Modern day equivalent of highway bandits. Pay the minimum for the rent to own device and buy your supplies elsewhere. You can get away with less than recommended intervals. Try to send it thru insurance and itll cost 3x as much, theyll try to double bill you, late fees, etc. Ridiculous. They were supposed to send me the original as a backup when I switched styles and they never did. Exhausting racket. Do the bare minimum with them and move on.

HIGHLY recommend finding someone else! Absolute WORST customer service and help. Never had worse from any provider. Be surprised if they last long... emailed their president even and got a response saying I wasnt allowed to email her. Unreal.

Absolutely horrible service. On call person hung up on my husband and another representative that was trying to contact him.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. The people in Lenexa are fine but there is no way to get ahold of them directly. I made 13 phone calls and held on the line for over an hour and a half every time I got through to someone they were in another State or had no ability to connect me to the office. Get another provider.
