Was literally in there for a short period of time and carol working was very helpful and very kind !! we appreciated it so much. We had been to two other boost mobiles and they all said they couldn’t help me & carol helped me in under five minutes!! sweetest women around !!

If there was a zero out of 5 stars that is what I would rate this place. All of the workers are lazy, unmotivated, uneducated, disrespectful and rude. This is why I switched to metro. Would never recommended this place or horrible company to anyone.

I was having problems accessing my network. I could not make or receive phone calls or access the internet. I took the phone to this location and was helped by Carol. She was friendly and solved my problem in no time. I would use her as an example of what great customer service is. I would definitely recommend this store.
Today was my first time visiting this boost store, though my friends and family have consistently told me how great the staff was. I paid my phone bill and the woman helped me find a phone case. She was so polite and helpful. I recommend this store to everyone. Yes u can pay your phone bill pretty much anywhere BUT!!!! Good customer service is very hard to come by nowadays. Stop by boost mobile on central st. And they will take good care of all your needs.
Great customer service. The best Boost that I have ever experienced with great attention placed on the customers needs. Patient, kind, knowledgeable and pleasant. Every other Boost that I have ever been in is rude and definitely not customer friendly.

A few weeks ago, I went here to change my service plan. And boy was it a doozy, but the lady was splendid. If anyone has ever tried unlocking a iPhone, then you understand what a frustrating process it can become. She was patient, warm, and honest...she even became my cheerleader of sorts when I was about ready to give up on getting it unlocked from the service provider. So, yeah. I think she was awesome!
The service in Leominster is great I’ve become friends with the main person who works there she is great! U get everything u want with boast for a lower price. I’ve been with them for years and never had a problem and if I did I went in to the Leominster location and it was fixed right away
Lies and more lies. Told me that i couldnt move my number to another phone. Told me that a cheaper plan was not available. Told me that i had to pay $25 to them to activate my phone. Told me my phone was broke, that i needed a new one when apparently it was not. All lies is what Boost customer service told me. They put them on notice and said that there have been many other complaints on file. The sales persons are equally rude to everyone so i didnt take that personaly. But if your a person that wants courteous service without being lied to. I would suggest finding another carrier or driving further to another dealer. Or not. Good luck
Not sure of her name but the lady who spoke Portuguese lied to me. Purposely giving me wrong advice in order to make sales in the store. If you enjoy good customer service and honest answers, youve found the wrong place

Went in specifically asked for a SIM card that fit my phone. I showed this lady my phone, she gave me a car saying it will fit but theres no refunds and it was the wrong card. I should have listened to these other reviews why is this store even running? After waiting over a half hour I was given the wrong item smh
I think $25 for a reactivation fee is outrageous!
