Verizon Store at Orchard Hill Plaza today, my daughter needed a new phone charger and I had a question about my phone charger. Mike waited on us and he was very kind and very professional! Such Great Customer Service!
Im never one to complain about service, but this place was pretty aweful. First, i went in for a quick question about my phone not working, immediately the manager told me i needed a new phone instead of giving an option to fix the phone.We ended up buying a new phone in the end that ended up being scratched out of the box. Because i didnt return the phone within the hour from when i left, before they closed, it was my fault the phone was scratched. When i attempted to return the phone, we were immediately blamed for the scratches. The store then told us theyre non corporate, which they are corporate, and they couldnt do anything. A quick call to the Shrewsbury store, and we had a new phone in a matter of minutes. My suggestion, dont bother going here unless its a last choice option.

Upgraded to a new phone last Saturday. Started off at Bestby but they were too busy so we crossed the street to an actual Verizon store; that was far from busy. Sales person directed us to the windows phones......not what I asked for. I wanted an Android phone. Same system as my tablet. Pretty much had a idea when I walked in the store what I wanted. I literally had to tell her that I was really interested in the Android phones.....so Im going to go look. Make a long story short, I got a Droid Razor M. Pretty much what I wanted. Used it Sat an Sun.......drain the battery. Then after charging, it wasLike the phone was dead. Called Verizon and was helped by a great guy......Id like to say Andy? Im so bad with names. Took some time......bit my phone is up and running.

Romeo helped my mum and I out of a bad deal with a franchised Verizon and we did our upgrades here. He was knowledgable, funny, and made the transition very easy. We asked a million questions and he didnt seem to mind at all like some other employees might. If you go here I recommend asking for him.
They were very helpful, took.in to.consideration our budget, helped us pick.out a phone that fit in to our budget, he wax so helpful we actually walked with the phone we wanted for my wife, but also a phone for my step son! And a lower monthly Bill! This is why Ive stayed with Verizon over 8 years.

Service was fairly fast but one of thier employees talks to you like you were born yesterday, has no social skills does not provide a good customer experience. I would never recommend anyone going into this store if he is still employed there. I have gone in more than once to try to give it a second chance and felt just as insulted and frustrated. I walked in the store at 7:50 PM to see 4 store associates doing nothing, and 1 associate with a customer. The one already serving a customer stopped what he was doing with his current customer and asked Can I ask what youre here for? (talking over his current customer) When I told him I wanted to upgrade my phone he stated (in a disgruntled tone) We might be able to help you with that, BUT we do close in 2 minutes. No smile, no courtesy. So I told him I would just go to Best Buy... To which he smiled and happily replied, OK! BYE!
Helping your parents buy a new phone has to be one of the most stressful things any son or daughter can go through, but Wow. This was the first Verizon store Iβve encountered in 12 years of being a Verizon customer that Iβve consistently had a positive experience with. I came in to help both of my parents buy new phones and each time the people who assisted us (Eric was the last persons name) actually listened to our needs and were extremely polite and professional even when I was visibily losing patience with my dads confusion about the technology. There was zero pressure to commit to anything and they truly had our best interest in mind. I honestly couldnβt believe how kind, helpful, and professional everyone who works there was. For those of you who have been burned by awful experiences at Verizon stores in the area, I urge you to try this location. Thank you everyone who assisted us. A+
Smartphone salesman Andy took care of us right away, explained pros and cons of monthly phone payments vs 2-yr contract, and communicated well with my 19-yr old son. He was spot on with knowledge, very fast, and meticulously careful in setting up our account.
Guys there just want to make it sale... went there to activate an iPhone to my son phone was unlocked but they told me it wouldnβt work that carrier at&t was no letting iPhone 7plus go to different carrier... I believe them and bought a new one from them just to find out they made up the whole thing to make the sale.... shame on you
Storage data on my trusty LG phone filled 8GB after the Newest Android update and rendered my phone useless. Technician at this store one morning last week said I had plenty of storage and sent me home to log onto home WIFI. Of course it didnt work, so back I went to complain. Purchased a Pixel from a senior salesclerk, who patiently transferred my info, taught me the basics and worked out a new payment plan. Took my whole day! Dont both trying to call this store, they dont answer.
Had my screen protector replaced and it came off after only 24 hours. Went back to the store to only be told that I had to submit a claim with Zagg. Why should I have to pay another $10 to get a replacement??? After arguing with the manager, she agreed to replace it, but only after I started to get loud in front of other customers. Its a shame that it has to even get to that point to get something done! She even acknowledged that there was a known problem with the protector that I had purchased for $50!! Buyers beware!!!
Wasnt sure about disabling an app that phone security system was saying wasnt safe. Verizon tech took 1 minute to fix for me. I was very happy with service.

