They say that they are open until 8 p.m.But that is a lie they close whenever the hell they feel like it! I was at their door at 7 p.m. The sign says open another open sign is lit-up the hours are below another open sign that say that they are open until 8 p.m.But the door is locked and all the store lights are on someone is in the back of the shop Just not doing their job. I drive pretty far too make it here befor they closed with a whole hour to spare. This is how you Lose customers

I walked in to a run down place that was advertised similarly to Sallys Beauty Supply, but was NOTHING like Sallys. They have very cheap (not just monetarily) products. The worst part was the man who worked there. He was incredibly rude and acted like my being there was an inconvenience to him. He made me super uncomfortable, as he gave his snarky remarks to my questions. If zero stars were possible, thats what I would have given this place. I honestly have no idea how theyre still in business.

Ive visited three times at this new location, and the third time I had a gentleman, that just stood behind the counter and pointed where everything I needed was. I give only three stars for that fact. The store is clean and organized..not a large of selection of hair as they had at the former location

If I could give them no stars...i would. I purchased shea butter(I normally purchase from here and when i got home it smelt funny...so I went to return it...he basically said well I cant help u. Now Im stuck with funny smelling shea butter.

They have some pretty amazing things in there.Clothing for women:+sexy, cute, glamorous+Not bad pricing-Not everything is priced-Clothing may be cute but dont be fooled its made very cheap and will fall apart before you take it home on some of them. (Wife tried something fell apart as soon as the claps was if touched.)Wigs:+ Affordable for the most part.+ Silk caps and mesh extensions pretty much all cap types you need.+ Only location of friendly helpful staff.+ Wigs last and are worth the priceStaff:- Unprofessional- miserable- suspicious natured- rude- lack of proper ethics towards customer care, service, and questions.***Example:A) Looking at clothing with wife staff watching us (white people in the ghetto, O Lordy) wanted to know price on something. Wasnt priced acted like it was a chore to find out and didnt want to help the customers.B) We ended up getting some hats the against the wall there were hats we tired them on seeing if they looked alright on us. Nothing really making it seem like it was a staff only area because it was all opened​ up area. Male Staff yells across store, after watching us the since we came in, you cant look at those without a staff. Well its our first time here we didnt see anything saying other wise. He came up said what could he do, we said nothing we had the hats we liked and wanted to buy in hand. He says you cant carry those with you grabbing them from us and has them placed upfront. Whatever then we work our way to the wigs, why we came there, he followed us all the way across the store after putting our hats there., Yall need to hurry up we are about to close at 5pm . The time was 3:50 and the store closed at 6pm. So we stated that. Well we are closing early we cant wait around all day. Looking at me holding my wifes purse as she trying on a wig.no bags allowed in the store. Wife and I say it was her purse. Male Oh, than nevermind 10 mins go by as he paces trying to act sneaky as he stalking us. Male- Are you going to buy anything some of us was to go home wife says yes we are you going to continue to act like a fool the store closes at 6pm and you are her a little past 4pm trying to rush us out the door, following us, and having no sense in customer service (Im at idle cause I didnt want to get stupid over him/ waiting for him to put a finger on my wife to step in) I guess ill wait personal as a slave for you till you get done to make sure youre getting good customer service(rudely and sarcastically). Wife pulls out a fat stack of $20s. Im buying stuff and I cant look if you keep getting all up in my business for no reason finally leaves us alone still stalking us.+Wig department has the only friendly staff member actually wanting to help( a woman not the man that was stalking and harassing us).-summer time hot in store doesnt seem to have AC
