Found a part for my car online here at Airport Auto Parts. With me not being local they texted me pictures of the part within an hour after calling about the part. I spoke to Omar a couple of times over the phone and he was very polite and professional. Prices were reasonable and overall great experience.

They balanced my tires they got wright the 1st time . I went to 2 different place before tire ware house and Bridgestone and they could not do it correct I still had vibration Airport auto parts Curtis did such a good job on my car I couldnt be more happier thank you guys I will be back in the futur

I told her what I needed, and I asked her what the hours were and how they were handling social distancing. She was amazing! Ive been serviced here twice and just love it! If youre budgeting and new new tires and like good service, this is the best place in town! Ive purchased a gently used tire from them and also brought tires in to have put in and both times the service was fast, efficient, affordable and friendly. Curtis did a great job helping me out, was friendly over the phone, during the service and during a follow-up. Great place all around if you dont care for all the bells and whistles.

I bought four used tires, great price. Dealt with Kurtis, great customer service. Everything from walk in to drive away was done within an hour. Very pleased.

I bought a strut for my car. There was a problem with the part. I drove an hour to return it. When I got there the guy that sold it to me was there. He was very rude and refused to give me a refund. He wanted me to leave the part there and call on Monday. He told me the reason for this was that the part had no markings on it (there were no markings on it when he sold it to me) and because I didnt call within 5 days. He said nothing about calling within 5 days in fact he told me there was a 90 day warranty. I took the strut back and called my credit card company to deal with it. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place. They are not honest to say the least!

This place is by far the best place in the area.. the guys there are supee friendly and helpful and have always gone out of their way to help me with what I need.. also I have a “luxury” style Ford Fusion and for some reason it has tires that are super hard to find- even new and they always have them with INSANE deals- Even when I buy used - they last me a super long time. My boyfriend always gets his trucks tires and parts here too. Their prices are deff the best in the area! Thanks so much guys for always saving me when I need car parts!!!! Also- shout out to Curtis he is the one that normally changes my tires for me! Thank you! Also I didn’t catch his name but they other guy there was really helpful and knowledgeable as well- he is the one with the shorter brown hair! Went there to pick up a driveshaft for A 2003 Hyundai Santa Fe 2.7L. We were told that they had a few on the shelf. Only needed the U joint, but they do not separate and only sell as a whole. Completely understandable, I have no problem replacing the whole thing. The girl at the front counter is very rude. We explained what we needed, to which she replied, I dont know if you dont understand what Im saying, but just that part is not serviceable. First of all, it is - most places wont do it just that part, but our mechanic said that he would. Who talks to their customers like that? Fast-forward 3 hours at the mechanic trying everything they can to get the part in, only to be told that we were sold the WRONG part. The difference is small, but the U joint didnt fit into the transfer case. It was clearly the wrong part. Called Airport Auto back explaining the situation again. Was told that it was definitely the right part. We brought it back, where the girl asked if we knew that we were definitely driving a 4-speed, and not a 5 speed. Yes, I know what my car is. She then rudely offered to order a part for a 5 speed which would take a couple days to come in. Why would we want to order what we KNOW is the WRONG part, when weve already mistakenly been given the wrong part? She did offer to refund, so that was good. Not without attitude, but I just need to get the correct part. She was still convinced that we and the mechanics were wrong and that she had sold us the correct part. A whole day in which i had to call out of work wasted. If she had admitted that just maybe there had been some type of mistake and the part had been labeled incorrectly, I wouldnt be leaving this review. The FINAL straw was when we asked to see the other driveshaft that they said they had on the shelf just to verify that it was also the wrong one (the differences are pretty minor - just enough for the holes not to all line up) she refused to show us - just shook her head no and said without shortage of attitude, Its exactly the same one. Offering to order the one for the 5-speed, which we dont drive.This morning, I went to 117 Auto to ask if they had the part. They said yes, but we asked to see the part before purchasing, for fear of getting the incorrect part again. The man at the desk very politely told us, Of course. Its always better to look before buying. They brought us to the driveshaft, and low and behold - its slightly different! The correct one! Hallelujah!! Airport Auto had sold us the wrong part and could not even fathom the idea that it could possibly be wrong or mislabeled. Never admitted it, only rudeness and attitude. I will never ever bring my business to them again. Who argues with their customers and treats them like theyre stupid? Do not go here, go to 117 Auto! Maybe everyone else there is good, but Ill never know as I was only able to deal with an individual who seriously lacks in customer service skills with a repulsive attitude. If I could give zero stars for this experience, I would.
