Tonight my fathers machine stopped blowingg out oxygen. He has to be in oxygen 24/7 so we call this place for assistance. After speaking to one lady she said someone would call us back. 15 minutes later as my father is struggling to breathe we get a call from the most rude man i have ever spoke to named ron. Ron proceeded to ask me the same questions repeatedly with attitude. I told him over and over what was going on and still he continued to have attitude and act like he was inconvenienced my father couldnt breathe. I told him my dads back up tank was less than half full. He replied i dont know if that will make it thru the night. I promptly informed him even i knew it wouldnt since it was only 7pm. after about ten minutes of sighs and more attitude he said well Im gonna have to call you back.... By this time Im beyond upset as me and someone else decides to start using google to figure out what we can do. Ron calls back and lucky for him my father didnt put me on the phone... He told my dad there is absolutely nothing they could do and that was coming from his boss, Travis. My dad hung up. I immediately called back and got a very nice woman. I believe her name was rose. I asked her if there was not a person on call for emergencys and she said that there was and his name was Ron! Basically this guy didnt want to get out so my father had to struggle to breathe. I asked for a supervisor and she said she couldnt give out that info but i asked if i called in the morning if someone would be there i could speak to and she did say yes. Luckily we were able to somehow get the machine working so my dad can breathe and live another day not in the hospital. If i could give this place 0 stars i would. Places and people like Ron make me so sick to my stomach. I would just like to know what was sooooo important he couldnt do his job.
