This is a great place for the price. However, when searching for headlight bulbs I needed assistance finding the right one. So I went to the counter and told the info they requested. Only for them to refer me to a type of bulb that I then paid for... drove 16 miles home... then found they were the wrong bulb. Had to spend my easter afternoon driving back to get the right bulbs. This would be 5 stars if they trained their employees correctly.

I went into this store recently as I had bought a set of headlight bulbs at another automotive store. Let me say I originally went to this other automotive store because I was told if I went there, the staff would put in the bulbs for me for free; huge bonus because I have no clue how to do it myself!Anyhow, I went to this other store and purchased my bulbs. The staff rang me up and wished me a good day...at which point I asked if these bulbs were going to be easy to put in and he said yes...I quickly realized I wasnt going to be able to get it done on my own so I went into Advance Auto and their staff offered to put in my bulbs that I didnt even purchase there, for FREE!Paul was quick, polite and efficient. I will definitely go back here for all my automotive needs!!! I highly recommend them!Thanks guys!P.S. I did tip him of course 😊

Great customer service from the manager Mark. Even though he didnt have to he was willing to fix the mistakes made by the Fitchburg location.

Horrible service. I walk in, Sunday afternoon with 2 employees at the registers. I walk around looking for something, I couldn’t find it so I ask one of the employees where to find it and he says nothing and just points me in the direction. I couldn’t find it again so I ask if he could show me where and he couldn’t find it either. He went to go check if they had it in the back and as I was waiting patiently for 10 minutes I could hear him talking to his coworkers while there ordering pizza on the phone. 10 minutes later he comes back to the registers and starts talking about pizza and complaining about his wife’s kid to his coworkers totally ignoring my presence so I speak up and ask and he said “you’re outta luck”. I wasn’t gonna leave empty handed so I went and bought something else instead, went to the counter to pay and they ignored me again until I spoke up again. Awful service.

I have been finding prices high on just about everything. Was able to find some a Mothers Wax on sale the day I last. Went on 68123/08/2017. In general I rather come here than Auto Zone or OReilly Auto parts stores.

Called for a part today and the guy that answered was kind of rude by hanging up on me mid sentence. He rushed me off the phone idk what that was about.

They are very helpful. A part they sold did not fit when I checked in the parking lot, so they exchanged it for their cheaper Car Quest brand part that fit, and refunded the difference.
