This facility is extremely clean. The ONLY reason I couldn’t give it a 10 is because the restrooms were not in order.The manager here is great! Very helpful and friendly!

I liked that this facility is clean and climate controlled. Easy access to load and unload items in the back area of the building. and the staff was always nice and friendly whenever i encountered them at the facility. i also liked how many options in sizes were available.

The facility is clean, and I was able to get my unit online so it was an easy process.. HOWEVER its infested with fleas.. wear long pants and socks/shoes when using the facility is guess.. I wouldnt recommend it Incase you have pets. 😬😬

Having to deal with the difficulties of moving and finding storage is a difficult task, but thanks to taunya and Shawn, my experience with cube smart was great. They were very helpful and made the process very smooth, I would recommend anyone that would need Storage to come to cubesmart.

Ive been renting a storage unit at Cube Smart for about 10 months and I recently added a couple more for short term. This is my 4th time using storage in my life and this place/team has been the best yet! This weekend Taunya helped me figure out a plan for upcoming needs and she went out of her way to call me the next morning when a slightly better option came up! I hadnt expected that great service!!! Super friendly, good value! Love renting space here.

Came back to uses them a second time. Friendly staff good pricing. Quick convenient access to to my storage unit. I would definitely recommend using CubeSmart.

This place will increase your rent $20 every 6 months. I feel that they do this because they are hoping itll be too much trouble to move out, forcing you to pay the higher rates.

I have been using this CubeSmart location for 2 years. Service has always been exceptional since DAY1, they receive packages, so nothing is shipped to my house exposed to weather or theft. Shawn and Taunya have always been very professional and helpful ! I would highly recommend this location if needing any storage.

I cannot tell you how unhappy I was during my two years renting a 10 x 30 at Cubesmart. They treated me poorly. My rent was raised by $50 per month at the one year anniversary. They knew they could get away with it because I had a large unit that would have been very labor-intensive to relocate.Their staff also refused to give me a partial month refund when I vacated, which I recall being told would happen when I moved out. Maybe my memory is poor, but I was fairly certain I asked that specific question upon renting.I cannot say enough negative things about this storage facility. I rarely leave reviews on Google, and when I do they are always positive, to reward a business that tries hard. But I feel I must warn people about this place. If it was possible to give zero stars, I would do so.

The customer service is great. The facility is clean, well-lit, and secure. The initial process to rent a unit during covid was easy. The process to move to smaller unit is quick and easy as well.

After a few months, my unit started to smell awful. The stench built and built. I alerted the office and they refused to investigate. I asked for a different cube, and they also refused to move me to a different cube even after asking three times.

Came in the location just to view and get prices, Spoke with Tonya in office she was very helpful and super sweet. The place is very clean and good prices . Will be back when Im ready to move.

Easy to secure rental space. Customer service is good. Facility is clean and well lit.

They do not deserve one star. I missed a payment by 3 days and instead of tacking on a late fee, the manager used my previous payment information to submit a payment without my knowledge. When I asked about the charge, customer support told me it was a manual payment, but when I spoke with someone at the store they said it was an automatic payment (it wasn’t) and began yelling at me for questioning the charge.

Went in the other day with my brother while he inquired about renting a unit. The manager (Shawn I think) was awesome. My bro ended up renting and asked me to leave this review because we were so impressed with his service. Cannot recommened enough!

As a disabled woman looking for last minute storage, I was needing something very accessible and close to my family for upcoming surgery. After going in to their physical location to reserve and paying with my debit card in their machine I thought I was set for the next day to begin move. No. A few hours later the manager Shawn contacted my saying he needed my debit card number over phone because I have 0 balance. I knew that was incorrect as my bank alerts me when card is used and debited. I told him I’d call bank. He continued to argue saying he needed it. He called again leaving voice message he needed it. I had gut this was wrong and as most consumers know better than to give bank card number info over phone. I said it will charge me twice now for that unit and that’s 250 I don’t have that kind of money in middle of move . I’m ONLY paying for one unit and I have already paid it. He said he needed it paid again for me to have access. I requested we wait until tomorrow and until your credit machine possibly settles and you can see it. I went in next day after contacting my bank and verifying it was settled and they had my money. I even called bank in front of him. Again he refused saying he needed my physical card. I had to now contact my bank and dispute the transaction. I’m out of the money now as the bank investigates claim . Additionally I had to last minute, go locate another unit elsewhere that had easy disability access and pay money I didn’t have again. I’m still out the $113.

The process of obtaining space and rental is exceedingly easy and straightforward. Most arrangements for application are done efficiently on-line. Personnel are very friendly and helpful, and the facility is very secure and clean.

Online reservation was easy. Joe was great at explaining about your facility and showing me the unit and how to access the building. Filling out the required forms and paying went quickly. Storage units are nice and clean. Great experience so far.8/2/2021 Ive had my unit just over a year and decided to downsize to a smaller unit. There were some specials online so I reserved one. When I went in to complete the reservation Taunya was very nice and told me they had a smaller one closer to my original unit and she changed the reservation to that one so I didnt have to take all my stuff to another floor. I really appreciated that she checked and did that for me. Ive been very pleased with the storage. Building has always been accessible and clean. Appreciate the carts they have by the door for customers to use.

