I went to AutoZone in Worcester Park Ave. The women there were great assisting me. I was quickly able to find out the diagnosis and I was encouraged when I asked if she thought I could fix the problem myself!! Unfortunately, I didnt have my debit card with me and I had to purchase the part in Leominster. Sheesh, what a project that turned out to be!!🙄

This store rocks. The employees treat customers like gold, even older people like me not necessarily up to date on the newer systems and products. This place must be one of AutoZones best places

Those young guys do not know how to give good customer service. I went to change the battery in my car, they did it but not in a good way, they are rude and arrogant, they should treat the customer with politeness since we are going to buy not to beg.

Nobody there will change your battery or your wiper blades but they will laugh about it. Also they dont have a working ratchet for me to do it. False advertising

I needed help getting my car to pass inspection, I was talking to the two employees about what the car was doing and they were trouble shooting it, and finally came up with a part. I ordered the part and I did install it and the issue we had went away!!! Whaaaàt it was such a nice surprise!!! Very much appreciated for your knowledge and help!! Thank you, great job!!

Never had an issue at this AutoZone. The best AutoZone Ive been to so far. Everyone at the counter is very helpful and not afraid to give insight or tips on solving a car problem.

This place rocks. The team are so polite and helpful. One man who I think may have been the manager was helping some lady install a new headlight bulb. He helped me remove an annoying squeeze clamp.They will rent you tools for free (just a deposit you get back), and also read your cars computer codes for you (also free), then tell you exactly what the codes mean.The only place I go for parts.

One of the gentlemen working helpped me install my headlights in my 1999 corrola. Wish I could have tipped the man but I had zero cash on me :-( thanks alot guys I appreciate all the help. Save me from a ticket.

Great customer service! Came in near closing for a auto battery for my truck. He went out of his way to find and install the right battery. Did a great job installing the battery on a difficult truck. Forgot his name but he said he was from Vviginia.

I have always been a fan of AutoZone, but today left a very bad taste in my mouth and Im not inclined to ever return. I needed a new battery and theyve always been a great help. Today, however, I felt brushed off and felt like I was an inconvenience to them. It was busy, but nothing 3 guys couldnt handle. When I asked if they could install for me, the manager all but scoffed and said, we are way too busy for that right now. I, then, explained to them that I needed a jumpstart last time I shut my car off, expressing my urgency, but was still denied help. I called my uncle and he came right down to the store to help me out. Shame on you all for not delivering on customer service.

Very Poor customer service. Sometimes its like you are bothering them. Today I called and asked whether they had a certain Auto Part. The person only checked the computer but never went to physically verify it was actually in stock. He even told me they will be holding the item for me. I took a taxi and payed taxi money only to get to Autozone on Central St and for them to tell me they didnt have it. Why would you not physically check before promising a customer you are holding an item for them???????

Took a vacation from work to do a brake job on my vehicle Autozone only had half the parts very disappointed

Did not purchase light bulbs needed, the older gentleman who looked for my bulb refused to put it in for me. (They have put bulbs in for me before, this specific person just didnt want to do it this day.) The next store I visited placed the bulb in in less than one minute, was just a turn of knob.

Rarely Answer the phone, called 4 times waiting to talk to someone and phone rang for as long as it could before it disconnected, when I finally was able to talk to someone I gave them a part number to see if they had it in stock or could get it, had to give the part number 8 times and tell them what it was, was told they do not have it and couldnt bother to help find another. WORST place!

Great for parts, brake pads, tie rods, specials on oil and filters.i find most stuff is cheaper than huge box stores

Called ahead to make sure they had my car battery in stock, and they held it for me. Had them test it and it was fine.

The guys here are more than just cashiers. Theyve helped me troubleshoot problems with my vehicles on several occasions and have been accurate as to what the problem was.

Stood around for 8-10 minutes waiting for someone, despite hearing someone doing things in the back room behind the registers. Eventually, after sayingHello?? several times, the guy came out, saying sorry, I thought someone else was here. He then helped us out, while the person who was supposed to be on the floor, was walking in from taking a trip to Dunkin Donuts. Not a great experience here.

My rewards points were ERASED in-front of me. Its a real shame, I know AutoZone never used to be like this. I would put money on this being why Advanced Auto Parts and Oreillys stock is booming.
