Not a good place to work for the manager for this company is rude and disrespectful

I work here and I love it. Get to work with all kinds of awesome products and Im learning about all different kinds of beauty products. Im a mom of 4 so I dont really do my hair all fancy and I dont wear makeup because Im allergic to most foundation and concealer products and to tell you the truth I dont have the time to put it on and when I do my kids somehow seem to mess it up because my 2 youngest kiddos are always grabbing my face or turning my head yo look at them and it rubs off on them but anyways I really like working here and the people there are nice and friendly and make the job a fun work environment

The lady was super nice and fun! Found what I was looking for pretty easily. I even asked her opinion on the liquid eyeliner because I’ve been having trouble finding a brand I liked, she was informative and told me about the 60 day return policy if I wasn’t satisfied! My favorite beauty brands!

Its been 3 weeks since they said they shipped my order. Ive contacted the company twice. They said they are waiting on a backordered product. No communication unless I initiate it. At this point Im going to try to get a refund. The worst customer service Ive had in a very long time. I should have read the reviews first.

I work there the management are a number 1 u feel at home take it from me

I worked at Beauty Brand thru a staffing agency which the pay is $10.00 hourly,working 10 hour shifts, with two 15 minute breaks and one 30 minute lunch. Theres two part of the warehouse you have the Distribution Center and the center where the orders are picked and packed. My first week Shelli, told me Im using too much packing supplies for the customer packages and that the company is trying to keep down the supply expenses.. if you have customers spending 200 to 300 dollars on one order aleast give them the proper packaging material. I do believe that management the priorities are jacked up when it comes to managing time... Ive noticed that thst online orders that on back order since August 14th to 15th yet you want to discuss keeping shipping at a reasonable cost but customers ordering merchandise but its not being complete due to back orders, let talk how to going to complete the customers orders, after they spend 200 to 300 dollars on merchandise from beauty brand website.... oh yeah Shelli told me if I dont come to work on August 22nd Ill be fired and Ill be standing in the unemployment line on Monday morning... I mean warehousing employment is a dime a dozen with better pay and more benefits. Theres employee that spend 8 to 10 hours a day walking around and not completing work or not getting work done.. alot of their employee are hired thru staffing agencys and I know why... their turn over rate is high and their benefits package is a terrible... dont ask the CEO Ben or LeBron a ask question about your job or ask question in general they will tell you I DONT KNOW... throw the whole job title in the garbage can...... oh the company only clean the restroom in the warehouse also in the center of picking and packing the orders two or three times a week which is pretty much disgusting...

Their online order filling and shipping is a joke. Unresponsive customer service. No one seems to do any work. No one answers phones. No one replies to emails. They take your money and thats it.

No one speaks English...not enough pay for group work..

Hi I was sent to Beauty Brands through a local staffing agency I went there to work one day only and the reason is the management was Unreal he told me not to use the restroom or drink water when I wanted to as of meaning to fill up my water bottle he got rude with me when I very first walked in the door before I even started that day that place sucks dont go work there
