My first experience here I had to go back three times because they had not submitted my prescription to be refilled. Each time I waited 20-30 min in the drive through line.I just came from there, today, because Someone over the phone said i had to bring my new insurance in person, but was previously told I could just call. The guy I checked out with today was not friendly, did not acknowledge me when I was speaking and walked away in the middle of me speaking. He did, however, confirm that I can submit my insurance over the phone.I have worked in the medical field and know that things like these take time and it’s not always convenient when an employee is in the middle of doing something - especially during the times we live in now, but I appreciate good customer service and I’ve only gotten that from one lady employee there.
Online prices do not match in store prices. Website says prices may vary, ok. Walgreens website also says they will price match their own online price. This store does not price match their own website. Their website doesnt say each store has their own rules so they should price match their own site. The kicker is you can just place order online and pickup curbside for online price. Convoluted, af.
Quick and easy medicine pickup and super nice staff. Manager is always amazing to customers and the photo and canvas service sometimes has amazing deals and fast service. Highly reccomend
First experience here. Impressed. Joseph in the pharmacy went way above to make excellent recommendations to accommodate a prescription I needed filling while traveling. First impression is a very good one. Keep up the great work guys!
This used to be my favorite Walgreens and now it’s just garbage. People texting on their cell phones while checking you out. Sitting in the pharmacy lane for 20+ minutes. Too bad.
Very nice and friendly employees, although after dark you might see a strange man complaining about the newspapers and talking like alex jones.
This pharmacy has terrible communication. Talked to them less than an hour before went to get my prescription they said it would be ready. I get there and they are out. No phone call, no communication.
Nice staff. Much quicker than other Walgreens. I’m a loyal customer and plan to continue.
Great customer service at drive through window. Great job in pharmacy. There are so many things you can buy here. Come in and discover what you like.
Waited over an hour for scripts and then told they didn’t have the most important one in stock. Terrible pharmacy, never use unless I have no other option
Go to this Walgreens all the time 24 hours very good service
I go to this store because it has beauty consultants and more products in stock than stores closest to me. However, both the beauty consultants always seem bothered and never smile or seem happy to assist. Regina in particular seems lazy. I separated my transactions and she asked me how many transactions I would be doing and said they have a limit of two. I only had two transactions but there was no one in line so it definitely just seems like she wants to do less work. The manager already told me I could do as many transactions as I needed to and when I informed her of this she said “ well I can page him up here and he can ring your orders but I’m only doing two”. In the current climate we are in with coronavirus there are many people like myself who shop for my mom when I shop for myself, I always make sure there is not a long line if I need multiple transactions and if one develops I let others go before I continue. A lot of businesses are suffering in the area of sales and you should be glad people are spending their money with you and doing multiple transactions. What I may do is bring my children in the store and we’ll all do two transactions a piece. No one else at this location has issues except the consultants. I still give this location a 3 because the 5 star service I receive from the manager I believe is named Will makes my visits pleasant. He always smiles, he always asks if I need help finding anything, he never seems too busy to assist or is bothered if I need to do more than one transaction. Will is awesome and I wish the ladies could take a page from his book.
Online Picture OrderDid an online order for postcards. They were “we’ve moved” ones. I went to the counter to pick them up and the Manager Lee, I believe helped me. I told him my last name and he immediately congratulated me on my recent move.I’m shocked he remembered my order and name and it felt great knowing my local Walgreens really cares about their customers.Bonus: the pharmacy carries my hard to find medicine. This will definitely be my local pharmacy.
Cashier was rude and addressed me with “what?” when I asked her a question.
Having a 24-hour pharmacy close to home is convenient; having it staffed with friendly and knowledgeable people is what makes this our go-to pharmacy.
I call talk to pharmacy about my refills they say ok you have 5 refills show up.When I show up, they say oh NO you have no refills left, this is Sunday no calling a doctor. This has happened in the past. So, I took my dose for that day I could have saved half the dose for the next day.Now I am going to have reaction in the morning because no meds, I have to go some where that is going to be very unpleasant.I would guess they have BIG turn over? not sure makes my day hell when the screw up like that.
