Your dock will be reqdy in 5min, 30min later parked on the street still not ready. Called to ask if I can take another door that just got open, answer was NO, then it was yes... doors 3-5 are PITA to bsck in because there is a utilitypole, literally a pole right in front of them

People here are ok I guess it took about 2hrs to load but docking in is an experience. You really have to be creative. A Schneider day cab hit another trucks mirror while trying to dock in because of a electric pole in front of the docks.

Very happy with company appointment was at 9 had me loaded at 6:30 and loaded fast aswell! Gal in office who I dealt with was professional and polite no complaints this visit

Can’t speak for all, but it was sucks in my experience. Got there at 2 pm for pick up was send away, called me with the door in about 2.5 hours, another 2.5 hours to get loaded. And yes, backing could be dangerous. Folks were nice tho...

No parking. Have to be creative in order to not block others. Took over 30 minutes just to get into for sure to inconsiderate divers blocking the doors.Once backed in was loaded rather quickly.
