Dont go here!!! Theyre con artists and scammers!!! Took car in for a simple repair, and they botched the install the first go around and tried to scam me out of a part they never bought or installes, and the problem still persisted the second go around. And now another problem has arose from something directly related to their previous work and they say because its a different code their is nothing they can do about it! Complete hack jobs!!!

I got a screw in my tire at 6:00 p.m. I panicked a little because most tire shops close around 6:00. Google brought me to Firestone and man, am I grateful! Cody and Chris got me in and out and all fixed up super fast! Thanks, guys! I know where Ill be coming next time I need to have some work done on my car!

Curtis gave us superb customer service. We went in for a flat tire while driving from Wichita, KS. to Chicago, IL. and he pointed out that our all wheel drive suv has had the wrong size tires on. Our car has been to dozens of auto shops in the years since getting tires and no one ever caught this huge issue!!! Since it was an emergency to get to a family graduation on time - they got us in and out in great time. You can tell these guys care. I would recommend to any of my friends and family in the KC area.

Expensive rear brake pads put on my Ford F150 2005 and it cost me almost $600 I would have done it myself but I fell and hurt my back

Wish I could give them a negative review. I was there 30 min before they closed and as I walked in i seen them telling the techs to go hide in the back. Im from out of town and all I wanted was an oil change. Thats just poor customer service. STAY AWAY

They are polite and did what I wanted and most important did not try to sell me all kinds of things to get done that cost hundreds of dollars when all I wanted was an oil change.

Had appt scheduled to replace a tire, service was pleasant, estimate was given and that time was met, pricing was fair.

Ryan was amazing and helped me air up my tires quickly and helped me out a lot!

The guys at Firestone are great! Ive had to come in more than Id like (accidents happen), but they always make me feel better about it and can usually get me to laugh before I leave. They work fast and really well.

This is the first time I went to this firestone. I usually use the Lawrence Firestone, however, my wifes car stalled and had to be towed here. The bad-I did not find any of the employees in the front to be friendly or approachable. Every question I asked was met with short and pointed responses with no personality. The good- my car was quickly addressed in a correct manner and was ready within a few hours for a fair price. The building was clean. Because of the front of house workers, this would be 3 star but the service techs move it to 4.

I was in & out with my oil change in less than 45 minutes...At a very reasonable price. Josh was friendly and right on top of my vehicle and the customers in front of me. Never saw anyone shuffle paperwork as fast & efficiently as he. I will definitely be back.

I was very impressed with the professional manner that reflected in this experience. I think the man that assisted me was named Curtis? He was very polite and knew how concerned I was about my tire that was leaking. He offered me a great deal that I could not beat anywhere. Right there and then, my nerves were relieved. They also worked as a team. That is unusual to see. Even though I am a woman, these guys were professional (no rough language)and that is highly unusual. I am a dedicated lifelong customer.

Did a fantastic job aligning my front end. Car was driving terribly, they fit me in same day and fixed the issues. Car is aligned straight and true. Would absolutely recommend getting your car serviced at the Lenexa Firestone. Friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Knowledgeable staff, clean, fair parking. Fast service and they have a popcorn machine while you wait. They seem to care about customers. There is another shop in the same parking lot to the east, next to Advance, avoid that place! I wouldnt take my car there for free.

Took my truck in for an alignment, spent the $ on a lifetime alignment just to leave with my truck worse than it was!! New tires...nothing else wrong with it. Took it back said Id have to wait an unknown amount of time just for them to look at it! 🤬 NOT RECOMMENDED

I had a tire blowout on my way home from work at 5:30 PM. They closed at 7 PM and were extremely busy but still found a way to work me in so that I could get home. Kind, understanding and helpful! Love this Firestone!

Had an appt at noon. Brought my car in at 11:30 in hopes of getting in early for the weekend. Waited until 2:30 before checking back only to find out my car had not been touched. Rude customer service blaming other employees for miscommunication that I had been double booked. They couldn’t seem to understand that I wanted a tune up at 50k miles. This is the second time I have walked out being disappointed at this location. I manage a fleet of 60+ vehicles and have never experienced such poor service or incompetence. Off to somewhere else where I am treated respectfully and get the service I scheduled three days in advance completed in a timely manner.

We had a bearing go bad pn our Jeep Liberty on our way home from Colorado. They had us repaired and back on the road in no time!! Super friendly and great service !! Highly recommended !!

My wife and I have been using the Lenexa location Firestone for going on 10 years. It seems that they have really dropped the ball as of late. A radiator replacement required me taking the car back at least 3 separate times. I can understand a faulty replacement part as they said, however, they should never have released the car, again and again if it was still leaking. I have now been told and shown that my tires are wearing unevenly. The tires along with a lifetime alignment were purchased at this Firestone. If Firestone had been aligning the tires properly, since I took it in regularly, they should never have worn unevenly- and if there was a suspension issue, I should have been told of this prior to the tires balding on the insides.

Good place to go. They went over all possible problems and costs. Ended up needing a battery which I was pretty sure was the problem. Also showed way I could save some money. I was in and out with new battery put in car in less than 30 minutes.

I just moved here from Wichita and was looking for a new Firestone dealer to balance my tires on my 2010 tundra. The first dealership I went to didn’t get it right and I have a terrible shimmy at 50 mph. Apparently these tires are harder to balance on this truck because I have had problems over the last seven years. I took it to this dealership and the customer service was fantastic and the tires got balanced on the first try . I guess I found my new dealership ! Thank you

Noticed I had a nail in my tire, smack dab in the middle. Drove up to Firestone. Was told, we can repair your tire but youll need to make an appointment for 2 days later. I find it hard to believe your service advisors couldnt work in this quick repair. Went to the Acura dealership up the road. Wont ever think about coming back to this Firestone location

Great place. Had some tire noise, Curtis took a test ride, explained my options, and took care of the issues. No BS, no selling me things I didnt need. Solid experience.