I was treated so unprofessionally by a young, female pharmacist there. After a long wait in a busy line, I finally got to the call button. I pressed it, and got absolutely no response for several minutes. Thinking maybe I hadnt pushed it since I was a bit far away, I pressed it a second time. She immediately responded and curtly told me she would be right with me, and I apologized, thinking I had possibly offended her. In order to retaliate, she decided to stick $3 in quarters (oh, my change was supposed to be 3.05, but she must have gotten distracted counting the quarters) on top of my prescription as she told me Stay blessed instead of Thanks for your patience and have a nice day like she did the person before me. Obviously, as I pulled out my prescription, the quarters I was not expecting flew out of the tube ALL OVER MY CAR. She was purposefully trying to antagonize a customer, just to be mean.Jokes on her though. I immediately called her supervisor and corporate Walgreens. Well see if anything comes from it, but this woman does not deserve a job working with the public. JUST GO TO CVS.
Its Christmas Eve and after just being released from the ER I needed to fill a prescription to be started the following morning. This Walgreens location was the only pharmacy still open on Christmas Eve night. I am so grateful for the people who worked in there on this Christmas Eve. The pharmacists, techs, customer service, the whole store helped me out and I wont forget it!!!!! Merry Christmas to each and every one of you.
Drive thru customer service is satisfactory when you have your details in order.
I came to the Farmacy straight from the Urgent care. First time at this branch. I was waiting about an hour for my prescription even thought the traffic was slow. I did not get any farmacist consultation with my new medicine. Nobody smiles at this store, 2 of 5 associates were texting on the phone. I tried to buy a few items on sale, but they rang me up twice with no discount... Sorry for bothering all of you! Sorry for interrupting you, Manager David! i will never come again!
The pharmacy here is pretty annoying majority of the time. If someone says the savings card your trying to use doesn’t work, ask for the manager and whoop the card miraculously works. So know that if someone can’t solve your issue, ask for someone higher up that actually knows what they’re doing.Just switched to this pharmacy a few months ago and the 5 times I’ve gone here, 4/5 I had issues with. Bugs me when they give you the soft tone voice of let down that something isn’t right and can’t really be fixed by them. 100% of the time it’s them/ their system. Every new (not automatic) electronic script I’ve had sent here seems to dissolve into thin air resulting in me calling my doc to send another script to them over the phone.
I went there during the day to try and get my meds flavored. As I have for years done. usually no big deal. The people who work at the pharmacy during the day are so vile, mean and unprofessional. Being rude to me for asking why cant I get meds flavored here? I went in again tonight. Thank God for the night crew who is wonderful. I will be coming in at night from now on.
Tons of great make up that you can try before you buy. Great place to go get some nice make up.
Im very disappointed that Walgreens let me schedule a flu shot online, only to find at when I showed up for my appointment that they were out of stock. As usual, undertrained staff in customer service didnt have so much as an apology for me.
Wish that people that have complicated pharmacy issues or Insurance changes or questions would not go through the drive thru line. They need to go inside to handle these matters. The Walgreens attendant should tell them they could be helped better inside!!!!!!
Called ahead of time to make sure they had my husbands medication and they said they did so we went there after midnight and the pharmacist said she couldn’t fill his medication till 8am that was there stores policy.... If the dang script says it’s to be filled on a certain day then why do we have to wait eight hrs to get his script filled. Even loaded our kids up and drive out! Will never come back here, service sucks!
Always open, always helpful, have what I need in stock, love their store brand cheaper goods!
The pharmacy was not able to provide me with a diabetic meter that was suppose to be offered free of charge through my insurance. I was told I needed a prescription. The document from the insurance said no prescription was required. I asked the pharmacist if she would contact the doctors office and she refused to assist. This is the second time I have encountered poor customer service at this particular pharmacy.
The online clinic appointment scheduler is a nightmare---you fill out everything, then try to schedule...and it says NOT available!. Mini-vanners waiting for 12 scripts in drive thru pharmacy. Runs out of script medication that was electronically sent, with no alternative means for refill for a week---even from another Walgreens. Stressed out, irritated pharmacy students running the pharmacy---I get it...youre in pharmacy b/c you dont like people and youre basically operating a drug drive through...no different from MickeyDs, same difficult people, just higher pay---is it worth it??? In any case, its close by, the staff are usually nice. The way I dress, even though go in here at least 2x week, I sometimes get stares by the managers like Im about to steal, as I wander the store waiting for script refills. Usually the antisocial pharmacy folks are the most interesting, I sometimes try to lighten up their day with some satirical banter.
