Easily the worst customer service. Monotone. Awkward. Zero personality. Unfortunately i have to come here to get the lightener i love. Salon centric is 20x better.

I dread coming here. The customer service is atrocious. Ive had issues with the credit card and apparently multiple accounts. Ive called and put in a request to merge them, as the woman who checks me out always treats me rude like its my fault theyve kept my student account active since 2016. I actually wish I had another location closer, because every experience gets worse and worse here, because I know I am going to be treated horribly at check out.

I have most experience with the Paul Mitchell color line and CosmoProf is the only place that I know that sells it! Theyre also very nice and knowledgeable.

They have signs that say buy one get one mix and match but when you get to the register they they don’t discount it. You have to read the IQ number because their stuff is everywhere and you grab something that doesn’t get a discount. 😪😪. Guess I’ll be going to State Beauty.

Terrible shopping experience! Clerk did not honor my valid - current state license. She tried several times to find my account - however- did not want to enter my lic information. She stared at valid DL & State Lic for several minutes??? - I was still charged full retail!!! Extremely poor customer service! Will not return!

Extremely poor service. This used to be my favorite store, they always had all things in stock now I have been waiting for over a month for blades and there still not in. Everytime I call they get an attitude.
