I knew I was going to this particular place when the woman who answers the phone was not only polite but she was honest as well. She was very knowledgeable about the business too.And Mr. Miguel, is such a decent person.I swear this man has the magic touch for vehicles! I am beyond pleased with my remote starter and the price was extremely reasonable!

I wanted to have a auto start putting my truck I called them at 9 when they opened up in the morning they arranged for me to drop my truck off that day and they arranged me to pick it up the next day very good cooperation and prompt action they took to install my auto start now I will be nice and warm in the winter when I go out and get in my truck

Very Professional! Excellent Customer Service by Karina & Quality work by Miguel. We have been coming here sine 2008 with 2 different vehincles & have had many installations done. My 2008 vehicle still has everything intact. I.e. tinting, alarm, remote, rain guards, mud flaps. Have recommended to many ppl since then & will keep doing so.

I tried getting a remote starter installed at best buy, but they told me that my lexus is too difficult to install a remote starter on and recommended that I visit a custom shop to have it done.Sunroof sound & security were able to get it done and for a fair price. Everything is working fine.Thanks Miguel! Hope it wasnt too time consuming!

The people do a great job here. I recommend anyone who needs there windows tinted, car alarm, custom built sunroof, ext.... Prices are not cheap but not to expensive. You definitely get what you pay for.

I had an appointment and that all went smoothly. Even was able drop the car off the night before. My only issue was I got a call the day of my appointment and they said they were leaving early. Only a half hour notice. They worked with me about picking it up early the next day. When i picked it up, I asked for a discount for the trouble of not getting it back the previous day as it was not my fault and was refused. Other than that, the product works great so far and the intstall looks good too. The price was fair for the area. Would recommend discussing drop off and pick up times clearly.3.25.19...had to return for the remotes stopped working. They replaced the batteries and reprogrammed them no charge!! Great service and quick.

Sunroof and sound has been an excellent experience. I had a remote start system installed a year ago and the remote seemed to be acting flaky. Miguel was awesome and honored the warranty. I would recommend Miguel to a friend or family member without hesitation.I live over an hour away and I would specifically drive here for their service.

I made an appointment and asked to bring the car with one day before because I could not come in the day of the appointment because if my job and the owner said I cannot bring the car.At the day of the appointment they called me and told me that I cannot bring my car back and that they will take 55$ fee for not showing.They could reschedule or choose another route but they rather make easy money and lose a customer or more .I don’t recommend this guy .Are more reviews stating the same thing .Beware guys

I highly recommend that you DO NOT go to sunroof sound and security in Leominster. The people there are so rude, they over charge you, don’t guarantee their work, no warranty and when you have a problem with their work they do absolutely nothing!!! Spent $500 to have a system put in and that’s JUST labor and the same day I picked it up had a problem with it and the guy won’t even come outside to look at it! Poor quality and poor customer service is an understatement!!

Miguel is the best. He installed a radio in my car and did a beautiful job. There were some tech difficulties (car is almost 30 years old!) and Miguel figured them out like a champ. Outstanding workmanship- very highly recommended.

I had a remote car starter installed a couple years back and it was great. I had another one installed on a different car this year and they did another great job and within the time frame they quoted. Not to happy about having to put down a $40.00 deposit.

Miguel is not only a perfectionist he is a great guy. He has done several of my vehicles over the last 10 years from window tinting to remote starters and all have been flawless. This place has quite a big return customer base built threw simple word of mouth and high quality craftmanship. Just stop in and you will realize why so many people trust their vehicles to Miguel and his exceptional craftmanship.

I made an appt. to get my car windows tinted and was told there would be a $40 security deposit that would be deducted from my balance after work was done. I went the day before my appt. to see what the tint would actually look like and I decided it wasnt dark enough for me and cancelled the appt. I assumed I would get my deposit back since I gave a 24 hour notice and the reason was the tint wasnt dark enough but I was told that no matter the reason, the security deposit is not refunded. I understand the reason behind the security deposit for those who dont show for their appointments but I felt this was bad business and over the top.