Ive been going here well over a decade. Quality of politeness, consistency and over-all service have been all but completely dissipated over that time. First time Ive ever felt discriminated by the staff. I was greeted with snarky looks and experienced a pharmacist who made it more than apparent that I was not worth his time. I was the ONLY person in the store. This occurred at 1:30-ish AM after a 14 hr. work day.In hindsight, I should have had my Irish/Korean friend go in on my behalf.
RAGINA WILLIAMS. Complaint has been filed. Waiting to hear from corporate. Looking forwad to you losing your job Ill be rooting for it😊 harassed and accused of faulty accusations. I left then when I went back asking the manager for her name, it took me 2-3 times for him to finally give me a full name. Shame I cant give a negative rating.
Medical clinic excellent with capable, knowledgeable medical staff. Pharmacy got something wrong or had a problem of some sort with filling of 8/10 customers prescriptions while I was there.
Waited for an entire hour for my medicine at the pharmacy. The girls were swamped, I understood. But one of the girls needed the manager and paged her twice and the manager (an older lady in the evening) came over extremely rude to her staff in the pharmacy saying paging me twice wont make me come any faster & she was talking about how crazy this night has been like she was so frustrated. Not professional. Not a great experience.
Their associates in the photo department are beyond rude. Ive contacted corporate about one of their employees in particular and havent heard back.
I shop here regularly. They have a great selection for a convience store plus great benefits if youre a rewards member.
Regina Williams should not be aloud to work with people! Terrible customer service and extremely rude. Often accuses people of stealing. Treated my boyfriend terrible today. We may even be moving Walgreens locations to get our prescriptions due to her lack of respect.
Arrived at pharmacy, no line but was rudely greeted by girl working the drive thru. Everyone has a bad day, no big deal. When I did get helped they told me it would be 20 minutes, no problem. I told him i was in a hurry due to my wife needed pain meds quick as she just had just had surgery and was in a lot of pain. He told me to take a seat and they would call my name. I waited 30 minutes and went back to counter, prescription had been filed 6 minutes after I arrived and no one called my name. Had the same issues at 75th and Metcalf, they forgot to call me there also and not much nicer to deal with either. Hyvee is a little slow, but at least they are pleasant to deal with, if only they were 24hr pharmacy.
Just spent 30 mins in the slow drive thru line! The other line had 3 cars come and go while I was stuck in line. When someone is having an issue with their prescription, maybe have them go inside instead of holding everyone else up! And, Walgreens needs to invest some $ on that intercom system! I could barely hear the tech and she couldnt hear me either! Very frustrating!!! 😡
The automated system sucks.
The pharmacy staff are kind, patient and professional however they seem swamped. This location does a lot of volume so take advantage of their drop off and notification systems. As for the store items itself, the coupon/reward point system is a joke, everything is overpriced and real medication is often buried amongst homeopathic nonsense. 1/2 the store is dedicated to junk food, candy and plastic garbage. Their online store inventory system is not accurate. The photo service is cheap and their web photo upload service/app is easy to use. The checkup office is convent and much cheaper than a hospital visit if you cant wait for your primary physician. They do support Apple Pay and passbook for rewards cards although I have yet to have a cashier who fully understands that checkout process.
Just took a photo of my prescription I wanted refilled with my phone. Then after work all I have to do is stop and pick up the prescription.
Awesome store
Needed something over the counter at 3am and they said they were open. I drove up and they are not. Fix your online hours and fix your phone prompts.
Pharmacy blows. Got everything but rude ass people working pharmacy are f**kin this all upppp. Fire them alll, start from scratch please
No hassle pharmacy!
Horrible service. Staff is rude and constantly contradicts themselves. Ive now been waiting for 3 hours because they apparently gave my medication to someone else, 3 days before the fill date. Proceed with extreme caution.
On hold with pharmacy for less than a minute, questions answered and refill completed for one hour pick up as requested.
A little overpriced but location and 24/7 hours make it a worthwhile place to shop at.
Always friendly and helpful!
This is a busy place. The staff is friendly but there arent enough of them to keep up with the demand.
Their credit card machine never works...
Clerks are extremely slow.
This store is the bomb.
Great service
Open 24 hrs
Prescription problems
They have no consideration for human beings and all they care about is money