Never had an issue with these guys. Had tires changed on both cars, oil changes, etc. I took a vehicle in to them when it had a transmission issue. They could have fixed it, but the individual was responsible enough to inform me that he really hadnt encountered the situation with my vehicle, and felt better sending it to a transmission specialist. Will keep going here for my needs.

Tl:dr - they literally do not know if they want your money or notThe service is great if its something simple - oil changes and tire replacements- anything beyond that and they cant ever help you. I have a problem with a part thats discontinued and was told I would get a phone call with a quote on the service since I was told by an employee they would make the part for me but Im still waiting on a call and I was never pointed in a direction to find a replacement for said part. They will also neglect to tell you any problems with your car directly unless the problem costs more than 200 dollars to fix - but they wont do anything to try and fix it? Do you want my money or not?

Had a reoccurring problem with my car. Firestone fixed it until it came out right with no extra charge! My car as it turned out needed a GM part. After market parts would not work in it. I have a Chevy Impala LT. Thank you Firestone!

I had to give it one star in order to even post this. DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP if you are a woman who is alone; especially if you do not know much about cars. I went in there on a Saturday morning for a tire repair. I was in the KC area from 3 hours away and lucky me, ran over a nail. I went in hoping it would be quick and easy as I had to get to the airport that morning. First off, they told me the tire could not be repaired and said I needed a new one, okay... fine, Ill do that. (Upon several other shops and people, that flat could have been fixed no problem). So we get a new tire on there and I needed a new lug. He ordered the lug from a part store, well he happened to order the wrong one so had to order again, at this point an hour has went by and nothing had been done. So the new and RIGHT part comes in and he comes out and tells me my wheel bearings are shot and needed to be replaced (not at all the case). Then he also tells me that all of my tires are shot and need to be replaced.... I just had them replaced a few months ago. I went to another shop and they said theyre perfectly fine. Upon review of my receipt and service ticket, it advises me of a tire positioning advisory that I acknowledged that for safety reasons, new tires should be mounted on the rear of my vehicle. Once again, not true as new tires on MY vehicle should be installed to the front and older ones rotated to the back. They definitely tried to make a sell vs. looking out for the best interest of their customer. I am absolutely appalled and livid that I was completely taken advantage of. I am glad I was able to call someone to not let me fall into their trap. Absolutely ridiculous; dont fall into their trap!

They know how to service a car, but go in knowing whats wrong with your vehicle. They will try and tell you parts of your car need replaced even though they dont. I went in for a standard oil change and tire rotation, they tried telling me several of my back lights were burned out and my battery needed replacing.I called their bluff since both of those issues had been resolved in the past several months and they didnt bring it up again. Sure enough, as soon as I got my car back, the lights werent burned out as I had been told.

Quick and friendly service

I have never written a review in my life but I never had a place try to rip me off and have an employee lie to me like this. I went in to replace a single tire because it got a nail in it, the guy working told me the cheapest tire option he had was $200 and that the reason it was so expensive was because my car requires a unique tire size and there arent a lot of options. Well I went on their website and found over 10 different options for my car and almost all of them were $150 and under with 3 under $100. I ended up going to the Walmart a couple miles away and got a new tire change for $95. I will never go to another firestone again, they tried to charge me double on a tire I cant imagine how much they screw people over on other repairs.

In my experience this Firestone has offered honest service and I dont feel like theyve tried to upsell me on unnecessary services. This location does tend to get pretty busy which can lead to some long wait times but when Ive had to wait theyve offered to drop me off at the local mall to pass the time.

Used free coupon for oil change that another firestone gave me cause the screwed up and overcharged me. Made an appointment here. They had no record of it in there computer. Made another appointmentment.have been here over an hour for oil change tire rotation.Really?????Jim Bob from Craigslist could have done it faster and better!!!!

Beware!!! Overpriced parts and book labor rates they use are complete ripoff. If possible, go to auto parts store to see what it should cost and they have diagnostic machines to use FOR FREE. My firestone bid $1500, I fixed it for $200.And the worst part is Ive been a customer here for 17 years, shame on me, never again.

Lied about ball joints being bad. I took it to a different firestone in California and replaced two front tires since they were worn out in the inside due to it not being alligned because this firestone said it was not going to hold the alignment since the ball joints had to be replaced. And the firestone we are at said thwy did not see anything bad with them, and they offered to do an allignment and new tires at a discounted price for their missinformation. Dont fall for their lies they want to rip you off.Cost of ball joint replacement: $2,351.00Do it Yourself: ~150.00 2 hrs labor if needed

Called in for a service, I got the salesman Patrick he was very curious and professional and is a great face for the company, he got me scheduled fo the next morning for 4 tires and front breaks, broke down the pricing for me and made sure to tell me that if they could resurface the rotors that they would to save me money, i have been here before and if i continue to get serice as such i will continue to return

This place rips off people that dont know anything about cars. It may be the entire Firestone brand, or just certain mechanics/managers, but Ive always ran into issues with Firestone.

I went to this shop and immediately regretted.zero customer service.no paper work to sign.no follow up calls on status of service and then slapped with a $67 oil change!..on asking..Tom was rude and ..but on realizing their mistakes..gave me a free oil change to redeem themselves..definitely never going back!!!