Honest but I had a problem with a kids watch I purchased and they said if my daughter didnt want it that Id basically be better off keeping it since they would not allow me to return it without a fee the cost of the watch. So Im upset. And they ahve AWFUL packages. It should all be unlimited data and thats that. All this changing back and forth is so stupid I want to save more too. So Id like to pay my phone off and take off to a cheaper place. So I just may.

My wife went in looking to add extra data which normally cost $5, they refused to just add data and told her that she would have to pay the entire monthly fee twice. So they basically took advantage of her lack of knowledge on the subject and refused to do their job. I hope they are not representative of Verizon as a whole because I will be switching carriers. I also love that the only positive reviews here are anonymous.

Their team members are rude. They have knowledge about the phones, but not about plans or accounts. As a corporate store you would think it would be better run. We have been there several times to upgrade our phones and fix our family plan. The manager was suppose to look at our paper work and call us. Which she never did. Then when we went to the store and she had another team member deal with us. As it turns out this was because she did not do her job and look at the paper work and process it. Unbelievable how incompetent this place is.

I am very disappointed with the store and the head of management in the store. The store started to charge me for an installment plan that I have never had. They were charging me for the past 10 months, and I cannot get a resolution with the excuse that they cannot go back to old bills to figure out the issue. I have provided the old invoices and they still come out with excuses why they cannot credit it me the money. I wish the regional manager take the opportunity to review the store performance because we are not happy with the service.

Store employees were rude and not at all helpful when I attempted to activate my device after they replaced my faulty SIM card. The salesman refused to answer any of my questions or further assist me in any way, telling me to call Verizons 1-800 number instead. Completely useless. There are plenty of other locations, this one I will not be visiting again.

This is one of the WORST Verizon stores around. I would not recommend going here. It is less than a 10 minute drive from my house, yet I still opt out and drive the 30 minutes to go to the other store. I went in after looking online I found the phone I wanted. I went in for the upgrade which Im eligible for, immediately the sales man walks straight for the iPhones even though I had already told him the phone I wanted. After an ten minute talk about why I dont want the iPhone, he finally said ok. lets do some math. I was confused as I was just there to purchase a phone. After all was said an done, the price of the upgrade was almost $70 more than what I was told online. When I asked the sales associate about why its so much different another sales associate butted in and stated very sternly We dont price match so I told them thats fine. Have my phone ready tomorrow or Im switching to Sprint. NEVER go to this location. Its also like a revolving door with employees, you will almost never see the same people working. There is only ONE person there worth your time and he WILL take care of you. His name is Will, he is a very good person, but if he is not there. Then they will try to scam every last dollar from you. Hell I wanted a phone and the associate brings out a box full of accessories. I told him I dont need to see them Im all set, but of course he had to explain each thing asking me if I wanted to buy it today. They are very pushy at this location, and apparently very jumpy because once I started to get a little angry in the store, they had 3 bigger guys come from out of the back room all standing behind me. Like they were trying to intimidate me or something.

Got my phone,upgraded in december and told the sales guy i wanted my tablet taken off the plan. It was paid for and i,never used it so i wanted to save the 10$ a month. Tried to sell,me a new one and i declined. Said he would take it off. After 45 minutes of trying to put my screen protector on i asked again to make sure it would be taken off, he said yes. Come january i get build for it again. Please dont visit this location