Excellent service. Staff is extremely friendly. Facility is the cleanest I’ve ever seen in a storage setting. Like hospital level clean. Well air-conditioned and the prices are very reasonable. Location is excellent.

This was the best storage place I ever used. I highly recommend them. The one gentleman remembered me when I would pop in to get items out of my storage during the time. If I had any questions, I would email the office and they would respond back in pretty good amount of time.

I had an on-line reservation, but was unable to get to the facility until 15 minutes before the office closed. The manager stayed late to show us the unit, explained everything in detail, answered our questions and helped with filling out the paperwork. He was extremely courteous and professional. I highly recommend this facility and especially its manager.

I just left Central Self Storage employment, walked into cube smart for safe storage and was astounded by how different this company is. It was clean, clean halways, bathrooms, and office. The manager was polite and got us a great deal. They spray for bugs and have rodent control and the whole building is climate controlled. They also have the new lock system that sits in the door, so no worries of break ins. I was highly impressed!

Outstanding customer service! They worked with me during this COVID-19 pandemic and my subsequent complications. The two gentlemen in the office were tolerant of my tirades and still seemed to care. Security is fantastic, with cameras throughout, and a passcode is required to get in. They have refrigerated drinking fountains that are always spotless. Last but not least, the latrines are clean and have never been without the elusive toilet paper!

Very clean and with being right off the interstate it is very convenient. The store manager, Shawn, was a pleasure to do business with! Definitely recommend.

The help was very nice, he even brought us water. The only problem was trying to find the place. They need a sign at the entrance. My GPS was sending me a mile down the road. At one point I was lost. But it is a beautiful building and no problems otherwise.

The manager Shawn is a true pro. Within minutes of making my original reservation online he had already called to confirm with me my next steps. Shaun, the manager, was very helpful re: ending our rental contract. The storage was very clean and well worth the value for a climate controlled facility.

I was very happy with the easy access to storage. The people at CubeSmart in Overland Park at 87th and Quivira did a wonderful job. They help me get set up quickly. My autopay was done every month. When I was finished, I was able to get finished quickly.I wanted to be able to get refunded for part of this billing cycle since I moved out on May 2, and I had another 3 weeks which I was finished with the storage. I wished my bill had been prorated for the month of May. I couldve used the extra money with how things are right now.

Great place Shawn is awesome and extremely helpful, moving down to Florida and I’ll stay with cubesmart cause of the awesome service I receive.

We have rented from many different facilities in different areas with different amenities and different ways of doing things. Weve rented anywhere from 5x10 all the way up to 20x30. Inside and outside. Climate controlled and not. Some offer electricity or dont with different hours of not only being able to see and speak with someone onsite but also the times youre allowed entry into your unit and believe it or not allowed to leave your unit. (We have been locked into storage facilities twice. Crazy!!!) I would say my husband and I are pretty knowledgeable and certainly experienced enough to give a honest and thorough review having anywhere up to 5 units at a time. The place is always super clean. No matter what time of day or how many people are there. Ive Never seen it dirty. There is a garage type door for loading and unloading larger items which comes in extremely helpful. All of the units are climate controlled and being indoors it is very nice this time of year that youre not completely frozen or blazing hot in summer. There are several outlets and fire extinguishers on each level which is nice!! There is a public restroom accessible even after management has gone home. Also, believe it or not, even with several stories of units they share all are relatively easily accessible. They have a very large sliding doors coming in and out of building and the doors to units are the best anywhere weve ever been. Slide easily, close easily, and lock easily. They also offer 4 large carts for you to use to move stuff in and out of your unit. Able to access your unit 7days a week 6am-9pm which is pretty standard but here you dont have to worry about spending hours locked in or making phone calls for a ride home because your vehicle is locked in like a few of the other places (actually all 1 chain just multiple locations and is annoying, unsafe, and ridiculous.) They offer a variety of sizes, moving supplies, and first month free on select sizes. ok... now thats all the info that I like to know before choosing and moving into a unit but you can find most of that on their website if you just knew where to look. I just put it all together for ya. Whats not on there is the manager there has been awesome. He stayed late the first night we moved in. Even tho we had reserves online we had to sign paperwork and when we called to let him know we were running about 15min late he offered to wait for us so we could get everything taken care of that evening rather than having to wait until morning which was awesome!! He has always been courteous and this is not the first time weve rented from him nor the first time he had stayed late to help us out. Hes knowledgeable and friendly and is willing to answer questions and will make sure you are aware of any specials or deals you qualify for or any tricks or tips that could make your time there the best experience it can be. All in all Id say not just cubesmart but this location is the best around. Friendly knowledgeable staff, easily accessible, great location, reasonable prices, and all the amenities. 2 thumbs way up and Id give it 10stars if it would let me. Highly recommend!!!
