Kayln is a LIFESAVER!! This rockstar handled throngs and I am not exaggerating of people on a Saturday morning.. multitasking at its finest and all while smiling and reassuring guests that she will be with them as soon as possible! She was patient with people who couldn’t work their new phones and took the time to help me set up my new phone ensuring I had all I needed to be on my way! She handled this all with grace and presence of mind to those waiting and those whom she was waiting on! She filled in for sick coworker and apologized to us waiting outside the store that she wasn’t open on time… you don’t see that very often… Someone helping a fellow coworker but still trying to apologize even though she was the one doing the help and we wouldn’t have been able to get our tasks done if she did not step up to the plate. Whoever her bosses are should be extremely proud of her conduct and the way she handled the store all on her own. Kayln… you are amazing! I typically dont care for going to the cell store because I always seem to get screwed over somehow but thanks to Kalyn the manager here and Abigail for the work they did recently to resolve my issue! These girls deserve proper appreciation for making sure I left the store with my problem resolved to the best of their abilities, they did more for me than the so called customer loyalty department, Ive been with At&t for over 15 years and they never change but thankfully some of their employees still know how to treat customers.
Fast efficient experience and the worker here kyle got me out in less than hour with a new phone case, airpods and a case worth the visit for the upgrade

Had a very bad experience with a sales associate on Sunday around 4:30 who told me that I did something to my 6 month virtually new phone. He put my Samsung Galaxy SMA51 on a charger and told me I needed a new battery and I would have to contact Samsung. He didnt offer any further help. When I got home I further charged my phone and went online to troubleshoot the problem and fixed it myself. I was very surprised because of the help I have received in the past from Abigail was so professional and helpful.

Highly recommend the guys and gals at this store. My parents wanted to upgrade their old flip phones to newer smart phones and the associates were really patient with their concerns. They didnt try and sell them uneccessary powerful phones or accessories. They got them on a plan that was great for their needs without me having to step in. I also have bought several phones from them over the years and they have never steered me wrong. I recommend this place if youre an older person looking into a smart phones and are really not sure about it.

Excellent experience here! They were kind and patient with my elderly parent as we upgraded a phone. On second visit they were kind enough to trouble shoot an echo issue which was being caused by slightly off sized case (who knew ?) and have her emended discount on a new case which fixed the problem! Thank you! Highly recommend this store if your in the area. Wish I could remember the gentleman’s name who assisted us - he was very patient and took extra time to explain things in an easy to understand way.
I was extremely pleased with my purchasing experience at the whitney fields store. Both the manager and the other associate were friendly, helpful, patient with my questions and fun to be with during the entire process.
The store team members are always very helpful - whether it is selling you a phone, accessory or just answering a question about a new phone or accessory youve purchased and cant quite figure you.

Anjelo assisted my husband and I switching his phone from Verizon to AT&T onto my plan and getting us both new fancy iPhones with a special buy 1 get 1 free option. There was a lot to do and no question Anjelo couldn’t answer! He was so helpful. Overall a very positive experience!
A few weeks ago I came into your store because I was sick of having Verizon and their billing Concepts and everything else thats wrong with them. I was nicely sold your product including the Dish TV & 2 phone lines. I explained to the nice salesman that I had to go over the deal with my better half. but that id be back in a couple weeks to seal the deal. Today is March 22nd I returned to purchase the package that was sold to me by your wonderful salesman I believe he was African-American just in case there was any confusion hes a great salesman came back to seal the deal. When I arrived the salesman was busy but acknowledged that he saw me and said thanks for coming back. He was with another customer so I knew that I would have to wait.. as I waited a young woman approached and asked if she could help me or if I had any questions. Explain that Im browsing at the moment and Ill be happy to speak with the salesman when hes done with that customer. As I waited I played with some of the new phones that you had on display for some reason this upset the young lady and she became very rude she asked me to leave the store and it which time I did on my way out of the store she kindly said drink another one.. Which bothered me a tad because I am a recovering alcoholic. I did not get loud, or say anything rude... I just said looks like you just lost a sale for your coworker.. I been left the store as I was walking through the mall I thought to myself that I would write a letter of complaint. Thinking this I thought that I may need the store number. I turned around and walked back to the store and peacefully requested the store #. She stated that she did not have to provide that to me and if I did not leave immediately she would call security. This woman is the extremely rude and probably lost you guys a couple thousand dollars worth of business. I also run a Blog that covers about 2,800 people and I will be sure to write this story or just copy and paste this story on to my blog so they know not to go for AT&T because they hire rude sales people besides the first guy.
